Objective To investigate the rehabilitative effect of simulated family intervention on hospitalized depression patients.Methods One hundred depression patients in hospital were evenly randomized into the experiment group and control group:Both groups were treated with traditional antidepressant therapy and beside,the experiment group were taken care of by family members by way of simulated family intervention and the control group by isolated nursing intervention.The two groups were compared in therapeutic effect by survey using HAMD before intervention and 3 months after that.Result After 3 months of treatment,the score by HAMD in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The simulated family intervention by family members in hospital may be effective in improving the rehabilitation of depression patients and good for their resumption to the communities.

Objective To investigate the effects of ischemic preconditioning(IPC)on aged patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods 124 cases of AMI during hospitalization were divided into two groups: ischemic precondition group(IPC, n =68)with angina 48 hours before AMI; no ischemic precondition group (NIPC, n =56) without angina. Objective To study the effect of model nurse election on satisfaction degree with nursing. Methods A model nurse election group was set up to carry out objective assessment, recommendation from doctors, nurses and patients, and feedback. The results in the satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients were compared between before and after the activity. Results The satisfaction rate of doctors , nurses and patients after implementation of model nurse election were all significantly higher than before the implementation (P<0.05). Conclusion model nurse election used in the nursing management can help to improve nursing management effectiveness, drive continuous improvement of nursing quality, build harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and ultimately enhance satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients.

Objective:To explore the stress change rule of craniofacial bone suture and the interface of bone-implant against differ-ent strength and direction of protraction on the implant anchorage in alveolar bone.Methods:The original DICOMdata of 2-D image of craniofacial complex were obtained by high resolution CT scanning.3-D finite element models of craniofacial complex were devel-oped according to the DICOMdata.Forces of 1 -1 0 N inclined at 0 -60°to Frankfort horizontal plane in the anterior and inferior di-rections were respectively applied on the implant anchorage in the alveolar bone at 32 23 .Data of principle stress and Von Mises Stress of each mode of each simulaton was caculated.Results:The change rule of the effectiveness of different force value of protrac-tion in the same direction was the same in different stress zone;that of the same force value of the protraction in differente direction differed in different stress zone.When the protraction angle was less than 30°,the maxillary complex will spin up.In the 30°,the maxillary complex showed the forward growth.Between 40°-50°,the growth direction was the same with the protraction direction. When the protraction angle was more than 50°,the maxillary complex showed down spin.Conclusion:Protraction force of 1 -1 0 N at 30°-50°to Frankfort horizontal plane on implant anchorage in the alveolar bone at 32 23 can induce maxillary complex grow for-ward.

Objective To cxplore the research and application of big data mining technology in clinical healthcare environment.Methods The characteristics of clinical heahhcare data mining methods were expounded and the current research status of healthcare data mining technology was analyzed in clinical task according to the literature mining.Meanwhile,the application of healthcare data mining in clinical environment was introduced from the following four aspects:medicine research,personalized diagnosis,risk prediction and process mining.Results The necessity and importance of research and application of clinical healthcare data mining were illustrated.Moreover,the achicvements of healthcare data mining in clinical application,as well as existing problems and technical difficulties were summarized.Furthermore,the development tendencies of healthcare data mining were predicted.Conclusion The research and application of clinical healthcare data mining have improved the healthcare quality and promoted the medical advances,which is the developmcnt direction of clinical healthcare research.

BACKGROUND:In the orthodontic treatment, double wire technique is commonly used to correct the torque of anterior teeth;however, the underlying mechanical mechanisms remain unclear. OBJECTIVE:To study the torque capabilities of DamonQ system through the three-dimensional finite element method. METHODS:Three-dimensional finite element models of Damon Q brackets with different dimension arch wires were established and were grouped according to arch wire with different dimensions. The torque capabilities of Damon Q system with different dimensions and materials arch wire were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The Damon Q brackets with single or double wires had the same variation of torque, torque angle curve changes under the condition of different size and material arch wires. Torque moment increased gradually with increasing torque angle. Rectangular-round double wires produced larger torque moment compared with single rectangular wire, whereas double round wires produced smal er torque moment compared with single rectangular wire. The torque moment produced by rectangular-round double wires or by single rectangular wire was approximately 2-8 times or 1-5 times more than that by double round wires. The torque moment that rectangular-round double wires produced was larger than that single wire produced in the DamonQ system. In the early clinical practice, we can use double round wires to control root movement. In the middle-term of the treatment, we can use rectangular-round double wires to control root movement as the mild forces produced by them reduce root absorption. This study lays a foundation for the application of Damon Q bracket with double wire technology in the clinic.

Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of entecavir on liver injury in chronic HBV infected patients complicated with tuberculosis receiving anti-tuberculosis treatment.Methods A total of 102 chronic HBV infected patients complicated with tuberculosis were collected from Guangzhou Eighth People' s Hospital and Guangzhou Chest Hospital during January 2011 and May 2012.Patients were divided into three groups:group A (n =33) received entecavir plus anti-tuberculosis treatment,group B (n =29) received lamivudine plus anti-tuberculosis treatment,and group C (n =40) received anti-tuberculosis treatment only.Liver injury,termination of treatment,liver function and HBV DNA load before and after treatment were observed.SPSS 13.0 was used for statistial analysis.Results Two cases (6.1％) in group A,6 cases (20.6％) in group B and 22 cases (55.0％) in group C had liver injury,and the difference among three groups was of statistical difference (x2 =22.126,P ＜ 0.01),but the difference between group A and group B was not significant (x2 =3.024,P＞0.05).One case (3.0％) in group A,3 cases (10.3％) in group B and 15 cases (37.5％) in group C terminated the treatment,and the difference among three groups was of statistical significance (x2 =16.008,P ＜ 0.01),but the difference between group A and group B was not significant (x2 =1.410,P ＞0.05).ALT and AST in group A and group B were not of significant differences before and after anti-tuberculosis treatment,but those in group C were significantly higher (Z =18.306,16.821,P ＜ 0.01).There was no significant difference in HBV DNA load among three groups before the treatment (Z =0.460,P ＞ 0.05),while HBV DNA loads in group A and group B significantly decreased during the treatment,and the difference among three groups after the treatment was significant (Z =23.213,P ＜0.01).In addition,lower HBV DNA load was observed in group A compared with group B after one month anti-tuberculosis treatment (Z =8.109,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Early use of entecavir can effectively prevent liver injury during anti-tuberculosis treatment,ensuring anti-tuberculosis treatment and anti-HBV treatment carried out as planned.

Objective To design a portable respirator that can facilitate both cardiopulmonary resuscitation and auxiliary oxygen inhalation.Methods Positive pressure design as well as pneumatically powered and controlled design were adopted for this respirator.Theoretical calculation of key components was carried out.The virtual prototype was established and the structure checked using the three dimensional design software Solidedge.Finally,the prototype was processed,assembled and tested.Results Experimental tests proved that the designed respirator was capable of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and auxiliary oxygen inhalation when oxygen supply pressure reached 3 -5.5 bar.It could achieve the expected technical indicators,such as the oxygen flow rate that was between 10 and 12 L/min.Conclusion The portable oxygen supply respirator has the advantages of a small size,light weight,simple operation,and automatic power supply.It has broad prospects of application.

Objective To observe the effect of Arm Spasticity Inhibitor worn in rehabilitation training on patients with upper extremities spasticity and shoulder subluxation after stroke. Methods 80 stroke patients with flexor spasm in upper extremities complicated with subluxation of shoulder were divided into treatment group and control group equally. Both groups accepted routine medicine and rehabilitation, and the treatment group wore the Arm Spasticity Inhibitor developed ourselves during the rehabilitation training. Their acromio-humeral interval (AHI) was measured with the X- ray; and they were assessed with modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), range of motion of shoulder (ROM) and elbow before and 2 months after treatment. Results It improved more in the AHI, score of MAS and ROM in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment (P<0.001). Conclusion Wearing Arm Spasticity Inhibitor during rehabilitation training may release the spasticity of upper extremities and shoulder subluxation, and improve shoulder function in patients after stroke.

OBJECTIVETo study the diagnosis and surgical treatment of penis lymphangioma.

METHODSClinical data of 13 cases of penis lymphangioma were analysed restrospectively.

RESULTSThe 13 cases, treated by radical lymphangiomaectomy, were followed up for 2 to 3 years, and none of them had recurrence. This therapy affected neither the penile appearance, nor the erectile function of the patients. So their sexual life remained intact.

CONCLUSIONRadical ectomy should be the first choice of treatment for penis lymphangioma.
