With the development of molecular biology,molecular targeted therapy has become main direction and trend at the aspect of oneotherapy in the 21th century.Molecularly targeted agents which target VEGF/VEGFR,EGFR.Raf/MAPK-ERIC,HGFR,as well as associating with other therapies are available in the clinical treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma,and inspiring results have also achieved in some clinical trials.The review attempts to summarize the clinical research advancemem in molecularly targeted therapy of primary hepatic carcinoma.

Objective To observe the effect and safety of the compound glycyrrhizin combined recombinant human epidermal growth factor in treatment of eczema. Methods 120 eczema patients were selected randomly divided into the treatment group (n=60) and the control group (n=60) ,the treatment group intravenously given compound glycyrrhizin once a day, 60ml combined recombinant human epidermal growth factor analgesic spray, three times a day. The control group were given intravenously compound glycyrrhizin,once a day ,60ml. Two groups of patients were continuous treatment after a month observation curative effect and adverse reaction. Results The effective rate in the treatment group(91. 67%) was higher than the control group(71.67%) ,there was significant difference(x2=6.43,P＜0.05). Compared with control group, VAS of the treatment group was significantly reduced, there is significant difference (P＜0.05). In the same group,within one month after treatment,before treatment and after treatment compared also has difference, there are significant difference (P＜0.05). The two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined recombinant human epidermal growth factor in treatment of eczema curative was distinct,which was worth extending.

Objective: To establish the quality control standard for Xiaozhi Solution(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, etc.) Methods: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Radix Scutellariae、 and Radix Paeoniae Rubra in solution were identified by TLC. The contents of emodin chrysophanol were determined by HPLC. The average recovery of added sample were 99.10% ( RSD was 1.88% ) for emodin and 98.87% ( RSD was 1.21%) for chrysophanol. Results: The method was simple, accurate and specific. Conclusion: The method can be used for the quality control of Xiaozhi Solution.

Insulin-like growth factor binding proteins (IGFBPs) are crucial to cell growth, development, proliferation, and apoptosis in humans. Among IGFBPs, IGFBP2 is recognized as a regulator of insulin-like growth factor (IGF). Besides binding with IGF, IGFBP2 also interacts with extracellular matrix through its specific structure. IGFBP2 promotes the malignant phenotype of tumor by activating several important intracellular signal pathways. IGFBP2 is specifically overexpressed in several malignant tumors, and this overexpression is correlated with patient prognosis. IGFBP2 is regarded as a potential biomarker and a therapeutic target. This review briefly summarizes the latest progress of research on the role of IGFBP2 in tumor malignant biological behavior and its clinical application.

Objective To investigate the evaluation of different levels of QRS-T angle in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods A total of 186 AMI patients from January 2010 to May 2016 in our hospital as the research object.The review method was used to analyze the clinical and followup data of the patients.The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),plane QRS-T angle,white blood cell (WBC) and isoenzyme count and creatine (CK-MB) were evaluated and compared.Results (1) The age of the patients with heart failure was larger than that in the patients with normal heart function,and the proportion of myocardial infarction and hypertension and diabetes distributionthe in two groups had statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);(2) The WBC and CK-MB levels of patients with normal cardiac function were lower than those in patients with heart failure.The planar QRS-T angle ＜ 50 degrees,between 90 degrees and 100 degrees and more than 100 degrees were statistically significant between normal heart function patients and failure heart function patients (P ＜ 0.05),and with the decrease of LVEF the levels of QRS-T angle increased;(3) The sensitivity and specificity of 90 degrees ≤ QRS-T angle ＜ 100 degrees and QRS-T angle greater than 100 degrees were 96.32％ and 95.98％,95.02％ and 94.68％,and those were different with the sensitivity and specificity of WBC,CK-MB and other QRS-T angle(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Different planar QRS-T angle on the evaluation of cardiac function insufficiency has certain clinical value,but when the 90°≤ QRS-T angle ＜ 100° and QRS-T angle ≥ 100° have better sensitivity and specificity with no difference between two QRS-T angles.The QRS-T angle≥ 90° can be used as one of the indicators for the evaluation of cardiac function insuffieiency.

