1.MRI features and pathologic manifestations of splenic sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation

Objective To investigate and summarize the MRI characteristics of splenic sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation (SANT).Methods A retrospective analysis of 5 SANT cases were analyzed,in terms of their MRI characteristics and pathological findings.Results MRI findings of SANT included:T1WI presents iso-signal or slightly low signal,all displayed lesions were detected as low signal compared with spleen,but higher than muscle signal on T2 WI,and with speck dots or starlike low signal in the central area,without necrosis and cystic change.The signal was significantly differentiated compared with the spleen on DWI.On chemical shift imaging,2 cases were showed slightly higher signal on out phase,the others without signal change.On enhanced scan,4 cases had edge obvious enhancement on arterial phase,inward filling enhancement,and the signal was higher than the spleen,1 case without arterial phase enhancement,but with mild concentric delayed enhancement.All of the speck dots and starlike areas decreased with time delay,with certain degree enhancement on delayed phase.Conclusions There were some MRI features of SANT,preoperative MRI can prompt diagnosis,but final diagnosis depends on pathology.
2.Phylostratigraphy Study of Cancer-related Genes

OBJECTIVE
To analyze the evolution of the transition from unicellular organisms to multicellular organisms from a phylogenetic stratigraphy perspective, combining the "cancer atavism hypothesis". To investigate the evolutionary chronology of cancer-related genes to guide research on cancer mechanisms and the development of treatment strategies.
METHODS
Phylostratr was used to identify the systematic evolutionary strata of all human protein-coding genes, housekeeping genes, cancer driver genes, tumor suppressor genes, oncogenes, neutral genes, and differentiation genes. Differential distribution of genes from different functional categories and human protein-coding genes was analyzed using log-odds ratios and hypergeometric distributions. TCGA was utilized to investigate transcriptional expression datas in cancer tumor samples and normal samples, and calculations and analysis were performed using transcriptome age index.
RESULTS
A total of 20291 protein-coding genes were classified into 27 different strata based on the farthest homologous species in the sequence alignment results. Within the phylogenetic stratigraphic structure, the datasets of 4159 housekeeping genes, 527 cancer driver genes, 87 tumor suppressor genes, 134 oncogenes, 10755 neutral genes, and 4274 differentiation genes exhibit distinct distribution patterns. The overall distribution of these genes significantly differs from that of all human protein-coding genes. Cancer-related genes exhibited a more ancient phylogenetic stratigraphic distribution. Transcriptome age index results for bile duct cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, head and neck cancer, and kidney chromophobe samples showed strong expression of highly conserved and ancient genes within the tumors.
CONCLUSION
Cancer-related genes exhibit older evolutionary origins within the phylogenetic context suggesting a more conserved function during species evolution. And the phenomenon of enhanced expression of highly conserved ancient genes in tumor tissues can be used to explore tumor gene expression patterns, and provide new ideas for the discovery of new anti-tumor drug targets and drug research.
3.Kangaoheji Relieves Acute Lung Injury through p38 MAPK/NF-κB Signaling Pathway and ACE2/Ang1-7/Mas Axis

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect and mechanism of Kangaoheji(KAHJ)in the treatment of acute lung injury(ALI)in mice,and provide a rationale for its possible use as a drug to alleviate symptoms following coronavirus disease 2019(COV-ID-19)infection.METHODS Network pharmacology was carried out to predict the main active components and potential targets of KAHJ on ALI.C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into Control group,LPS group and LPS+KAHJ group.LPS+KAHJ group was gavaged with KAHJ(4.76 g·kg-1·d-1,8.8 mL·kg-1·d-1)and the rest of the groups were gavaged with saline(8.8 mL·kg-1·d-1).LPS(5 mg·kg-1)was injected intraperitoneally to induce an acute inflammation model after 14 d.The ser-um and lung tissues of mice were collected,and the pathological changes in lung tissues were observed via histopathology.Western blot,Real-time PCR,Enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunohistochemistry(IHC)were used to assess the a-meliorative effect of KAHJ on ALI.RESULTS The result showed that 70 core target genes of KAHJ on ALI were primarily implicated in multiple signaling pathways involving MAPK signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway,apoptosis,and Ras signaling pathway.Furthermore,we found that KAHJ ameliorated inflammation and apoptosis in ALI,thereby reducing lung damage and pulmo-nary edema and inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis.Additionally,KAHJ inhibited the phosphorylation of p38 MAPK and NF-κB,and up-regulated the ACE2/Ang1-7/Mas axis.CONCLUSION KAHJ might relieve acute lung injury through p38 MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway and ACE2/Ang1-7/Mas axis,which offers complementary and alternative treatment options for COVID-19.
4.Effects of group reminiscence therapy on the negative emotions of the elderly in pension sectors

Objective:To explore the effects and feasibility of group reminiscence therapy on improving the negative emotions of the elderly inpension sectors.Methods:From April to June 2019, using convenient sampling method, a total of 19 elderly people who volunteered and met the selection criteria at two pension sectors in Beijing were selected to participate in a four-week group reminiscence therapy. The scores of the negative emotions, pulse rate changes, behavior changes, and facial photo changes of each subject before and after the intervention were compared, and the relationship between the changes in the negative emotion score and the number of participations was analyzed to evaluate the intervention effect.Results:After intervention, the elderly negative emotion scale score increased and the pulse rate increased, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before the intervention ( P<0.01) .After the intervention, 15 of the 16 subjects showed observable facial expression changes, and the expression changes after each intervention were different. According to the caregiver's feedback, compared with that before the intervention, the study subjects had different degrees of positive behavioral changes after the intervention. There was no correlation between the change of negative emotion score and the times of participation in the elderly ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:Group reminiscence therapy can significantly improve the negative emotions of elderly people in nursing homes, and has a positive effect on emotional mobilization, which can be used as a normalizing intervention for elderly people to intervene in mental health in nursing homes.
5.Application of static progressive stretch in perioperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with unicompart-mental knee arthroplasty

Objective To explore the application value of static progressive stretch(SPS)combined with step-wise progressive rehabilitation nursing in perioperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA).Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,a total of 74 patients who were scheduled to undergo UKA in the Department of Orthopedics of a tertiary A hospital in Beijing were selected by the convenient sampling method and divided into 2 groups by the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The experimental group was given step-by-step rehabilitation nursing combined with SPS technology,while the control group was only given step-by-step rehabilitation nursing,and the intervention lasted for 4 weeks.The knee joint activity,knee joint function score,comfort,and rehabilitation self-efficacy of the 2 groups were observed and measured before and after the intervention.Results Finally,35 patients were included in the experimental group and 36 patients in the control group.After the intervention,the knee joint range of motion,knee joint function score,comfort,rehabilitation self-efficacy and all dimensions and their total scores in the experimental group were higher than those before the intervention and those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SPS combined with progressive rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the knee joint function and range of motion of patients after UKA,improve the comfort of patients,improve their quality of life,and enhance their rehabilitation self-efficacy,which is helpful to achieve early recovery.
