Systemic contact dermatitis (SCD) is a kind of allergic inflammatory skin disease caused by contact with the same or cross-reactive allergens via systemic absorption in individuals who have been exposed to allergens. To study the effect of the proliferation and apoptosis of Survivin-T34A mutant on breast cancer MCF-7 cell, we adopted the method of cell culture in vitro to observe the proliferation and apoptosis of the cell. In the experiment, MCF-7 cells were randomly divided into three groups and transfected with normal saline, PORF-9-null and Survivin-T34A, respectively. Breast cancer nude mouse models were established to study anti-tumor effect of Survivin-T34A in vivo. The activity of the cells in the Survivin-T34A-transfected group was lower than that in PORF-9-null group. The increase of cell apoptosis was observed under electron microscopy, meanwhile the apoptotic rate was obviously higher than that in PORF-9-null control by flow cytometry. Tumor inhibition effects of the mouse which received the injection of Survivin-T34A intratumoral injection were apparent, and the inhibition ratio was as high as 47.1%. In conclusion, Survivin-T34A mutant has anti-tumor effect through efficiently inhibiting the growth of breast cancer MCF-7 cell and actively promoting apoptosis of cancer cells.

Objective: To discuss the university students early-stage interpersonal perception and selection in internet Method; Totally 362 university students who used internet instant chat system were surveyed with the self-designed questionnaires. They were required to assess the influence degree of internet information on their feeling and choosing in a five degree scale. The differences in gender, subject and lasting time were also compared. Re-sults: (1) Age (4. 39 ± 1.94), nick name (3.71 ± 1.92) and self-explained (3.67 ± 1.97) were the most important information for choosing a friend in internet, which were higher than three most unimportant information including blood type (1.23 ±0. 80), level (1.40 ±0.95), and operation (1.41 ±0.89) (P<0.01) . (2) All students trended to evaluate others or selves information veritable. In all items, the veracity rate of self evaluate was high than 78.2% , and the veracity degrees of evaluating others'information were between 2.05 ～ 2.91. (3) Bad manners (1. 33 ±0.72), rough speech (1.41 ±0.71), and bored dialogue (1.50 ±0. 80) were the most related factors to choose friend, which were higher than three most unimportant information including no meeting chance (4.47±0.94), slow typing (3.13 ±1.12), poor motivation (2.32 ± 1.05) (P<0.01) . Conclusion: This study suggests that peoples early-stage perception and selection in internet are based on the selection, confirmation and conjecture of users, which will have certain effects on the development of network interpersonal relationship.

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of a self-made occluder used for bronchoscopic lung volume reduction(BLVR).Methods Two patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase were selected for the present study.One or two nitinol occluders were placed,guided by brochoscopy,into the target bronchi of the two patients.Examination of pulmonary functions,chest computed tomography,complications,blood gas analysis,and evaluation of life quality with St George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)were carried out before and 7 months after the bronchoscopic lung volume reduction.Results No dislodging or shifting of all the inserted occluders occurred.Only slight proliferation of granulation tissue was found in mucous membrane around the occluder,and atelectasis was observed at the target sites of lung.Before and 7 months after BLVR,ventilatory capacity(VC)of case 1 rose from 3.08L to 3.57L,and that of case 2 was elevated from 2.19L to 2.58L.Forced vital capacity(FVC)of case 1 was elevated from 2.87L to 3.57L,and that of case 2 from 2.60L to 2.58L.SGRQ showed a remarkable improvement of patients' dyspnea with a decrease of scores from 62 to 26 in case 1 and from 48 to 23 in case 2.No evident changes were found on arterial oxygen blood partial pressure(PaO2)in both patients,and no severe complications such as obstructive pneumonia or pneumothorax occurred yet in either case 1 or case 2.Conclusion The present study has demonstrated that the self-made occluder is convenient for insertion with satisfactory stability and therapeutic efficacy.Application of such occluder is safe with few complications,and may serve the purpose of reducing lung volume and improving lung function.

Objective To clone the full length cDNA sequence of HSPC016 gene, an aggregative growth related gene in dermal papilla cells (DPC). Analyze its characteristics and predict its biological function in the phase of growth and differentiation for DPC. Methods Rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) technology was used for full length cDNA amplification. Bioinformtic methods were used to analyze the chromosome location, protein sequence, domain and possible biological function of the gene. Results Two isoforms of HSPC016 gene were obtained from DPC. They were 400bp and 493bp, respectively. The gene was mapped on chromosome 3 q21 31, and was conservative on evolution. HSPC016 protein had 64aa, belonged to PD053992 protein family; its functional domain was homologous to T2FA gene. Conclusion HSPC016 was a transcriptional modulatory gene. Its protein product may act as a subunit of a transcriptional complex and play a role on DPC growth and differentiation through modulating other genes' transcription within nucleus

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status quo of pharmaceutical administration in primary hospitals.METHODS: According to the requirements of 2009 "Medical quality promotional campaign around China" held by Ministry of Public Health,pharmaceutical care of 7 hospitals in Pengzhou city were evaluated and scored in accordant with the detailed rules.The scoring percentages were calculated and pharmaceutical care of 7 hospitals were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The scoring percentages of 2 hospitals were more than 80%;those of 3 hospitals were between 60% and 80%;those of 2 hospitals were lower than 60%.No hospital had obtained score in the field of clinical pharmacy.In primary hospital several aspects should be strengthened,such as pharmaceutical professional staff,system construction,rational use of drugs and clinical pharmaceutical care.

Objective To further observe the effect of botulinum toxin A(BTXA) treatment on hemifacial spasm(HFS) patients and to investigate the value of double stimulation of blink reflex(BR) before and after BTXA injection. Methods Among 134 cases of HFS treated by local injection of BTXA, the changes of BR in 42 cases was recorded before and after the injection. Results Of totally 134 treated cases, 60 (44 8%) cases were completely relieved and the rest 74 (55 2%) cases were obviously improved after treatment, with an effective duration of 16 5?5 7 weeks.In 42 patients with determination of BR value,before injection the latency of R 1, R 2, R' 2 of the affected side showed within normal limit.The interval of R 2 was shorter and the amplitudes of R 1,R 2,R' 2 were higher .After injection , the R 1 disappeared in 7 patients,and R 1,R 2,R' 2 all disappeared in 5 patients,for the rest 30 patients,the latency of R 1,R 2,R' 2 was prolonged slightly,but showing no apparent differences The amplitudes of R 1,R 2 and R' 2 were lowered significantly ( P

Objective To establish the optimal section planes for observing ventricular septal defect(VSD) by real-time three dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE).Methods In 6 pig hearts with different types of VSD, after high pressural perfusion with coupling reagent, two dimensional, dual plane and RT-3DE were performed with different section planes, estimating with half quantificational visional grade:4 marks,very clear;3 marks,clear;2 marks,not clear enough; 1 marks,not clear. Results Observation by RT-3DE, en-face view of atrial-ventricular(S2a) and en-face view of left ventricular septum(L1a) provided relatively ideal section planes in sub-arterial ventricular septal defect, S2a and en-face view of right ventricular septum(L2a) provided relatively ideal section planes in perimembranous and muscular VSD. Conclusions S2a reflects relatively ideal section plane in sub-arterial, perimembranous and muscular VSD.
