In recent years,the studies have shown that the incidence of type 1 diabetes(T1D)is closely related to the infection of human enteroviruses,particularly Coxsackie B Viruses(CVB).On one hand.the researches show that vires infection can induce T1D,and it is associated with the viral amount.the viral strain,and the host microenvironment.On the other hand,the studies confirm that viral infection also can inhibit the incidence of T1D.In terms of the factors,which is related to the vires infection-inducing.T1D.and the possible mechanism of the virus infection-inhibiting-T1D,the article aims to explore the relationship between CVB infection and the incidence of T1D based on referring to foreign literatures in recent years.

Objective To investigate the kidney function changes and the risk factors in elderly patients aged 80 years and over.Methods A total of 1054 hospitalized patients aged ≥80 years in our hospital were selected.Serum levels of creatinine,urea,uric acid and urinate were tested.Cockcroft-Gault equation was used to estimate glomerular filtrate rate (GFR).Results The renal function in 87.1 ％ of the patients was reduced.The percentage of patients with 30≤eGFR ＜60 ml · min-1 · 1.73 m-2 was 66.2％.The percentage of patients with 15≤eGFR ＜30 ml · min-1 · 1.73 · m-2had a gender difference (P＜0.05).Serum creatinine level was not an ideal indicator for early renal dysfunction in the elderly,especially in emaciated elderly people.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,hypertension,coronary heart disease and hyperuricemia were independent risk factors for the decline of renal function (OR=1.937,1.602,1.842,7.020,respectively,all P＜0.05).Conclusions The rate of renal dysfunction is high in very old people.Many risk factors affect renal dysfunction.

Objective To study the set-up errors by CBCT in IMRT with two different immobilization techniques for thoracic and abdominal tumors.Methods Sixty patients with thoracic and abdominal tumor were included in this study and separated into study group and the control group.The study group were immobilized with carbon fiber holder,vacuum bag and thermoplastic mask.The control group were immobilized with carbon fiber holder and thermoplastic mask.CBCT scan and auto-match online were regularly performed before the treatment.The setup of left-right(x),superior-inferior(y),anterior-posterior (z) were received.The value of the Mptv was calculated,meanwhile.The grouped t-test of was carried out between these two methods.Results The shift errors in x-,y-,z-dimension of the study group were (0.32 ± 2.58) mm,(-0.40 ± 3.89) mm,(-0.75 ± 2.43) mm.The Mrrv were 5.60 mm,6.08 mm,6.32 mm.The translation set-up errors in x-,y-,z-dimension of the control group were(0.62 ±3.60),(2.44 ± 4.93),(0.66 ±2.85) mm,respectively.The MPrv were 8.07,10.63,6.90 mm,respectively.The t-test value were t =-0.78,-5.11,-4.22,P =0.440,0.000,0.000,respectively.Conclusions The immobilization techniques with carbon fiber holder,vacuum bag and thermoplastic mask would be better than the techniques without the vacuum bag in reducing the setup errors.

Objective To study the effect of Coxsackie virus B3 (CVB3) infection on islet cells in vitro, and to explore the mechanism of islet cells caused by CVB3. Methods Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells( BMSCs) were separated from the bone marrow and cultured. Then they were induced to differentiate into islet-like cells using nicotinamide and mercaptoethanol. Differentiated cells were detected by morphology , special staining and RT-PCR. Observe CVB3 infection on islet cells under inverse microscope and detect the specific gene fragment by RT-PCR. Results BMSCs showed half suspended shape and gathered to form a cluster after induction. Cells became red brown by dithizone specific staining. RT-PCR also proved the existence of mRNA expressing insulin. Infected islet cells appeared typical pathological changes like shrinks, refraction decreases. RT-PCR detected the desired specific gene fragment of 299 bp in infected islet cells. Conclusion CVB3 can directly injury islet cells, and damage the function of islet cells of secreting insulin.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the factors related to sharp injuries of medical staff and explore the standardized occupational safety management model. METHODS According to the recent 4-year registration of 66 cases of medical staff suffered from exposure to sources of blood-transmitted diseases because of sharp injury,a retrospective investigation was taken and the relevant factors were analyzed. RESULTS Operating room and transfusion room had a high incidence of sharp injury,36.4% and 9.1%,respectively. It occurred frequently in treatment of the morning hours (45.5%). As lack of occupational safety prevention and awareness of the standardized preventive measures,there was a high incidence in lower stage clinical medical staff and interns (60.6%). CONCLUSIONS It is necessary to pay attention to the occupational safety standardized management of sharp injuries for medical staff in order to promote medical professional safety.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo and tendency of endocrine therapy drugs in breast cancer patients from 11 hospitals of Zhejiang province during 2010-2015. METHODS:The prescriptions of breast cancer patients in 11 hospitals of Zhe-jiang province were analyzed retrospectively in respects of consumption sum,DDDs,DDC,etc. RESULTS:The consumption sum of endocrine therapy drugs in breast cancer patients from 11 hospitals of Zhejiang province during 2010-2015 increased from 2530192.33 yuan to 6201691.54 yuan,and its proportion in total consumption sum increased from 13.93％ to 17.40％,showing in-creasing tendency. The anastrozole always took up the first place in the list of consumption sum. Tamoxifen,anastrozole and letro-zole took up the top 3 places in the list of DDDs. Goserelin took up the first place in the list of DDC. CONCLUSIONS:The pre-scription amount and consumptionsum of endocrine therapy drugs in breast cancer patients from 11 hospitals of Zhejiang province during 2010-2015 show year-on-year growth trend;and those drugs which are safe,effective,economical and convenient predomi-nate in clinic.

