China Oncology 2017;27(8):601-607
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. Surgical treatment is one of the important treatment methods. Breast reconstruction following mastectomy can improve patients' quality of life with acceptable oncological safety. Autologous tissue breast reconstruction has become an important way owing to its spe-cific advantages. The ideal tissue for autologous breast reconstruction is free abdominal flap. This review presented the clinical application, timing of operation and complications of breast reconstruction with free abdominal flap.

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. For early stage breast cancer patients, surgical treatment is still the foundation of local treatment. With background from precision medicine, this article reviews recent hot issues in surgical treat-ment for early stage breast cancer patients. We summarized strategies in surgical treatment, selection of resection range, manage-ment of local lymph nodes, timing of breast reconstruction, and the application of minimally invasive surgery.
4. Study on quality of Reduning Injection based on UV fingerprint
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2017;48(3):499-504
Objective: To establish the quality standards of Reduning Injection (RI) based on UV fingerprint, and improve the quality standards of RI. Methods: Full wavelength UV-vis spectrophotometer was used to scan the 15 batches of RI, a reference fingerprint was established, correlation coefficient method was used to calculate RI sample fingerprint and control fingerprint similarity, and the 14 batches of samples were verified. Results: The five batches of RI were within the validity period, their UV fingerprints were in line with the requirements, similarity was all above 0.902, while the absorbance values were in the ranges of 0.693-0.781 (323 nm), 0.323-0.370 (267 nm), 0.957-1.067 (236 nm), 0.902-1.013 (226 nm), 0.953-1.075 (218 nm), and 0.926-1.052 (211 nm); In addition the expired nine batches of RI, similarity is less than 0.902 or the absorbance value does not meet the standard. Conclusion: UV fingerprint method can be used as a simple and accurate method of quality evaluation for the quality control of RI.
5.Advance in Study of Neural Stem Cells Used for Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(10):871-874
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a common progressive degenerative disease of the central nervous system. It's also a main cause for dementia in presenium and senectitude. In the past few years, the discoveries in vitro expansion of neural stem cells (NSCs) indicate a new way for recovery and replacement of damaged neurons as well as reconstruction of the neural circuit, and offer a useful future therapy for AD. There are two main promising approaches in NSCs replacement therapy. They are endogenetic approach, inducing proliferation and differentiation of endogenetic NSCs, improving self-repair of central nervous system, and exogenous approach, ransplantation of exogenous tissue and promoting proliferation of endogenous NSCs. However, it may not become truth before the mechanism of NSCs' proliferation, migration, differentiation and it's integration with the host tissues to be elucidated.

Objective:To explore the combined application effect of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA) in IV infusion risk management of pediatric outpatient so as to enhance the quality of care and ensure the safety of outpatients. Methods: For this exploration, a special analysis team was established and the flowchart was drawn up, and the potential failure modes were listed by using FMEA. And the RCA was used to analyze and evaluate the key mode in these potential failure modes so as to find the root cause might affect the safety of IV infusion, and then the improved measures were implemented and the effects of new measurement were evaluated. Results:After implemented the improved measures, the risk of top 4 risk priority number (RPN) in intravenous infusion flow decreased obviously. For the transfusion management, patients' satisfaction increased from 78.09% to 95.03% (P<0.05), and nurses' satisfaction increased from 83.79% to 97.80%(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combined application of FMEA and RCA in the IV infusion risk management of pediatric outpatient can effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events, reduce nursing complaints and disputes, and enhance the quality of nursing care.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2010;12(1):20-23
Objective To explore the expression and significance of nestin in renal tubular epithelial cells in hypercholesterolemic rats. Methods Dietary-induced hyperlipidemia were induced in female SD rats by given 4% cholesterol and 1% cholic acid diet for 16 weeks. Changes of serum lipid, urinary albumin, serum creatinine and renal interstitial pathological changes were assessed. The expression of nestin and a-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) were detected by immunohistochemical stain. Results The serum levels of total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, urinary albumin and serum creatinine were significantly increased in hyperlipidemia group, accompanied with renal interstitial injury and fibrosis. As time extended, the expression of nestin and a-SMA in renal tubular epithelial cells were increased significantly. There was positive correlation among the expression of nestin and total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, urinary albumin and serum creatinine( r =0.963,0.830,0.944,0.706, P <0.01). Nestin also had a positive correlation with tubular-interstitial index ( r = 0. 974, P < 0. 01) and α-SMA ( r = 0. 804, P < 0. 01). Conclusion The increased expression of nestin may be associated with renal tubular-interstitial fibrosis and tubular epithelial myofibroblast transdifferentiation in hypercholesterolemic rats.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(1):14-17
Objective To evaluate the proteetive effect of Valerian oil on lipid-induced nephropathy in Hypercholosterolemic rats and study its possible mechanisms. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into control group, hyperlipidemia group,low-dose[12.5mg/(kg·d)]valerian oil group,middle-dose[25mg/(kg·d)]valerian oil group,high-dose[(50me/(kg·d)]valerian 0il group and simvastatin group[5ms/(kg·d)for lavage].Dietary-induced hyperlipidemia were by given 4%cholosteml and 1%cholic acid diet for 16 weeks.Changes of serum lipid, urinary albumin, renal function and renal pathobiology index were assessed. The expression of integrin α3β1in glomeruli was detected by immunohistochemical stain, the expression of integrin ot3~l and TGF-β1 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR at the same time. Results The serum levels of total cholesterol, low density lipopmtein and seruln creatinine in Valerian group and simvastatin group were decreased more than that in hypedipidemia group.Urinary albumin excretion Was significantly reduced。in Valerian group after treatment for 8 weeks, and significantly reduced in simvaatatin group after 16 weeks. The morphological analysis revealed that the pathobiology index in Valerian group were significantly decreased than that in simvastatin group after 16 weeks. At the sanle time, the expression of integrin α3β1 mRNA and protein in Valerian group were significantly increased than that in hyperlipidemia group and simvastatin group, and the expression of TGF-β1mRNA were markedly decreased in Valerian group. The treatment effect in Valerian group Wag better than that insimvaatatin group. Conclusion Valerian oil has the protective effects on lipid-induced nephropathy by decreasing serum lipid, increasing the expression of integrin α3β1 and inhibiting the expression of TGF-β1.The protective effects of Valerian oil ale better than simvastatin.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2010;18(11):827-830
There are more prognostic factors affecting the patients with cerebral hemorrhage, including bleeding volume, bleeding site, cause of bleeding, and blood pressure regulation during acute phase. Among them, the regulation of blood pressure during acute phase is a man-controlled important factor. However, the ideal blood pressure level has not yet to he determined at present. Therefore, more clinical trials are needed to determine the exact time window of blood pressure management in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage during acute phase and the range of blood pressure control.
