Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.

Postprandial hyperglycemia is one of the characteristics of glucose profiles in Chinese T2DM patients. High-ratio premix insulin analogues with advantages of excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics and flexible and convenient administration provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese T2DM patients to effectively control postprandial glucose and reduce blood glucose fluctuation. This paper is a literature review on its clinical evidence and experience.

Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic recurrent atopic constitution-associated inflammatory skin disease mainly characterized by eczematous lesions and itching. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear, and there are many controversies about its origin, definition, clinical phenotypes and diagnostic criteria. This review analyzes and discusses these controversies in order to provide a meaningful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

Objective　To observe the germicidal efficacy and stability of the telephone disinfection mat that based on mic-capsule of 2% po tentiated glutaraldehyde in laboratory. Methods　The experiment was carried out according to the criteira of disinfection microbiology in labora tory issued by the Ministry of Health of the country in 1999. Results　 The bactericidal efficiency reached 99.99% for Escherichia coli,St aphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans when soaked in 2% potentiated glu taraldehyde for 3 to 5 min and the HBsAg can be destroyed when soaked for 10 min. Conclusion　The JM-high efficiency telephone disinfection mat is of good bactericidal and stable.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of internal fixation with hollow compression screw for old patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 102 old patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly classified into two groups,which observation group with 57 cases were treated with internal fixation with hollow compression screw and control group with 45 cases were treated with total hip replacement.The clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(x2=4.33,P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in avascular necrosis between the two groups(x2=1.91,P＞0.05).Conclusion Internal fixation with hollow compression Screw for old patients with femoral neck fracture Was safe and can improve clinical effect,which could be applied in clinic.

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lung function and depressive mood of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression,and summarize the effective care of the disease,in order to achieve better efficacy in clinical care and treatment in the future.Methods 58 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression in our hospital were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into the routine care group and the integrated care intervention group with 29 patients in each group.The routine care group received conventional care,and the integrated care intervention group was given comprehensive care according to the patients'individualized condition and psychological intervention on the basis of conventional care.The patients' lung function and severity of depression 6 months and 12 months after treatment were compared.Results In the integrated care intervention group,the lung function 6 months and 12 months after treatment were significantlybetter than the routine care group,the degree of depression was significantly slighter than routine care group.The effective rote of treatment was higher than the routine care group.Conclusions The efficacy of integrated care intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression was significant,it can improve the lung function and depression state of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To investigate the effect of Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP) in heart ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats.Methods Forty - eight rats were divided into 4 groups randomly.3,4 -dihydro-5- [ 4- ( 1 -piperidinyl) butoxy ] - 1 ( 2H ) - isoquinolinone ( DPQ ),an inhibitor of PARP,was used to inhibit the expression of PARP in rat's heart.The expression of PARP,heart infarct size,heart function,and apoptosis of the cardiomyocytes were detected of different groups of the rats.Results The expression of PARP increased in rat heart I/R injury.Mter DPQ was used,the expression of PARP decreased significantly(5.04 ± 1.25 vs 2.33 ± 0.65,t =1.35,P ＜ 0.05 ) ; inhibition of the expression of PARP improved the cardiac function; inhibition of the expression of PARP decreased cells apoptosis from (34 ± 6.2) ％ to (323 ± 3.8) ％ ( t =2.25,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The expression of PARP increased in rat heart I/R injury.Inhibition of the expression of PARP could protect the heart from I/R injury.

Objective To investigate the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),plasma NTproBNP and the cardiac function in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 53 patients with both ACS and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)(T2DM group),67 patients with ACS(ACS group)were selected as the objects.The HbAlc level was detected by immunohistochemical than turbidimetry,and the content of NT-proBNP was detected by electrochemiluminescence method.Results The levels of HbAlc,plasma NT-proBNP of the T2DM group were(9.21±1.23)％,(3.56±1.12)ng/ml,respectively,which were higher than those of ACS group[(5.09±0.67)％,(0.14±0.04)ng/ml](t=6.495,9.277,all P＜0.01);The cardiac function of ACS patients was positively correlated with the levels of HbA1c and plasma NT-proBNP(r=0.517,0.589,all P＜0.01),and there was positive correlation between the levels of HbAlc and plasma NT-proBNP in ACS patients(r=0.431,P＜0.05).Conclusion The HbAlc and NT-proBNP can promote the injury of the cardiac function of ACS patients,and can be used as diagnostic indicators of the injury of the cardiac function of ACS patients.