Objective To evaluate the coronary microvascular dysfunction in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM) by MR first-pass perfusion and late gadolinium enhancement. Methods From January 2011 to May 2015, 47 cases with HCM (HCM group) from the second affiliated hospital of Nanchang University were retrospectively analyzed. Additionally, 21 healthy volunteers were recruited as the control group. HCM group and control group underwent cardiac MR examinations at rest, including short axial cine, first-pass myocardial perfusion and late gadolinium enhancement scanning. Time to peak(tpeak), maximal upslope of time-intensity curve(Slopemax), peak signal intensity(SIpeak), myocardial thickening, and late myocardial gadolinium enhancement(LGE) were assessed for each myocardial segment. HCM group were divided into LGE segments group and non-LGE segments group. LGE segments group were divided into mild, moderate and severe LGE segments group. The SIpeak, Slopemax and tpeak in multiple groups were compared by one-way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test. Spearman correlation tests were used to determine the relationships between perfusion parameter and LGE. Results The average values of tpeak in non-LGE segments group (527 segments), LGE segments group (225 segments) and control group (336 segments) were (67.0 ± 27.4), (79.4 ± 27.4), (59.7 ± 21.6)s, respectively. The average values of Slopemax in the three groups were 17.2±7.0, 16.4±7.4, 20.4±6.3, respectively. The average values of SIpeak in the three groups were 442.7 ± 143.2, 465.1 ± 138.4, 521.9 ± 146.7, respectively. Compared to the control group, tpeak increased and Slopemax, SIpeak decreased in non-LGE segments group and LGE segments group (P<0.01), while tpeak increased more significantly in LGE segments group. The Slopemax and SIpeak showed no statistically significant differences between non-LGE segments group and LGE segments group (P>0.05). There were significant differences among LGE segments groups, as the tpeak and SIpeak increased with increasing degrees of myocardial LGE (P<0.01). The Slopemax showed no statistically significant difference among them (P>0.05). The degree of LGE were positively correlated with tpeak (r=0.237, P<0.01). Conclusions 3.0 T magnetic resonance myocardial perfusion imaging can show microvascular dysfunction accurately and reliably in non-LGE segments. It may be helpful in the early diagnosis of coronary microvascular dysfunction for HCM.

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the relationship between children's high iodine goiter and excessive iodine . Methods A computerized literature search was carried out to collect articles published before 2014 in electronic databases CBM , WabFang ,VIP ,CNKI ,PubMed ,EMbase ,Ovid and Cochrane Library .The study type was randomized controlled trial or quasi‐ran‐domized control trial .Literature was analyzed by RevMan5 .0 software ,then calculated and combine RR and 95% CI .Publication bi‐as of Meta analysis was evaluated by Begg's test ,Egger's test and Macaskill's test .The result stability of Meta analysis was tested by sensibility analysis .Results A total of 10 controlled before and after studies were included in our meta‐analysis .The result showed that the iodine content of 150 -300 μg/L (RR:1 .54 ;95% CI:1 .14 -2 .07);301 -600 μg/L (RR:2 .33;95% CI:1 .43 -3 .82);601-900 μg/L (RR:2 .72 :95% CI:1 .01-7 .33) and greater than 900μg/L (RR:2 .41 ;95% CI:1 .38-4 .23) would result in chil‐dren goiter .Conclusion Iodine content greater than 150 μg/L would result in children goiter .

Objective:To investigate the protein expression of GTPBP4 in human hepatocelluar carcinoma (HCC) tissues and the influ-ence of GTPBP4 silencing by siRNA on the proliferation and cell cycle of HCC cell line Hep G2. Methods:Western blot analysis was per-formed to observe the protein expression of GTPBP4 in 24 cases of HCC tissues compared with their adjacent noncancerous liver tis-sues. Lentivirus-mediated RNA interference (RNAi) was used to silence GTPBP4 expression in Hep G2, and the infection efficiency was observed under a fluorescence microscope. The silencing effect was tested by Western blot and real-time PCR. After silencing the GT-PBP4 gene, cell proliferation was detected using CCK-8 assay, and the cell cycle was observed using flow cytometry. Results:(1) GT-PBP4 was overexpressed in 21 cases (87.5%) of HCC tissues (P<0.000 1). (2) After the lentivirus with GFP reporter infected the Hep G2 cells, 90%of the cells showed green fluorescence. LV-GTPBP4-RNAi effectively inhibited the expression of GTPBP4 at both mRNA (70%) and protein (67%) levels. (3) The proliferation ability of the LV-GTPBP4-RNAi group significantly decreased after 96 h (inhibition rate:54.51%). Flow cytometry showed that the LV-GTPBP4-RNAi group significantly increased at the G0/G1 phase, whereas the S phase de-creased and arrested at the G0/G1 phase. Conclusion:GTPBP4 overexpression in HCC tissues was associated with hepatocarcinogenesis and promoted tumor cell proliferation, but the specific molecular mechanisms remain to be investigated.
