Objective To explore the effects of environmental factors such as temperature, relative humidity and ventilation rate on release quantity of formaldehyde in woodiness boards. Methods A small climate chamber was employed to control the temperature, concentration of vapor and ventilation rate. The quantity of formaldehyde released from woodiness boards was determined by 4160 Formaldehyde Analyzer of INTERSCAN. Results The released quantity of formaldehyde increased from 0.12 mg/(m2?h) to 0.35 mg/(m2?h) as the temperature increased from 18 ℃ to 38 ℃, it increased from 0.20 mg/(m2?h) to 0.46 mg/(m2?h) as the concentration of vapor increased from 3.99 mg/L to 15.75 mg/L, it increased from 0.21 mg/(m2?h) to 0.62 mg/(m2?h) as the ventilation rate increased from 0.5 h-1 to 2.0 h-1. Conclusion The emission rate of formaldehyde in woodiness boards will be accelarated when the temperature, concentration of vapor and ventilation rate increased.

The distance between the medial border of the two articular processes was measured by CT and MRI. At the level of C5-6-7 it was 23-25 mm(24mm on average). If the distance is 24 mm at C5-6 a tuohy needle is inserted 10 mm(24?2-2) lateral to the midline. When the needle touches vertebral lamina, withdraw the needle 2mm and redirect it cephalad at 45-60, Resistance is encountered when the needle touches ligament flavum. When the resistance disappears, the tip of the needle has entered the lateral recess via tuohy needle. This approach was used in 45 patients with satisfactory results. In ten patients the position of the cathter was confirmed with contrast medium by CT and MRI.

Objective To sum the clinical experiences of the treatment in congenital heart disease single ventricle with extracardiac conduit (EC) fenestration.Methods Ninety-five patients diagnosed with univentricular heart disease underwent EC using Gore-Tax conduits at the Department of Children's Heart Center,Justus-Liebig-University Giessen Germany from June 1996 to July 2010.According to EC with or without fenestration,the patients were divided into two groups.Seventy-one routine fenestration of the extracardiac conduit (the fenestration group),58 patients (58/71) of children with high-risk preoperative intraoperative fenestration,13 cases (13/71) were due to low cardiac Rankinginterventional fenestration; extracardiac conduit fenestration (non-windowed group) did not undergo surgery in 24 patients (24/95).Results The fenestration had no death; Three died in non-windowed group.Postoperative effusions and postoperative mean pulmonary artery pressure in group without fenestration ((14.2 ± 2.3) d and (15.1 ± 3.4) mm Hg respectively) were significantly higher than group with fenestration ((10 ± 3.2) d and (13.2 ± 2.8) mm Hg respectively).It had significant differences(P =0.016).In the group with fenestration and without fenestration,postoperative oxygen saturation((90.3 ±4.0)％,(91.7 ±5.2)％),postoperative thrombosis (11.3％ (8/71),12.5％ (3/24)),and postoperative neurological problems (18.3％ (13/71),20.8％ (5/24)) did not differ between cohorts.Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat congenital heart disease single ventricle with EC.EC with fenestration can improve acute postoperative mortality by rising cardiac output,thereby can reduce early postoperative mortality.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of surgical small incision treatment of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in premature infants with titanium clip.Methods One hundred children received and cured by our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were divided into two groups.Group A:body weight ＞ 1.5 kg of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA),71 cases of premature children; group B:body weight ＜ 1.5 kg of low body weight preterm the children PDA,29 cases.The operations were performed in the newborn intensive care unit (NICU).The patient was placed in a lateral position with the left arm abduction under general anesthesia.A 1.5-2.5 cm long posterolateral mini-thoracotomy was made and the pleural cavity was entered via the 2-3rd intercostal space.The PDA was closed with two titanium clips.Results Ninety-nine cases were cured,1 died.2 residual shunt postoperatively.One patient on postoperative 5 day was found wound infected,wound healing after the use of antibiotics by intravenous.There was no significant difference in incidence of postoperative complications and mortality rate between group A and group B (P ＞ 0.05).Majority of children successfully weaned from the ventilator due to the rapid improvement of hemodynamics and lung conditions.In group B,mechanical ventilation time (12.6 ± 7.5) d and postoperative hospital stay (21.0 ± 15.4) d was significantly longer than group A ((9.6 ± 4.2) d and (12.0 ± 10.8) d),the difference between the two groups was significant (t =7.35,9.12,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion (1) It is a viable treatment that bedside minimally invasive titanium clip closed ductus arteriosus in preterm children PDA.(2) As the treatment of low body weight premature children is poor,the tolerance of the surgical trauma of the surgery as a minimally invasive,simple method is particularly suitable for low body weight premature children PDA.

Objective To evaluate the effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with Xuesaitong capsule on blood viscosity in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with pulmonary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital between January 2013 and November 2015 were studied,the patients were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group according to the order of admission,40 cases in each group.Control groups were treated with Xuesaitong capsule,and the combined group were treated with Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood viscosity(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity ratio),blood indexes(blood platelet aggregation rate,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index),cardiac function and safety were observed.Results There were no significant differences in blood rheological indexes,LVEF,MAP and HR between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity ratio,platelet aggregation rate,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index,MAP and HR in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while LVEF was significantly higher,and the changes in the combined group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of treatment in the combined group(88.89％)was significantly higher than that in the control group(62.50％).Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with Xuesaitong capsule is effective in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.It can significantly reduce blood viscosity,blood related indexes and improve cardiac function.