TCM variety derived from classical or proved prescriptions and was improved through the innovation and development of clinical practices,controlling of medicinal raw material and producing process.The current protection system of TCM variety does not match the developing rule of TCM,in that there is no particular article to regulate traditional classical or proved prescriptions,self-made TCM preparations in hospitals,the genuineness of medicinal raw material and manufacturing techniques,and also lacks the relevant investment return mechanism.It was recommended of creating TCM protection category,protecting self-made TCM preparations in hospitals,regulating genuineness of medicinal raw material and establishing know-how protecting mechanisms,while protecting test data were suggested to be introduced for perfecting the protection system of TCM variety.

Double main teaching model can be applied in the teaching of pharmacology. To be spe-cific,for complex and difficult theory,we applied 'transmission-acceptancee' teaching method while for simple and easy theory,we used 'discovery' teaching method. Compared with the traditional teaching mod-el, double main teaching model improved teaching results and enhanced students' enthusiasm for learn-ing,their autonomous learning ability and cooperative ability. On the other hand,there still existed some prob-lems. We should keep on making great efforts to achieve better teaching results.

Objective To investigate the risk factors for ruptured intracranial aneurysms in order to provide the basis for the clinical decision-making of intracranial aneurysms.Methods The demographic and clinical data of the patients with intracranial aneurysm were collected retrospectively.Three-dimensional cerebral angiography was used to identify the aneurismal location and shape,existing ascus or not,aneurysm length,maximum diameter and neck width.The aspect ratio (AR) of aneurysm was calculated.Results A total of 243 patients with intracranial aneurysms (289 aneurysms) were included,149 patients(171 aneurysms) in the ruptured aneurysm group,94 patients (118 aneurysms) in the unruptured aneurysm group.The proportions of female (71.1％ vs.51.1％ ;x2 =12.13,P ＜ 0.01),hypertension (57.7％ vs.38.3％ ;x2 =8.69,P =0.003),smoking (53.0％ vs.39.5％ ; x2 =4.12,P =0.045),existing ascus (63.7％ vs.39.8％ ; x2 =16.07,P ＜0.01),and the maximum diameter ＞ 5 mm (80.7％ vs.66.9％ ;x2 =7.06,P ＜ 0.01) in the ruptured aneurysm group were significantly higher than those in the unruptured aneurysm group,while the proportion of the maximum diameter ＞ 10 mm (31.6％vs.52.5％ ;x2 =12.77,P ＜0.01) was significantly lower than that in the unruptured aneurysm group; the maximum diameter in the ruptured aneurysm group was less than that in the unruptured aneurysm group (8.68± 5.79 mm vs.10.67± 5.78 mm; t=-2.91,P=0.004),while the aneurysm length (8.27 ± 4.19 mm vs.6.94 ± 4.77 mm; t =2.50,P =0.013) and AR (2.32 ± 1.18 vs.1.42± 1.21; t =634,P ＜ 0.01) were significantly longer and higher than that in the unruptured aneurysm group,respectively.Of the 289 aneurysms,103 were anterior communicating artery aneurysms,84 were posterior communicating artery aneurysms,56 were middle cerebral artery aneurysms,12 were anterior cerebral artery aneurysms,9 were internal carotid artery aneurysms,and 25 were basilar artery aneurysms.There were significant differences in the rupture incidence of intracranial aneurysm at different locations (63.1％,79.8％,41.1％,33.3％,33.3％,and 36.0％,respectively; P ＜0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the female (odds ratio [OR],6.311,95％ confidence interval [OR]3.673-10.844; P ＜ 0.01),existing ascus (OR 2.789,95％ CI 1.624-4.792; P＜0.01),and maximum diameter ＞5 mm (OR 1.866,95％ CI 1.012-3.437; P =0.046) were the independent risk factors for ruptured intracranial aneurysms.Conclusions The incidence and rupture rate in women patients with intracranial aneurysm were higher than those in men.Hypertension,history of smoking existing ascus,aneurysm location,aneurysm maximum diameter,aneurysm length and AR were all the factors that impact ruptured intracranial aneurysms,in which women,existing ascus and the maximum diameter ＞5 mm were the independent risk factors.
