Based on the superior optical properties and the advantage of surface-modifiable capacity,the novel fluorescent nanoparticle quantum dots can conjugate with many kinds of biomolecules or chemical materials to form target quantum dots,which play an important role in biomedicine.The target ability this probe possesses offers a more accurate tumor localization,and minimizes the side effect to normal cells while strengthens the curative effect.At present,the probe makes a great progress in many areas,such as cell and molecule recognition,imaging in vivo,biosensing and diseases treating.

The obstruction of OSAHS patient is not limited to a single level. These blockages of multiple sites trend to influence each other and participate in a complex process. To date, the determination of obstruction is often depends on empirical judgment of clinician. However, it is a key issue to find out which level of obstruction is most significant. The article will focus on the commonly used values in laboratory examinations and their relationship with AHI. Based on the existing work, we decide to make a comprehensive analysis of their predictive value.

AIM: To observe the changes in contrast sensitivity (CS) between emmetropic pilots, glasses wearing, and after laser in situ keratomileuses ( LASIK) surgery pilots, provide the basis for the physical examination standard after operation.
METHODS:The CS of 13 emmetropic pilots (26 eyes), 12 glasses wearing pilots (24 eyes) and 10 with LASIK (20 eyes) , under photopic, scotopic and scotopic with glare environments at four different spatial frequencies ( 3, 6, 12 and 18cpd ) were measured and the resluts were analyzed by statistics.
RESULTS:Under photopic environments, there was no significant difference in the low spatial frequency (3cpd) among the three groups (P>0. 05). The CS of emmetropic pilots was better than that of the myopic and with LASIK, and there was significant difference (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in CS between myopic and with LASIK (P>0. 05). Under scotopic environments, there was no significant difference in the low spatial frequency (3cpd)among the three groups (P>0. 05). The CS of emmetropic and with LASIK pilots were better than that of the myopic, and there was significant difference ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in CS between emmetropic and with LASIK (P>0. 05). Under scotopic with glare environments, the CS of emmetropic and myopic pilots were better than that of the with LASIK, and there was significant difference (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in CS between myopic and with LASIK (P>0. 05).
CONCLUSION: The CS after LASIK is decreased compare with emmetropic pilot, specially under scotopic with glare environments. A perfect identification standard should be set up.

Both of these preconditioning strategies were found to require opening of a K(ATP) channel, we showed that this pivotal role was mediated by the mitochondrial ATP-sensitive K+ channel (mitoK(ATP)). Objective To evaluate the effects of hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2) on cardiomyocytes and the protective effect of pinacidil preconditioning on injured primary cultured cardiomyocytes. Methods We isolated and cultured cardiomyocytes in neonatal mice by trypsin digestion technique. The cells were inoculated in 96-well culture plate at the density of 1?10 5/ml. Cells were divided into control group and 400, 600, and 800 ?mol/L H 2O 2 treatment groups. MTT assay was used to determine the cell vitality at 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h after H 2O 2 treatment. The effects of pinacidil preconditioning were also observed. Results The effect of H 2O 2 on the damages to cardiomyocytes was in dose- and time-dependent manners. Pretreatment with pinacidil at the concentrations of 1?10 -4 , 1?10 -5 , and 1?10 -6 mol/L, particularly 1?10 -6 mol/L, could increase the activity of cardiomyocytes treated with H 2O 2. Conclusion Pinacidil preconditioning at lower doses can protected cardiomyocytes from injuries induced by H 2O 2.

BACKGROUND:Traditional total knee arthroplasty adopts medial parapatel ar approach, which induces severe trauma, requires long-term rehabilitation, and interferes the end point of quadriceps femoral tendon on superior patel ar pole. Total knee arthroplasty by subvastus approach has no impact on the knee-extension equipment, but it cannot provide sufficient exposure of surgical field and can induce damage to femoral muscle, so its application and safety need further exploration.
OBJECTIVE:To explore clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty by subvastus approach and medial parapatel ar approach.
METHODS:A total of 78 patients with 82 knees who were candidates for total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group (39 cases;41 knees) was given subvastus approach and control group (39 cases;41 knees) was given median parapatel ar approach. The knee function, range-of-motion of knee joint and complications after total knee arthroplasty were observed and compared.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with control group, the operation time in treatment group was significantly increased, while the postoperative wound drainage, straight leg raising time and walking time were obviously reduced (P<0.05). The scores of HSS before surgery and 12 weeks after surgery were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05), while at 1 and 6 weeks after surgery the scores in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The range-of-motion of knee joint and MMT rank for quadriceps muscle were significantly improved in two groups after treatment (P<0.05), and those indicators in treatment group were more significant than the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of complications in treatment group and control group were 2.6%and 15.4%, respectively, with statistical y significant difference (P<0.05). The total knee arthroplasty by subvastus approach has less impact on the extensor mechanism, improves the recovery of knee function and range-of-motion of knee joint, and reduces the incidence of complications.

Objective To explore the optimal conditions of the vacuum-belt drying process of Rhizoma Chuanxiong extract.Methods Influencing factors of the vacuum belt drying process of Rhizoma Chuanxiong extract were studied by using orthogonal test.The water content and ferulic acid content of dried product were used as the quality indicators.Results The optimal parameters of the vacuum-belt drying process were as follows:the heated region temperature being 95 ℃,the feeding speed at 10 Hz/s,and the belt speed at10 Hz/s.Conclusion The vacuum-belt drying techniquefor drying the extract brings high drying rate and high quality product.This study can provide a reasonable basis for industrial production in line with the GMP requirements.

Objective To observe the microfiltration of different types of ceramic membrane for aqueous extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong,and to select the optimal type of ceramic membranes. Methods The aqueous extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong was microfiltered by inorganic ceramic membranes in the pore diameter of 50 nm,200 nm,and 500 nm,respectively. The characters,total solids,and active ingredients of the aqueous extract were analyzed and compared before and after microfiltration. Results The aqueous extract turned into clarified liquid from turbid liquid after microfiltration with the three types of the inorganic ceramic membrane. The removal rate for total solids was 25.7 %,26.5 %and 25.9 %,and the loss rate for ferulic acid was 12 %,6 %and 4 %,respectively for the inorganic ceramic membranes in the pore diameter of 50 nm,200 nm,and 500 nm. Conclusion Both the yield of dry solid material and ferulic acid are stable during the three middle-scale tests,indicating that he aperture ceramic membrane in the pore diameter of 200 nm is a optimal selection for the purification and refining of aqueous extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.

Although Chinese government has input a lot of financial and administrative resources to resolve the problem of “swill-cooked dirty oil”, its policy effect is not so ideal.Meanwhile , a series of challenges such as defec-tive institutional design of kitchen waste recycling and weak regulatory capacity.This paper argues that its overlook on technological innovation and industrial policy have partially led to its policy failure on this issue .Also, this paper summarizes impact factors from the perspectives of technological innovation , industrial policy and government regula-tion.A series of feasible policies include promoting business technological innovation capacity , offering financial sup-ports to industrial development , establishing a long-term plan on kitchen waste recycling and quota system for biodiesel using.Finally, it argues Chinese government should combine its regulatory policy with its technological innovation and industrial policy to achieve its dual policy goals between food safety governance and circular economy development .
