Based on force sensing resistor (FSR) sensor, we designed insoles for pressure measurement, which were stable and reliable with a simple structure, and easy to wear and to do outdoor experiments with. So the insoles could be used for gait detection system. The hardware includes plantar pressure sensor array, signal conditioning unit and main circuit unit. The software has the function of data acquisition, signal processing, feature extraction and classification function. We collected 27 groups of gait data of a healthy person based on this system to analyze the data and study pressure distribution under various gait features, i.e., walking on the flat ground, uphill, downhill, up the stairs, and down the stairs. These five gait patterns for pattern recognition and classification by K-nearest neighbors (KNN) recognition algorithm reached up to 90% accuracy. This preliminarily verified the usefulness of the system.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2014;(10):879-882
Objective To discuss the relationships between qi-arrival and mind-control, qi-arrival and qi-regulation, and to define qi-arrival by tracing the relevant records in Nei Jing (Classic of Internal Medicine) and Nan Jing (Classic of Difficult Issues). Method Thirty-seven relevant ancient books of the two classics were reviewed and the notes by WANG Bing, MA Shi, and YANG Shang-shan were referred. Result Mind-control requires the spirits of the practitioner, patient and environment, as well as observing and waiting for the arrival of qi. Regarding qi-regulation, theories involve that qi-arrival achieves same reinforcing and reducing effect as qi-regulation, qi-regulation is elucidated from the correct location of acupoint, proper needling depth and direction, and to regulate qi by observing the arrival of qi. Besides, the changes of internal and external environments also influence qi-arrival via qi-regulation and mind-control. Conclusion Qi-arrival is closely related to mind-control and qi-regulation in obtaining, differentiation, and adjustment. Mind-control and qi-regulation assist each other through the whole acupuncture process, which is the core of qi-arrival.

Objective:This study aimed to investigate the possible mechanism of 32P colloid induced apoptosis of craniopharyngi-oma (CP) cells in vitro and the relationship between dose effect and time effect. Methods:This study established a primary cell culture of CP limited subculture cell line. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay was performed to plot the cell survival curve after the CP cells were treated with 32P colloid at different concentrations and time. Apoptotic rate was detected by flow cytometry(FCM). Apoptosis related DNA was investigated by TUNEL fluorescent staining. The morphological characteristics of apoptotic cells were determined by Hoechst33342 fluorescence staining. The ultrastructure of apoptotic cells was investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Results:Hoechst33342 fluorescence staining, TUNEL fluorescence staining, and TEM revealed that 32P colloid induced the apoptosis of CP cells. 32P colloid reduced the survival rate and increased the apoptotic rate of CP cells as concentration (0 MBq/mL to 14.80 MBq/mL) and time (1 d to 14 d) were increased. Conclusion: 32P colloid could effectively inhibit the growth of CP cells and induce apoptosis in vitro. High concentrations and prolonged time could induce a remarkable effect.

It's been confirmed that acupuncture-moxibustion is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea, and the efficacy is closely related to the intervention time. By summarizing the latest research progress on real-time intervention and pre-intervention of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea, this articlewas to discuss about the effect of intervention time on the efficacy in treating primary dysmenorrhea and thus to provide evidence to choose the optimal intervention time. It brought up that real-time intervention of acupuncture-moxibustion can produce a significant analgesic effect in treating primary dysmenorrhea, while pre-intervention of acupuncture-moxibustion presents its advantages in generally regulating the body function. Therefore, the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea should combine real-time intervention and pre-intervention of acupuncture-moxibustion to enhance the clinical efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2018;34(4):326-332
Objective To retrieve literature on physician-patients relations for analysis of current studies and hotspots. Methods Papers on physician-patient relations published from January 2013 to September 2017 were retrieved in PubMed using such key words as "physician-patient relations" and"nurse-patient relations" respectively for analysis and comparison. Bibliographies of literature on such relations were downloaded, and their publication years, journals, and countries of the journal, as well as their first authors were also analyzed. High frequency words were chosen using a new method based on Zipf's law to identify the cut-off points of high-low frequency words in the corpus. Then the co-word matrix was formed using BICOMB2 to calculate the frequency of main key words, and a dendrogram was developed using SPSS 24.0 for clustering analysis. Results A total of 4 924 papers on physician-doctor relations were reviewed using 74 key words with occurrence higher than 31 times, and 2 145 papers on nurse-patient relations were retrieved using 41 key words with occurrence higher than 25 times. Co-word clustering analysis found six research focuses in recent five years: "informed consent and ethical issues","communication barriers", "trust", "implementation and construction of training courses for improving the relationship between doctors and patients","hospice care", and "patient participation in shared decision-making". It also found four research focuses on nurse-patient relations: "health knowledge, attitude and behavior", "communication and psychological nursing", "psychiatry and hospice care", and "patient centered and patient education". Conclusions Co-word clustering analysis found six research focuses in the recent five years helps understand the current situation and development trend.

To get specific scFv (Single-chain fragment variable) antibody against soluble Abeta1-42(Amyloid-beta) oligomers, we constructed a human single-chain Fv (scFv) antibody library by phage display technology. Using RT-PCR, we amplified the variable heavy (VH) and variable light (VL) genes from peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). Then we obtained the scFv fragments through SOE-PCR, and the scFv fragments were cloned into the vector pCANTAB5E and electroporated into competent Escherichia coli TG1 cells. Consequently, a scFv phage display library containing 2.5 x 10(9) clones was constructed. The recombinant phagemids were rescued by reinfection of helper phage M13K07. Recombinant phages specific for Abeta1-42 oligomers were enriched after four rounds of biopanning and the antigen-positive clones were selected from the enriched clones by phage ELISA. Positive clone B19 was used to infect E. coli HB2151 to express soluble scFv antibody. SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analysis showed that the soluble scFv B19 antibody was expressed successfully and could bind specifically to Abeta1-42 trimer and protofiber. The specific scFv against Abeta1-42 oligomers can be used in the therapeutic research on Alzheimer's disease.

From the time of Neijing (Internal Classic) and Nanjing (Classic of Medical Problems) till the end of Qing dynasty, the medical scholars of each dynasty had taken the recognition of deqi as the subject in the stud- ies. Through the historical analysis, the content of regulating deqi was further understood in relevant ancient liter- ature. By checking the ancient works of acupuncture in each dynasty till the end of Qing dynasty, in reference to the evidences in over 10 works, such as Zhenjiu Dacheng (Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion) , Zhenjing Zhinan (Instruction of Acupuncture Canon), Zhenjiu Daquan, and in association with the academic views of acupuncture masters in modern time, it was discovered that the medical scholars after the time of Neijing and Nanjing had enriched the understandings of deqi, such as the connection of cold and heat reaction, radiation to the affected site, reinforcing and reducing purpose in qi regulation. The methods of deqi regulations had, been explored till the end of Qing dynasty since the time of Neijing and Nanjing and the understandings of it were vari- ous among scholars.
