1.Perioperative nursing of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate

Objective To evaluate the perioperative nursing of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate(TUPKRP).Methods One hundred and thirty BPH patients underwent transurethral prostatectomy with the bipolar plasmakinetic technique.All patients received preoperative mental nursing,holistic nursing care and health education before operation.Results All patients passed through the surgery and were given nursing intervention.They were discharged after rehabilitation.Conclusions TUPKRP is an important miro-invasion operation for treatment of BPH.The important points are preoperative mental nursing,rational use of drug,postoperative bladder irrigation and prevention of hemorrhage.
2.Adeno-associated vector mediated intracellular biological activity of human Kallistatin.

Human tissue kallikrein-binding protein (Kallistatin, KAL), a secretory protein that participates in the regulation of multiple signaling pathways by binding to the extracellular receptor, however, at present has not been reported about the intracellular activity, and whether it has the similar biological activity with extracellular activity. Here we constructed no signal peptide KAL (NSK) into the adeno-associated virus vector to explore the intracellular activity of KAL. Both the endothelial cell and lung cancer cells could express KAL, but not secreted after rAAV2-NSK transfection. The proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were inhibited, but the apoptosis rate was not affected. The proliferation rates, mobility and tubule formation of all the three tested lung cancer cells, such as NCI-H446, NCI-H460 and A549, were inhibited to different extents. This cellular study not only confirmed the intracellular activity, but also suggested it may serve as a kind of "balance factor" in multi-targeted controlling, which may provide a new train of thoughts to explain the regulatory contradiction in PI3K-Akt signaling pathways by KAL.
3.Stimuli phrases of adductor spasmodic dysphonia phonatory break in mandarin Chinese.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the characteristics of adductor spasmodic dysphonia phonatory break in mandarin Chinese and select the stimuli phrases.
METHOD:
Thirty-eight patients with adductor spasmodic dysphonia were involved in this study. Standard phrase " fù mŭ xīn" and a speech corpus in mandarin Chinese with 229 syllables covering all vowel and constant of mandarin Chinese were selected. Every patient read the phrases above twice in normal speed and comfortable voice. Two auditory perpetual speech pathologists marked phonatory break syllables respectively. The frequency of phonatory break syllables and their located phrases were calculated, rated and described. The phrases including the most phonatory break syllables were selected as stimuli phrases, the phonatory break frequency of which was also higher than that of standard phrase "fù mŭ xīn".
RESULT:
Phonatory break happened in the reading of all patients. The average number of phonatory break syllables was 14 (3-33). Phonatroy break occurred when saying 177 (77.3%) syllables in the speech corpus. The syllables "guŏ, rén, zāng, diàn, chē, gè, guăn, a, bā, ne, de" broke in 23.1%-41.0% patients. These syllables belonged to the phrases "pĭng guŏ, huŏ chē, shì de, nĭ shì gè hăo rén, wŏ mén shì yŏu zŏng shì bă qĭn shì nong dé hĕn zāng, wŏ mén nà biān yŏu wăng qiú yùn dong chăng, cān gŭan, jiŭ bā hé yī gè miàn bāo dìan, tā shì duō me kāng kăi a,wŏ yīng gāi zài xìn lĭ xiĕ yī xiē shén mē ne?". Thirty-seven patients (97.3%) had phonatory break in above mentioned words. Ratios of these words phonatory break also were more than "fù mŭ xīn".
CONCLUSION
Adductor spasmodic dysphonic patients exhibited different degrees of phonatory break in mandarine Chinese. The phrases" shì de, pĭng guŏ, huŏ chē, nĭ shì gè hăo rén, wŏ mén nà biān yŏu wăng qiú yùn dong chăng, cān gŭan, jiŭ bā hé yī gè miàn bāo dìan, tā shì duō me kāng kăi a" were recommended as stimuli phrases for adductor spasmodic dysphonia evaluation.

