This study was aimed to investigate the clinical features of CD56(+) patients with acute monocytic leukemia (AML-M5) and their prognostic significance. The data of 76 newly-diagnosed patients from our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Patients were divided into two groups: CD56(+) group (21 patients) and CD56(-) group (55 patients). The clinical features, CR rate, relapse rate, the duration of CR, and survival time of patients between the two groups were compared. The results indicated that the CD56(+) antigen was observed in 21 patients (27.6%), their median age was 51.5 years and with a range 16 - 70 years. Of the 21 CD56(+) patients, the high WBC count was found in 57.1% CD56(+) patients (12/21), but it only in 15% CD56(-) patients (P < 0.05). The extramedullary infiltration was seen in 13 CD56(+) patients, and accounted for 62% (13/21), meanwhile this infiltration was found in 18 CD56(-) patients (18/55) and accounted for 33% (P < 0.05). All cases immunophenotypically highly expressed CD13, CD33, CD64, CD11b, cMPO, CD38, in which only the expression frequency of CD11b was positively related with CD56 (r = 0.59, P < 0.05). The CR rate in CD56(+) group accounted for 60.0%, and had no significant difference in comparison with that in CD56(-) group. In CD56(+) group the relapse rate was 75% (P = 0.042), the mean duration of CR was 5.5 months (95%CI, 3.1 - 8.6, P = 0.002), the median overall survival time was 10.1 months (95%CI, 2.3 - 16.3, P = 0.001). and all these had statistical significance as compared with that in CD56(-) group. It is concluded that CD56(+) AML-M5 patients always complicate with high WBC count and extramedullary infiltration, their CR rate and duration of CR are lower and shorter respectively, their relapse rate and prognosis are high and poor respectively.

Objective To discuss different effects of low frequency sound waves of different timbres on microcirculation and transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure of Weizhong (BL40) of healthy people; To study the mechanism of somatosensory music therapy. Methods The same frequency (98.00 Hz), different timbres (sounds of guqin, flute, ocarina, bell, and drum were simulated) low frequency sound waves were played near Weizhong acupoint of 30 healthy persons. Laser Doppler flowmetry was used to analyze microcirculation and the changes of transcutaneous oxygen pressure of meridian acupoints, when each timbre was played for 60, 120, 180, 240 and 300 s. Results Sound waves of bell, drum, and flute made point microcirculation and transcutaneous oxygen pressure gradually increase, and the influence of drum>bell>flute;timbre waves of ocarina and guqin made the point microcirculation and transcutaneous oxygen pressure decrease gradually decrease, and the decrease of ocarina was more significant than that of guqin. In the same time point, sound waves of bell made point microcirculation and transcutaneous oxygen pressure increase more than the other sound waves (P<0.01). Conclusion Low frequency sounds of different timbres belong to different properties of five elements. They have different components in frequency spectrum, and can create different effects on acupoints.

Objective To investigate the effects of low-frequency sound waves (16~160 Hz) of somatosensory music on healthy people’s microcirculation in kidney and bladder meridians; To discuss the collateral channels biophysical mechanisms in somatosensory music treatment. Methods Low-frequency sound waves of somatosensory music were played near the 30 healthy people’s kidney and bladder meridians orderly. At the same time, Laser Doppler Flowmetry was used to analyze microcirculation in meridian acupoints. Results The low-frequency acoustic waves with different frequencies had significantly different effects on kidney and bladder meridians. The effects of the same frequency on different acupoints of the same meridian were similar. The G1 (49.00 Hz) showed the most significant effects on the kidney meridian (P<0.01);G2 (98.00 Hz) showed the most significant impact on bladder meridian (P<0.01).Conclusion The kidney and bladder meridians have selective absorption characteristics to the low-frequency sound waves of different frequencies. Specific frequency sound waves can cause resonance in kidney and bladder meridians.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2018;41(7):499-502
Gastric cancer, a common malignant tumor in digestive system with high morbidity as well as mortality rate, is insidious at the onset and lack of effective treatments so far. A growing number of studies have shown that exosome-derived miRNAs play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Autocrine exosome miRNAs from gastric cancer cells regulated tumor growth, recurrence, metastasis and drug resistance, etc. Moreover, exosomal miRNAs in the tumor microenvironment can be delivered into cancer cells to facilitate intercellular communication, thus affecting the progress of gastric cancer. Due to exosomes, which were released into circulation from tumor cells, contain abundant, specific and stable miRNAs, exosome-derived miRNAs have a great potential to be used as novel diagnosis biomarkers and treatment targets of gastric cancer.(
