1.Military medical metrology work
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
The leaders of our sanitarium pay much attention to the work of military medical metrology which has formed into a normative, scientific, institutional managing system and the work of military medical metrology develops according to the laws and rules. In continuous five years, the probability of metrology equipments being checked reached into 100%. The development of military medical metrology work is great and healthy.

0.05).Motor block with ropivacaine was recorded earlier than that with bupivacaine(P0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine is superior to bupivacaine in postoperative analgesia and in motor recovery in children undergoing subabdominal surgery.
3.Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Training for Spastic Cerebral Palsy
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(6):576-577
Objective To observe clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 160 patients with cerebral palsy were divided into acupuncture group(n=80) and control group(n=80). The acupuncture group received acupuncture, including the acupoints such as Baihui, Sishengcong, Yamen, Fengchi, etc., and combined with function training. The control group received Bobath appoach as rehabilitation training. Two groups were treated for 3 months. Results The acupuncture group(n=77) showed powerfully for 26 cases, effective for 46 cases, and invalid for 5 cases, and the efficient rate was 93.5%. The control group (n=78) showed powerfully for 20 cases, effective for 45 cases, invalid for 13 cases, and the efficient rate was 83.3% (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can facillitate to reduce muscle tone of spastic cerebral palsy, and improve effect of rehabilitation.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of 3% hypertonic saline with 20% mannitol in the treatment of acute brain edema in children. Methods Twenty children with acute brain edema were randomly divided into hypertonic saline(HS) group and mannitol group.HS group and mannitol group were given 3% HS solution or 20% mannitol respectively.Main outcome measurements included intracranial pressure(ICP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),central venous pressure(CVP),cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP),serum electrolytes, plasma osmolality, renal function and urine volume. Results Both 3% HS and 20% mannitol were effective in reducing ICP(P <0.05).Therapeutic effect lasted(4.5±1.2) h in HS group and(3.2±1.5) h in mannitoi group.3% HS had a longer duration of action than marmitol(P<0.05).At the time point of 2 hours after treatment,MAP and CPP of HS group increased more than those of mannitol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both 3% HS and 20% mannitol could rapidly decrease ICP.3% HS has a longer duration of action in reducing ICP than 20% mannitol.3% HS is more effective in stabilizing circulation and improving CPP than 20% mannitol.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To assess the clinical application value of magnetic susceptibility-weighted imaging in cerebral vascular malformations. Methods Thirty-six patients with cerebral vascular malformations were enrolled in the study. All the patients received examination of T1WI, T2WI and SWI. SWI sequence was compared with T1WI, T2WI sequence in detecting and diagnosing cerebral vascular malformations. Results Cerebral vascular malformations were low signal in SWI sequence. Cavernous angioma, developmental venous anomalies and AVM had been found in 73,8,10 cases, respectively. The bounder of lesions was clearer, more multiple small lesions, more hair-thin pulp veins and draining veins were detected in SWI sequence. Conclusion SWI sequence has more sensitivity than T1WI and T2WI sequence in detecting the cerebral-vascular malformations. SWI sequence may become routine examination se- quence in diagnosis cerebral-vascular malformations.

Objective To investigate the effects of electric stimulation on motor function and expression of microtubule-associated protein-2(MAP-2) and survivin of brain tissue in the cerebral infarction rats. Methods Cerebral infarction rat models were made using middle cerebral artery occlusion. After cerebral infarction for 24 h,the rats were respectively treated with electric stimulation on paralyzed(unilateral)or bilateral limbs for 3 d,7 d,14 d,21 d.By using beam walking test(BWT) and immunehistochemistry, the motor function and the expression of MAP-2 and survivin of brain tissue in the border of cerebral infarction area were examined at various time following treatment. Results Compared to control group, the electric stimulation groups showed significant increase in BWT scores after treatment 7 d(all P0.05).In the electric stimulation groups, the expression of survivin of brain tissue were obviously higher than those in the sham operation group at various time points(all P0.05).Conclusions Treatment with electric stimulation,in particular bilateral electric stimulation, can promote the recovery of motor function of paralyzed limbs and induce up-regulation of expression of MAP-2 and survivin in the brain tissue of cerebral infarction rats.

The integrator complex is multifunctional and contains at least 12 evolutionarily conserved subunits in hu-mans.It interacts with the C-terminal tail of the largest subunit of RNA-polymeraseⅡ ( RNAPⅡ) to promote 3′-end pro-cessing of small nuclear RNA (snRNA) U1/U2.It also interacts with RNAPⅡ, NELF and Spt5 to regulate NELF-mediated RNAPⅡpause/release and processivity at coding genes .Recently, the integrator complex is also reported to be involved in DNA damage response , dynein recruitment to the nuclear envelope , integrity of Cajal bodies , adipose differentiation , hem-atopoiesis , ciliogenesis , tumorigenesis and generation of viral microRNAs .This review discusses related research progress in the integrator complex .
