The paper points out that under the market economy, it is imperative to cherish the idea of resources = efficiency management so as to tap human resources and strengthen intensional building. It gives an account of how human resources were economized when the volume of operations increased by a large margin while the proportion between personnel and number of operations did not increase markedly. The many management measures adopted include: cultivating quality nurses specialized in operation, enhancing the high-tech content in the nursing specialty, building a knowledge-based echelon of management talents, setting up responsibility operating rooms, working out flexible shifts, and rationally utilizing contract nurses.

This study was aimed to investigate the seed protein of different forms ofTrichosanthis fructus from Shandong province. UV analyzer was used to analyze the seed protein content. PAGE fingerprint was drawn by Biosens Gel Imaging System software. The Jaccard coefficient was worked out by using NTSYS-pc software. A cluster dendrogram of different samples was established based on unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means (UPGMA). The results showed that the content of different samples was obviously different. But there were many common bands in the fingerprints of PAGE. It was concluded that the content of seed protein cannot be used as the main index to evaluate the quality ofTrichosanthis fructus. The common bands in fingerprints of PAGE can be used to identifyTrichosanthis fructus.

Objective · To demonstrate the effect of TRIM59 on gliomagenesis and the molecular mechanism.Methods · TRIM59 protein expression in glioma specimens was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining,and in several glioma cell lines by Western blotting and quantative PCR.After TRIM59 was knocked down by shRNAs,cell proliferation,migration,colony formation,and orthotopic xenograft brain tumor development were detected.The signaling pathway of TRIM59 in gliomas was also explored by RNA-Seq and KEGG PATHWAY analyses.Results· The levels of TRIM59 protein expression in clinical glioma specimens were positively correlated with glioma malignancy.TRIM59 was highly expressed in LN229 and U87 glioma cells compared with normal human astrocytes.Knockdown of TRIM59 in these two cell lines with lentivirus-mediated shRNAs inhibited their proliferation,migration,and colony formation.Compared with the control xenograft models,knockdown of TRIM59 significantly inhibited glioma tumor growth.RNASeq and KEGG PATHWAY analyses identified that TRIM59 knockdown down-regulated 306 genes,among which PI3K/AKT signal pathway-related genes were the most.Moreover,TRIM59 knockdown suppressed AKT phosphorylation,whereas overexpression of a constitutively actived AKT (Myr-AKT)rescued TRIM59 knockdown-inhibited cell proliferation.Conclusion· TRIM59 is a new glioma oncogene,which may take effect through activating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

OBJECTIVE Through biomonitoring the effect of ethylene oxide sterilization process,to discuss the precision usage and management of the technology in operating room,and instruct the sterile job in operating room in the future.METHODS The process of ethylene oxide sterilization was monitored by biological indicators to realize the whole controlling of sterilization effects.RESULTS In the whole 210 sterile articles,202 were qualified,and 8 were disqualified.CONCLUSIONS With correct procedures of sterilization and assurance the qualification of the biomonitoring indicators,the optimal quality of sterilization would be achieved.
