1.Merchant Capital Influence on Market Price of Chinese Genuine Regional Herbs
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(8):1843-1846
Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.
2.Looking for the ideal insulin regimens for Chinese T2DM patients——Clinical application and research advance of high-ratio premix insulin analogues
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(3):285-288
Postprandial hyperglycemia is one of the characteristics of glucose profiles in Chinese T2DM patients. High-ratio premix insulin analogues with advantages of excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics and flexible and convenient administration provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese T2DM patients to effectively control postprandial glucose and reduce blood glucose fluctuation. This paper is a literature review on its clinical evidence and experience.
3.Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis: controversies and facts
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2021;54(1):89-92
Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic recurrent atopic constitution-associated inflammatory skin disease mainly characterized by eczematous lesions and itching. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear, and there are many controversies about its origin, definition, clinical phenotypes and diagnostic criteria. This review analyzes and discusses these controversies in order to provide a meaningful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

7.Infection control of chronic osteomyelitis with antibiotic bone cement after debridement
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(2):185-186
Objective To analyze the infection control of chronic osteomyelitis with antibiotic bone cement. Methods In our hospital, 50 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, after clearing the focus, patients were given antibiotic bone cement and closed lavage and drainage respectively. The hospitalization time, average number of operation and the cure rate of patients were observed. Results The average hospitalization time of 21 patients in the study group was ( 65 ± 4. 2 ) d;the mean number of operation was (2. 3 ± 1. 2);the cure rate was 85. 7%. The average duration of hospitalization of 29 patients in control group was (103 ± 2. 5) d;the mean number of operation was (2. 8 ± 1. 4);the cure rate was 55. 2%. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Antibiotic bone cement has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with chronic osteomyelitis, which reduces the hospitalization time and the number of operation, improves the cure rate of patients, focal infection after the removal is controlled well.
8.Clinical Characteristics and Rehabilitation Training of Lateral Consonant Articulation Disorders
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;(11):1311-1314
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and rehabilitation training of abnormal lateral consonant, namely/l/, of pa-tients with functional articulation disorders (FAD). Methods 107 patients with FAD were observed of the clinical characteristics of/l/. 30 pa-tients with/l/articulation disorder accepted speech training. The correlation and simple linear regression analysis were carried out on/l/ar-ticulation disorders and age. Results The articulation disorder of/l/ mainly showed replacement for/n/,/y/,/r/,/d/ or omission. When/l/combined with vowels contained/i/and/ü/, the main error was omission. When/l/combined with vowels contained/a/,/o/,/e/or/u/, the er-rors trended to be replacement rather than omission. After speech training, the patients made less mistakes about/l/(P<0.001). The frequen-cy of/l/articulation disorders was negatively correlated with age (r=-0.840). The result of simple linear regression analysis showed that the determination coefficient was 0.422. Conclusion The/l/articulation disorder mainly shows replacement or omission, varied with the vow-els. The targeted rehabilitation training may be helpful. Age plays an important role in the outcome of/l/articulation disorder.
9.Familial mediterranean fever
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(9):650-652
Familial mediterranean fever (FMF) is a hereditary inflammatory disorder, which caused by mutations in MEFV gene located on short arm of Chromosome 16 p13.3.The majority of patients onset before the age of 10 years, which is characterized clinically by the episodes of inflammatory reaction and serositis, including fever, peritonitis, synovitis and pleurisy.AA-amyloidosis with kidney failure is the most important complication. The children patients were diagnosed mainly on clinical evaluation and the criteria developed by Yal(c)inkaya. The ultimate goal of treatment in FMF is to obtain complete control of unprovoked attacks and minimise subclinical inflammation in between attacks. The only agent that decreases the frequency and severity of the episodes and the development of amyloidosis is colchicine, which should be startcd as soon as a clinical diagnosis is made, alternative biological treatments such as IL-1 receptor antagonist are indicated in patients with non-responders or resistant to colchicine.
10.Association study of coagulation factor Ⅺ gene polymorphism and deep vein thrombosis susceptibility
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2016;36(10):634-639
Deep vein thrombosis is one of venous thromboembolism clinical manifestations, but also a serious, potentially dangerous disease.Thrombosis can occur in various parts of the body veins, and deep venous thrombosis is the most common.Even though most patients with DVT have no clinical symptoms or with mild symptoms, but failure to timely appropriate treatment is easy to progress to post thrombotic syndrome, shares bruises, stock white swollen, which can occur in severe pulmonary embolism and cause death.Although clinically in a variety of measures to prevent DVT formation, including physical prevention and drug prevention, but the incidence of deep vein thrombosis remains high,9-36% after total hip arthroplasty, and 52% after total knee arthroplasty.DVT is a disease combined with genetic and non-genetic factors,60% DVT patients have hereditary risk factors.Currently genetic factors on the formation of DVT study find that clotting factor Ⅺ gene polymorphisms is associated with DVT.Coagulation factor Ⅺ (F Ⅺ) is a serine protease synthesized by the liver and plays an important role in the coagulation cascade process such as maintain the amplification process and the intrinsic pathway.Research on correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of F Ⅺ locus rs2289252 and rs2036914 and deep vein thrombosis has become popular. This paper reviews the discovery of coagulation F Ⅺ single nucleotide polymorphism associated with DVT,the degree of association between coagulation F Ⅺ single nucleotide polymorphism and the formation of DVT,risk allele on the clotting F Ⅺ single nucleotide polymorphism, clinical trials of coagulation F Ⅺ and the formation of DVT,coagulation F Ⅺ single nucleotide polymorphisms interact with other genetic polymorphisms, etc.Although the single nucleotide polymorphism in DVT formation mechanism is still vague,we believe that further study of single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with DVT will provide new approaches to prevention and treatment of DVT.