4.Effect of anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker on the mechanical function of soft denture liners

BACKGROUND:Due to limitations of the physicochemical properties of soft denture liner material itself, whisker has been added in the soft lining material in recent years, so as to enhance its mechanical properties. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of different additive amount of anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker on the mechanical function of self-curing soft denture liner. METHODS: There were six groups in this experiment. Anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker at the mass fraction of 0 (control), 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% was respectively added into self-curing soft liner materials, 10 test specimens in each group, a total of 60 test specimens. The shear bond strength, Shore hardness and tensile strength were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: With the increasing amount of the anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker, the Shore hardness of the soft lining material was increased continuously, and the tensile strength was increased firstly and then reduced. When 3% anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was added, the bond strength and tensile strength of soft lining material reached the peak. Taken together, the mechanical properties of the soft lining materials became perfect when 3% anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was added. These results demonstrate that anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker may affect the mechanical properties of self-curing soft liner.
5.Protective effect of calcium channel agonist BayK8644 on lungs against ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the protective effect of calcium channel agonist BayK8644 preconditioning on the lungs against ischemia-reperfusion injury (I/R) and its mechanism in rabbits.
METHODS:
Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (10 in each group): a sham-operated group (Sham), an I/R group (I/R), an ischemic preconditioning (IP) group (IP), and a BayK8644 preconditioning group(BayK8644).The wet to dry weight (W/D) ratio, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, myleoperoxidase (MPO), and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents of the lung tissues were measured after the operation. Morphological and ultrastructural changes of the lung tissue were observed by light and electron microscope. The expression of pulmonary surfactant-associated protein-A (SP-A) was examined with immunohistochemistry.
RESULTS:
The W/D ratio, MPO and MDA contents of the lung tissue in the BayK8644 group and IP group were significantly lower than those in the I/R group (P<0.05), while the SOD activity and expression of SP-A of the lung tissue in the BayK8644 group and IP group were significantly higher than those in the I/R group(P<0.05), The morphological changes and ultrastructural changes were less notable in the BayK8644 group and IP group, compared with the I/R group. There was no significant difference in SOD activity, MPO and MDA contents between the BayK8644 group and IP group (P>0.05).
CONCLUSION
Appropriate BayK8644 preconditioning can induce transient Ca²+ influx, and elicit strong protection against the lung ischemia-reperfusion injury, which can simulate the endogenous protective effect of ischemic preconditioning.

6.Emerging role of lncRNAs as mechanical signaling molecules in mechanotransduction and their association with Hippo-YAP signaling:a review

Cells within tissues are subject to various mechanical forces,including hydrostatic pressure,shear stress,compression,and tension.These mechanical stimuli can be converted into biochemical signals through mechanoreceptors or cytoskeleton-dependent response processes,shaping the microenvironment and maintaining cellular physiological balance.Several studies have demonstrated the roles of Yes-associated protein(YAP)and its homolog transcriptional coactivator with PDZ-binding motif(TAZ)as mechanotransducers,exerting dynamic influence on cellular phenotypes including differentiation and disease pathogenesis.This regulatory function entails the involvement of the cytoskeleton,nucleoskeleton,integrin,focal adhesions(FAs),and the integration of multiple signaling pathways,including extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK),wingless/integrated(WNT),and Hippo signaling.Furthermore,emerging evidence substantiates the implication of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)as mechanosensitive molecules in cellular mechanotransduction.In this review,we discuss the mechanisms through which YAP/TAZ and lncRNAs serve as effectors in responding to mechanical stimuli.Additionally,we summarize and elaborate on the crucial signal molecules involved in mechanotransduction.
7.Clinical application evaluation of serum C1q and other complement factors in the diagnosis and prediction of preeclampsia