Objective To explore the surgery methods for multiple fibroadenoma of breast,provide a ref erence for the surgical treatment of breast multiple fibroadenoma.Methods The clinical data of 152 cases of breast multiple fibmadenoma admitted from January 2008 to October 2012 in Department of Breast Surgery,Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University were analyzed retrospectively.All the cases were applied intraoperative B-ultrasound guided,taken the areola incision through breast subcutaneous layer approach for resection of multiple breast fibroadenoma.The surgical incision design,surgical procedures and results of operations were analyzed.Results All 152 cases fibroadenoma were resected which were guided by B-ultrasound with areola incision.One month and three months after operation,the assessment of physician-patient for the scars were different.There was no significance in the Pearson Correlations which were 0.894 (P =0.106) and 0.905 (P =0.065),respectively.But twelve months later,it satisfied with the appearance of scar,either the patients or the doctors (P ＜ 0.05).The Pearson Correlation was 0.946 (P ＜0.001).Conclusions B-ultrasound guided areola incision through the breast subcutaneous layer approach could removal multiple breast fibroadenoma at one time,patients were satisfacted with the good cosmetic results,we believe this operation method has short operation time and good clinical value.

Objective To investigate the effects of sericin pretreatment on the expression of extracellular matrix(ECM) associated protein in diabetic nephropathy(DN) rats' kidney.Methods Sixty six male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=12):normal control group,DN model group and sericine pretreatment group.DN rats model in model group and sericine pretreatment group were established by intraperitoneally injection of streptozotocin(STZ).Blood glucose≥16.7 mmol/L was taken as the standard of successful modelization.The rats in sericine pretreatment group were lavaged with sericine(2.4 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)) for 35 days before injecting STZ.The enzymic method was used to measure the blood glucose.Type Ⅳ collagen(cⅣ)and laminin(LN)content in the serum were detected by ELBA.The expression of transforming growth factor-β_1,(TGF-β_1)and tissue inhibitors of maprix metalloproteinase-1(TMP-1) protein in the kidney was observed by immunohistochemical staining.The expression of Smad 3 protein in the kidney was detected by Western blot.Results Compared with normal control rats,the blood glucose,cⅣ and LN content in the serum,TGF-β_1,TIMP-1 and Smad 3 expression in the kidney of the model group rats increased obviously(P<0.01).The blood glucose,cⅣ and LN content in the serum,TGF-β_1,TMP-1 and Smad3 expression in the kidney of rats in sericine pretreatment group were significantly lower than those of the rats in model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Sericin pretreatment can inhibit the activation of TGF-β/Smad 3 signal pathway in the kidney of DN rats,and prevent the decrease of MMPs activity induced by up-regulation of TIMP-1.So sericin can prevent accumulation of ECM and glomerulosclerosis during DN,and has satisfactory apotropaic effects on the development of DN.

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is an effective way to acute myeloid leukemia (AML).The therapy effect of allo-HSCT comes from the preconditioning of the radiation and/or chemotherapy,as well as the graft versus leukemia (GVL) effect of the donor' s immune system.In nearly a decade,with the deepening research on biological characteristics of leukemia cells,according to the cytogenetic and molecular markers to dangerous degree classification of AML,which enables us to pick out AML patients can benefit from allo-HSCT.The clinical curative effect of allo-HSCT for AML has obviously improved,and applicable scope has also extended,but there are some differences in the application of AML.The mechanism,opportunity,curative effects,donor selection and preconditioning of allo-HSCT for AML are discussed.

Objective To explore the effect of preserving intercostobrachial nerve (ICBN) in axillary lymph node dissection on sensory disturbance for breast cancer.Methods Clinical data of 146 cases of stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲa breast cancer patients treated by modified radical mastectomy was analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.Retention group included 67 patients who were performed axillary lymph node dissection preserving ICBN,and 79 cases undergoing axillary lymph node dissection were taken as control group.Data of the two groups were assessed to compare the operation time,nunber of lymph nodes dissection and sensory abnormalities of upper arms.Results In the follow-up of 1,3 and 6 months,the incidence rate of the lateral upper ann sensory disturbance were 17.9％ and 74.9％,11.9％ and 60.7％,7.4％ and 59.5％ respectively in the retention and control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=46.78,P＜0.001;x2=36.54,P＜0.001;x2=42.80,P＜0.001).Meanwhile,there was no obvious difference between the retention and control group in operation time and number of lymph nodes(P＞0.05).No local recurrence after operation occurred in the follow-up of 8 months to 5 years.Conclusions For stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ a breast cancer patients undergoing axillary lymph node dissection,retaining ICBN can significantly reduce the chance of the postoperative medial upper arm sensory disturbance,improve the quality of life with no increase of local recurrence rate.

Objective To investigate the effect of AG490 on the apoptosis of pancreatic acinar cells and expression of apoptosis gene FasL and Bcl-2 in rat model of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods Seventy-two healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (n=24), SAP group (n=24) and AG490 group (n=24). Heart blood samples were taken to detect serum amylase at 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after operation in three groups. Pancreatic tissue were observed under light microscope to analyze pathological changes and pathological scores. The index of pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL. The expressions of FasL and Bcl-2 mRNA in pancreatic tissue was detected by RT-PCR. Results Compared with control group, the damage of pancreatic tissue was gradually increased, the serum level of amylase significantly increased (P＜0.01), the index of pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis increased, the expression of FasL mRNA was significantly increased, the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA was significantly decreased (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01) in SAP group. Compared with SAP group, the pancreatic injury was improved significantly, the serum amylase significantly decreased ( P＜0.01), the apoptosis index rate of pancreatic acinar cells was increased, the expression of FasL mRNA was significantly increased, and the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA was significantly decreased (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01) in AG490 group. Conclusion The inhibition of the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway may regulate the apoptosis-related gene to increase the apoptosis of pancreatic acinar cells, thereby reducing the reaction and pathological damages of acute pancreatitis.
