1.Application of guided learning plan module in physiology teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
‘Guided Learning Plan Module’uses learning plans as studying materials, designs students’studying targets as learning plans, transfers teachers’teaching targets to students’studying targets and then teachers assign their learning plans to students.Students study and discuss by themselves according to the learning plans, and teachers guide, explain, regulate and control. This module emphasizes teachers’guidance,students’self-study and develops students’studying abilities, creative sensations and comprehensive qualities.Applying "Guided Learning Plan Module" to physical teaching can have a fairly effective effect on teaching.
2.The clinical application of active immunotherapy in unexplained habitual abortion
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(6):548-550
Objective To explore the relationship between the changes in cellular immunity and the causes of unexplained habitual abortion(UHA)as well as the mechanism of active immunotherapy on UHA patients. Methods T-lymphocyte and natural killer(NK)cell subsets(CD3+%,CD4+%,CD8+%,CD16+CD56+% and CD4+/CD8+ ratio)of peripheral blood were detected by applying flow cytometry and compared in 66 cases of UHA(UHA group, including 30 cases receiving active immunotherapy and 36 untreated UHA cases)and 30 cases of healthy fertile women(healthy control group). The re-pregnancy achievement ratio was compared between 30 treated UHA cases and 36 untreated UHA cases. Results The percentages of CD31+ and CD16+ CD56+ cells as well as CD4+/CD8+ ratio were significantly higher in UHA group than those of healthy control group(P<0.050).As compared with those of untreated UHA subgroup, the percentages of CD3+ and CD16+ CD56+ cells as well as CD4+/CD8+ ratio were significantly lower(P<0.050),while the re-pregnancy achievement ratio was higher(92.86% vs 05 29.03%,P<0.001).Conclusion The changes in T-lymphocyte and NK cell subsets have something to do with occurrence of UHA.Active immunotherapy can regulate the cellular immune function and improve the re-pregnancy achievement ratio effectively.

7.Study of anti-aging effect and its mechanism of total saponins of Wu-He Dipsacus asper on skin of mouse-aging model.
Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology 2015;31(2):166-169
OBJECTIVETo Study the effect of anti-aging and its mechanism of total saponins of Wu-He Dipsacus asper on skin of mice-aging model.
METHODSForty-eight mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, low-Dipsacus group, medium-Dipsacus group, high-Dipsacus group and positive control group( n = 8) . The mouse model of skin aging was established by nape subcutaneous injection of 5% D-galactose (0.025 mL/(g · d)), the mouse of low-Dipsacus group, medium-Dipsacus group, high-Dipsacus group were administered with total saponins of Wu-He Dipsacus asper (50 ml/(kg · d), 100 mL/(kg · d), 200 mL/(kg · d)), the mice of the positive control group were administered with vitamin E(50 mg/(kg · d)) for 42 d. The content of hydroxyproline (HYP) and lipofuscin (LF) were measured in skin of each group mice, the activity of catalase (CAT) glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondi- aldehyde (MDA) were determined in serum and skin of each group mice.
RESULTSCompared with blank control group, the content of HYP decreased significantly and the content of LF increased significantly in skin, the activities of CAT, GSH-Px and SOD decreased significantly and the content of MDA increased significantly in serum and skin of model group; Compared with model group, the content of HYP increased significantly and the content of LF decreased significantly in skin, the activities of CAT, GSH-Px and SOD enhanced significantly and the con- tent of MDA decreased significantly in serum and skin of low-Dipsacus group, medium-Dipsacus group, high-Dipsacus group and positive control group; Compared with low-Dipsacus group, the content of HYP increased significantly and the content of LF decreased significantly in skin, the activities of CAT, GSH-Px and SOD enhanced significantly and the content of MDA decreased significantly in serum and skin of high-Dipsacus group and positive control group; The activity of SOD in serum and skin had a significant positive correlation with the content of HYP, and a significant negative correlation with LF in skin.
CONCLUSIONTotal saponins of Wu-He Dipsacus asper have obvious effect of anti-agng on skin of mouse-aging model , its mechanism is closely related to oxidative damage.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
Objective To study the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in early stage diabetic retinopathy and their mechanisms,so as to guide the clinical work theoretically. Methods Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into four groups.Nine rats were used as normal controls(M Group).Streptozocin were injected intraperitoneally to induce diabetes for 1 month(M1 Group),2 months(M2 Group),and 3 months(M3 group). At the experimental ends of each group, the rats were over anesthetized and their eyeballs were extracted to make digest preparation.Immunofluorescence were used to investigate the expression of VEGF on retinal blood vessels.Transmission electromicroscopy was used to observe the histology of the retinal vessels. Results VEGF immunofluorescence showed an expression rate of 56% in M2 group and 89% in M3 group.Transmission electromicroscopy showed no change in M Group. However,it showed swelling of endothelial cells, finger like process into the capillary cavity, uneven distribution of heterochromatin in pericytes in M1 Group.Obvious fragmental thickening and splitting of basement membrane, swelling and deformation, finger like process to the capillary cavity, and concentration and margination of heterochromatin in endothelial cells, and swelling and deformation of rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrion in pericytes were observed in M2 and M3 groups, especially in the latter. Conclusion The expression of VEGF proteins in the retinas of diabetic rats increases with the progression of diabetes. It proves that VEGF plays an important role in the occurrence and development of early diabetic retinopathy.