Objective To observe the levels of serum complement C 1q, C3, C4 and factor B in different phases during normal pregnancy;To evaluate the diagnostic value and the predictive value of serum complement C1q, C3, C4 and factor B in preeclampsia (PE).Methods Three groups of subjectes were enrolled from January 2017 to March 2018 in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology , Peking University Third Hospital.(1) 30 pregnant women in each group at 8-14 weeks, 20-26 weeks and 28-36 weeks were retrospectively selected , and the serum levels of complement C 1q, C3, C4 and B factors were measured and compared.(2)Selecting 17 cases of early-onset mild PE, 47 cases of early-onset severe PE, 24 cases of late-onset mild PE, 27 cases of late-onset severe PE, and 30 normal pregnant cases of the same gestational stage as early-onset /late-onset controls , through ANOVA analysis and comparison between two groups , this study evaluated the diagnostic value of serum complement C 1q, C3, C4 and factor B in PE.(3)To evaluate the predictive effect in PE, it analyzed serum C1q and factor B levels of pregnant women at 20-26 gestation weeks through prospective nested case-control study of 214 cases.Results The levels of serum C1q remained stable in the whole pregnancy .The levels of C3 and factor B increased at the early stage of pregnancy and remained stable after the middle stage .C4 increased early in pregnancy and then remained stable.Compared with the control group , the levels of serum C1q in all four types of PE patients were significantly decreased ( median: 169 mg/L, 161 mg/L, 165 mg/L, 163 mg/L;early-onset, late-onset control group:187 mg/L, 194 mg/L;U=130.500, 426.500, 159.500, 130.500, all P<0.05).Serum C3 levels of all the other three types of PE patients were significantly lower than those of the control groups (median:1170 mg/L, 1323 mg/L, 1223 mg/L;early-onset, late-onset control groups: 1438 mg/L, 1434 mg/L;U =379.000, 246.000, 160.000, all P <0.05 ), except for the early-onset mild PE (1275 mg/L).Serum C4 levels of patients with early/late onset severe PE were significantly lower than those of the control groups ( median: 140 mg/L, 142 mg/L;early-onset, late-onset control groups:223 mg/L, 235 mg/L;U =329.500, 136.500, both P <0.001 ) .Serum factor B levels showed no statistical difference among 3 early on-set groups or among 3 late on-set groups ( early-onset group median:332 mg/L,318 mg/L,early-onset control group 312 mg/L;late-onset group median:316 mg/L,314 mg/L, late-onset group 303 mg/L;χ2 =5.990, 1.77, all P>0.05).33 (15.4%) cases developed PE out of 214 pregnant women with PE risk factors .Compared to those who didn′t develop PE , it showed no statistical difference of serum C1q, C3, C4, and factor B levels at 20-26 gestational weeks of the women who subsequently developed PE ( C1q:175 mg/L vs.184 mg/L; C3:1523 mg/L vs.1467 mg/L; C4:230 mg/L vs.229 mg/L;FB:344 mg/L vs.320 mg/L;U=2090.000, 1575.000, 2058.500, 1362.000, all P>0.05).Compared to those of the healthy pregnant controls , it showed no statistical difference of serum C1q, C3 and C4 levels of 20-26 gestational weeks of the women who subsequently developed PE (C1q:175 mg/L vs.190 mg/L; C3:1523 mg/L vs.1428 mg/L; C4:230 mg/L vs.227 mg/L; U=353.000, 395.000, 493.500, all P >0.05),while it showed statistical difference (344 mg/L vs.306 mg/L;U=233.500, P=0.007) for factor B.Conclusions Serum C1q level of PE patients significantly decreased, which can be used as potential indicators of PE diagnosis , but serum C1q, C3, C4 level of 20-26 gestational weeks cannot predict risk of PE .Factor B cannot serve as serum index of PE diagnosis , but its serum levels at 20-26 gestational weeks werer higher than those of normal pregnant controls , factor B may be a potential predictor , but need further verification .
8.The effect of the pillar implant system in the management of snoring and OSAHS patients.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the effect of the pillar implant system in the management of snoring and OSAHS patients.
METHOD:
All patients are divided into three groups by PSG: mild to moderate OSAHS, severe OSAHS and snoring. PSG and snoring visual analogue scale (VAS) were assessed preoperatively and postoperatively, and the postoperative PSG was performed after 6 months.
RESULT:
The values of VAS in all of the patients were reduced. AHI was reduced from 17.03 +/- 10.63 preoperatively to 11.17 +/- 9.52 postoperatively in 28 patients with mild to moderate OSAHS and the total effective ratio was 67.9%. AHI was reduced from 62.93 +/- 9.21 preoperatively to 55.42 +/- 13.77 postoperatively in 6 patients with severe OSAHS and the effective ratio was 16.7%.
CONCLUSION
The pillar implant system had a significant effect on mild to moderate OSAHS patients.

9.The research advances on patients with chylous fistula management after pancreatic surgery

Chylous fistula is a postoperative complication following pancreatic surgery,it is mainly diagnosed according to the nature of the patient's drainage fluid (≥3 days after surgery,triglyceride concentration ≥ 1.2 mmol/L).The mechanism of occurrence includes obstruction,injury and exudation of the lymph-vessels.Risk factors can be concluded into 3 aspects:clinicopathological features,surgical procedure and postoperative management.Most of the chylorrhea can be cured by conservative treatment like modified dietary measures and somatostatin,while severe cases still requires intervention and surgical treatment.This article reviewed the risk factors and treatment approaches of postoperative chylous fistula,and elucidated relative mechanisms,hoping to provide guidance in clinical prevention,diagnosis and treatment of chylous fistula.
10.Research progress of perioperative surgical home model in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis

This review summarizes the application of perioperative surgical home model in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis surgery, including the concept, connotation and elements, hoping to provide reference and reference for complex and high-risk surgical procedures.
