Objective To explore the clinical features of subcutaneous fluid collection and post-operative headache after craniotomy and assess the efficacy and side effects of the millimeter wave treatment.MethodsA total of 32 neurosurgical patients with post-operative subcutaneous fluid collection were involved in this study and divided into traditional and millimeter wave treatment groups randomly. Subcutaneous fluid volume after 3 days, time for complete fluid absorption, time of hospital stay, incidence of related infections and severe headache between two groups were assessed.ResultsThe fluid reduction is 93.8% in the millimeter wave treatment group and 76.5% in the traditional treatment group 3 days after treatment (P<0.05); time for complete fluid absorption was also shorter in the millimeter wave treatment group; there is no infection in the millimeter wave treatment group and 3 cases in the traditional treatment group, millimeter wave treatment also reduced the occurrence of severe post-operative headache; there is no treatment-related side-effects in the millimeter treatment group.ConclusionMillimeter wave treatment is an efficacious and safe method for subcutaneous fluid collection after craniotomy, and can reduce the occurrences of related infections and post-operative pain.

Objective:To explore the relationship between mobile phone addiction and perceived stress, negative emotion, social support and psychological capital in college students, especially to clarify the internal mechanism of these variables. Methods:A total of 836 college students were investigated with mobile phone addiction index scale, positive psychological capital questionnaire, stress perception scale, positive and negative emotion scale and perceived social support scale.SPSS 22.0 software was used for correlation analysis and SPSS-PROCESS was used to analyze the mediating effect and moderating effect.Results:(1)The scores of psychological capital and perceived stress were(123.38±17.96)and(38.76±6.39)respectively, and the scores of negative emotion, social support and mobile phone addiction were(22.46±6.45), (63.36±12.40)and(39.31±10.01)respectively.Psychological capital was negatively correlated with perceived stress, negative emotion and mobile phone addiction( r=-0.66, -0.37, -0.28, all P<0.01).Perceived stress was positively correlated with negative emotion and mobile phone addiction( r=0.50, 0.38, both P<0.01).Social support was positively correlated with psychological capital( r=0.50, P<0.01), while negatively correlated with perceived stress, negative emotion and mobile phone addiction( r=-0.41, -0.30, -0.12, all P<0.01).(2)Psychological capital influenced mobile phone addiction by the mediating effect of perceived stress( β=-0.20, SE=0.03, 95% CI: -0.27--0.13).In addition, psychological capital influenced mobile phone addiction through the chain mediating effect of perceived stress and negative emotion( β=-0.04, SE=0.01, 95% CI: -0.06--0.01).Moreover, the mediating effect of psychological capital on stress perception was moderated by social support. Conclusion:Perceived stress and negative emotion are important mediations between psychological capital and mobile phone addiction.Social support can moderate the effect of psychological capital on perceived stress.

B7-H6 has been discovered as a new member of the B7 family in recent years, it can specifically bind to the NKp30, an activated receptor of natural killer (NK) cells to mediate NK cells' tumor immunity killing effect. B7-H6 expression is upregulated in a wide variety of malignant tumor cells, but expression deficiency in normal tissue is detected. The intrinsic mechanism of B7-H6 regulation has been explored, and the treatment targeting B7-H6 has achieved a good effect in animal experiments, which shows a wide prospect of clinical application. This paper summarizes the latest progress of B7-H6 molecule in malignant tumors.

This study examined the effects of flow shear stress on the bio-capacity of the endothelial cells' induced from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). After cultivating the SD rat mesenchymal stem cells in vitro, we exposed them under different intensity of flow shear stress and induced these cells to endothelial cells. The variations of total anti-oxidation competence (T-AOC) and quantity of nitrogen monoxide (NO) were tested. The results showed that shear stress has an enhanced effect on the T-AOC and NO of endothelial cells induced from MSCs in an intensity-dependent manner. Flow shear stress could provide a protective action on the in vitro induction of endothelial cells, thus formulating a theoretical foundation for the therapeutics of ischemic heart diseases and vascular tissue engineering.
