The integrator complex is multifunctional and contains at least 12 evolutionarily conserved subunits in hu-mans.It interacts with the C-terminal tail of the largest subunit of RNA-polymeraseⅡ ( RNAPⅡ) to promote 3′-end pro-cessing of small nuclear RNA (snRNA) U1/U2.It also interacts with RNAPⅡ, NELF and Spt5 to regulate NELF-mediated RNAPⅡpause/release and processivity at coding genes .Recently, the integrator complex is also reported to be involved in DNA damage response , dynein recruitment to the nuclear envelope , integrity of Cajal bodies , adipose differentiation , hem-atopoiesis , ciliogenesis , tumorigenesis and generation of viral microRNAs .This review discusses related research progress in the integrator complex .

The paper retrieved the literature information on the artificial bone and composite artificial bone in CNKI, Wanfang data and foreign databases such as Pubmed and SCI-E from 2009 to 2016, and summarized the characteristics and deficiency of all kinds of artificial bone materials. On this basis, it briefly described the functional application and the principles of the composite artificial bone repair materials, and introduced the application of tissue engineering and 3D printing technology in the field, which could provide reference for the exploration of new types of composite artificial bone repair materials.

Objective: To observe effects of treatment of mandibular fractures with compression or non compression internal fixation. Methods: In the in vivo study mandibular fractures were fixed by compression internal fixation on one side and non compression on other side in 15 dogs and observed radiologically and histologically. In clinical practice 42 patients with 58 mandibular fractures were treated with compression internal fixation, and 56 patients with 78 madibular fractures were treated with non compression internal fixation. Their clinical effects were evaluated by masticatory efficiency test, radiological and clinical observation after operation. Results: Primary bone healing was found histologically in group of compression fixation and bone healing through callus in group of non compression in the dogs. In the patients treated with compression internal fixation bone fracture line disappeared 1 week earlier and masticatory efficiency was heigher than in those with non comprission fixation. Conclusion: Both methods are all effective in the treatment of mandibular fractures. The miniplate is convenient in use and the indication is wide ranging. The compression plate can speed healing of mandibular fractures, but the operation is more strict technically.

0.05). The cutaneous part occupied 2/3 of the entire upper lip height and the vermilion 1/3.The cutaneous part occupied more than 1/3 of the entire lower lip height. The chin occupied more than 60 percent of the entire mandibular height. Conclusion: The results of the study are consistent with the date of Farkas.

Objective:To study the effect of articulation disorder on psychology action of cleft palate patients after operation.Methods:65 patients were asked to answer the psychology questionnaire. Results:The patients of misarticulation all have some degree of psychological disability, and unusual psychology action would affect pronunciation treatment. Conclusion:Patients with misarticulation have psychology problems in some degree, which would affect the clinic treatment of cleft palate.

In recent years, it was found that heart was significantly protected against ischemia-reperfusion injury if it was first preconditioned by brief ischemia or by administering a potassium channel opener. Both of these preconditioning strategies were found to require opening of a K(ATP) channel, we showed that this pivotal role was mediated by the mitochondrial ATP-sensitive K+ channel (mitoK(ATP)). As the mechanism was not clarified yet, this paper reviewed the evidence showing that the mechanism and the characters of mito K(ATP) and its cardioprotection against ischemia-reperfusion injury
