1.Clinical progress in systemic contact dermatitis

Systemic contact dermatitis (SCD) is a kind of allergic inflammatory skin disease caused by contact with the same or cross-reactive allergens via systemic absorption in individuals who have been exposed to allergens. SCD lesions are diverse and easily overlooked in clinical practice. This review summarizes progress in clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment of and sensitizers in SCD, aiming to improve its clinical diagnosis and treatment.

3.Effects of Survivin-T34A mutant on breast cancer cell in vitro and in vivo.

To study the effect of the proliferation and apoptosis of Survivin-T34A mutant on breast cancer MCF-7 cell, we adopted the method of cell culture in vitro to observe the proliferation and apoptosis of the cell. In the experiment, MCF-7 cells were randomly divided into three groups and transfected with normal saline, PORF-9-null and Survivin-T34A, respectively. Breast cancer nude mouse models were established to study anti-tumor effect of Survivin-T34A in vivo. The activity of the cells in the Survivin-T34A-transfected group was lower than that in PORF-9-null group. The increase of cell apoptosis was observed under electron microscopy, meanwhile the apoptotic rate was obviously higher than that in PORF-9-null control by flow cytometry. Tumor inhibition effects of the mouse which received the injection of Survivin-T34A intratumoral injection were apparent, and the inhibition ratio was as high as 47.1%. In conclusion, Survivin-T34A mutant has anti-tumor effect through efficiently inhibiting the growth of breast cancer MCF-7 cell and actively promoting apoptosis of cancer cells.

4.Advances in the research of anti-CD20 therapeutic monoclonal antibodies.

As targeted drugs to B-cell malignancies, anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies have been proved to be important in therapeutic antibody field. With three generations in more than ten years' development, the structures of these drugs have been improved, and many new indications have been found. Nowadays, these kinds of antibodies are not only used in the treatment of lymphoid malignancies, but also been proved to be useful in some autoimmune diseases treatment, and their new indications are still being expanded. With the optimization of their clinical dosage regimens, drug reaction has been increased, thus, therapeutic and side effects of anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody have been further improved as well. However, the exact mechanism of action of their combination therapy with other chemical drugs is still unclear, which remains to be further studied. This article reviewed new development of anti-CD20 therapeutic monoclonal antibodies research in recent years.
5.Progess of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of vertebral aretery atherosclerosis

Posterior circulation ischemia (PCI) is a common disease and frequent encountered disease in clinical practice. It refers to the transient ischemic attack and the cerebral infarction in vertebral-basilar artery system. Vertebral aretery atherosclerosis is one of the common causes of PCI. Imaging examinations for PCI include transcranial Doppler (TCD), digital subtraction angiography (DSA), computerized tomographic angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), color Doppler ultrasound (CDU) and so on. TCD can serve as initial screening tool in diagnosis of PCI. DSA is still thegold standardin diagnosis of vertebral-basilar abnormalities, although the operation injury and photography drugs poisonousness have not been resolved. CTA has almost the same defects as DSA, while MRA is noninvasive. Some researches have reposed that MRA can exaggerate the vertebral artery depression level. The inner diameter and hemodynamics of the vertebral artery can be accurately measured by CDU, and it can be seen as a noninvasive examination for PCI,which is direct, accurate, convenient and repeatable. It can provide positive evidence for diagnosis and treatment of PCI. This article reviews the progess of CDU in diagnosis of vertebral aretery atherosclerosis.
6.Inhibition of Aloperine on Dextran Sulphate Sodium-induced Chronic Colitis in C57BL/6 Mice

Objective To investigate the effects of aloperine (ALO) on a model of dextran sulphate sodium (DSS)-induced chronic colitis in C57BL/6 mice.Methods Repeated colitis was induced by administration of four cycles of 4% DSS.The severity of colitis was assessed on the basis of clinical signs,ratio of colon weight and colon length,and histological grading scores.Moreover,secretory immunoglobulin A (S-IgA) and plasma haptoglobin (HP) were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the changes of mRNA expression of ICAM-1and MIF gene in colorectal tissue were detected by quantitative reverse transcriptase real-time polymerase chain reaction using SYBR Green Ⅰ.Results ALO administration significantly attenuated the colon damage,caused substantial reductions of the rise in HP,and maintained the level of cecum S-IgA.ALO inhibited the ICAM-1mRNA expression and had no effect on MIF mRNA expression.Conclusion The effect of ALO on DSS-induced chronic colitis in mice is investigated for the first time,which suggests that ALO could be an attractive therapeutic candidate in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.
7.Evaluation of detection methods for ventricular septal defect in pig hearts in vitro by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography

Objective To establish the optimal section planes for observing ventricular septal defect(VSD) by real-time three dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE).Methods In 6 pig hearts with different types of VSD, after high pressural perfusion with coupling reagent, two dimensional, dual plane and RT-3DE were performed with different section planes, estimating with half quantificational visional grade:4 marks,very clear;3 marks,clear;2 marks,not clear enough; 1 marks,not clear. Results Observation by RT-3DE, en-face view of atrial-ventricular(S2a) and en-face view of left ventricular septum(L1a) provided relatively ideal section planes in sub-arterial ventricular septal defect, S2a and en-face view of right ventricular septum(L2a) provided relatively ideal section planes in perimembranous and muscular VSD. Conclusions S2a reflects relatively ideal section plane in sub-arterial, perimembranous and muscular VSD.
8.Botulinum toxin-A on treatment of hemifacial spasm and the changes of blink reflex by double stimulation before and after treatment

Objective To further observe the effect of botulinum toxin A(BTXA) treatment on hemifacial spasm(HFS) patients and to investigate the value of double stimulation of blink reflex(BR) before and after BTXA injection. Methods Among 134 cases of HFS treated by local injection of BTXA, the changes of BR in 42 cases was recorded before and after the injection. Results Of totally 134 treated cases, 60 (44 8%) cases were completely relieved and the rest 74 (55 2%) cases were obviously improved after treatment, with an effective duration of 16 5?5 7 weeks.In 42 patients with determination of BR value,before injection the latency of R 1, R 2, R' 2 of the affected side showed within normal limit.The interval of R 2 was shorter and the amplitudes of R 1,R 2,R' 2 were higher .After injection , the R 1 disappeared in 7 patients,and R 1,R 2,R' 2 all disappeared in 5 patients,for the rest 30 patients,the latency of R 1,R 2,R' 2 was prolonged slightly,but showing no apparent differences The amplitudes of R 1,R 2 and R' 2 were lowered significantly ( P
9.The Analysis of Ultrasonic Classification and Treatment Effect for Cesarean Scared Pregnancy

Objective:To explore the ultrasonic classification in cesarean scared pregnancy (CSP)and its effect on guiding the clinical treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 41 patients with CSP in the Third people's hospital of Chengdu from January 2013 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.Diagnosis was confirmed according to the diagnostic criteria for ultrasound imaging by Godin etal and the history of cesarean section.Patients were divided into type Ⅰ group and type Ⅱ group through measuring the outside uterine muscle layer thickness of pregnant bursa,based on the criteria by Vial et al.Type Ⅰ:MTX intramuscular injection followed by ultrasound guided Dilation and Curettage(D&C)3 days later.Type Ⅱ]:Uterine artery chemo-embolization (UACE)followed by ultrasound guided D&C 2 days later,or lesion resection and repair of the uterus by trans-abdominal or laparoscopic or trans-vaginal operations 2 days later.Results:The outside uterine muscle layer of pregnant bursa in type Ⅱ] was more thinner than that in type Ⅰ (2.1 ± 1.1 mm vs 3.7 ±0.6 mm,P < 0.05).The number of abortion in type Ⅱ was more than that in type Ⅰ (2.8 ± 0.7 vs 1.5 ± 0.6,P < 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in age,amenorrhea duration and the number of cesarean section (P > 0.05).Patients from two group were treated successfully,and there was no statistical significance about,intraoperative bleeding volume,preoperative serum levels of β-HCG and average recovery time of serum β-HCG(P>0.05).The average hospital stays and cost in type Ⅰ were less than that in type Ⅱ,with statistical significance (4.7 ± 2.5 vs 8.6 ± 2.7 days,5234.6 ± 1688.8 vs 15668.4 ±4623.4 RMB,P < 0.05).Conclusions:The ultrasonic classification of CSP plays a directive role in making treatment option,with reliabe effect and the good prognosis.UACE as a pretreatment which can control intraoperative bleeding,is an effective method for CSP.For its higher cost,UACE should be selectively used in type Ⅱ[CSP,with cost-effective.MTX intramuscular injection used in type Ⅰ CSP before D&C is reliable and cost-effective.
