2.Cardiological nuclear medicine
Journal of Medical Research 2005;37(4):83-87
Cardiological nuclear medicine was divided into two parts: diagnosis in vivo and diagnosis in vitro. Diagnosis in vivo need to put radioactive agents into patients, through dynamic and metabolic processes of radioactive agents and by using outside-body devices to gain parameters and images which reflect the physical and functional condition of heart, heart valves and blood supply of coronary arteries. Diagnosis in vitro does not put radioactive agents into patients. It used radioimmunoassays and immunoradiometricassays. Using patients’ blood samples, they quantify some agents with low concentration in blood. These are uninvasive tests with high accuracy that useful in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of various diseases.

3.Relationship between Treg Cell and cancer immunity
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(5):333-336
Many studies demonstrate the existence of regulatory T(Treg)cell at tumot sites, implying that these Treg cells may induce local immune tolerance.Deep studies on the role of Treg cells in cancer patients will offer new approaches for tumor immunotherapy.
4.Tissue-engineered tendon repairing tendon tissue defect induced by movement training: A correlated research of cell materials
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(16):2975-2978
BACKGROUND: Traditionally, tendon was repaired by autoallergic tendon transplantation and transfusion; however, both methods were limited by supply region and additional trauma, and the development was slowed down.OBJECTIVE: To summarize biomechanical characteristics of seed cells, stent, and bioreactor during repairing tendon tissue defect, and provide prevention and cure of tendon injury induced by training and competition.METHODS: A computer-based online search was conducted in VIP database with the keywords of "movement training, tendon tissue, repair" from January 2004 to October 2009.Articles which were related to tendon tissue injury induced by movement training were included, but articles related to duplicated research or Meta analysis were excluded.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Tissue-engineered tendon has achieved therapeutic effects to a certain degree; however, it is still not used for clinical application.Source of seed cells was restrict to autoallergic tendon cells; on the other hand, comparison between fibroblast and tendon cells, gene chip was used to modify gene in order to solve source of seed cells of tissue-engineered tendon.During regeneration of tendon, normal mechanical stimulation played an important role in moulding of newborn tendon.Because the stimulation might induce orientation arrangement of newborn collagen fiber, enhance mechanical strength of newborn tendon, make sure the functional training as eady as possibly, effectively reduce tendon adhesion, and provide an ideal stent for great circulation of tendon repairing.Scientific training is necessary for coaches and athletes to avoid from tendon tissue injury during movement training and competition.Although tendon tissue engineering has developed well, it still brings adverse effect on body and mind.
5.Relationship between Mycoplasma pneumonia infection and sex, age and season
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(3):20-22
Objective To assess the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) and sex,age and season, and to provide a basis for the epidemiology of MP.Methods The serum samples were tested for Mycoplasma pneumonia antibody IgM (MP-IgM) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for 782 children with respiratory tract infection. Results Among the 782 children with respiratory tract infection,221 (28.3%,221/782) were MP-IgM positive, and no difference was seen between male and female (P> 0.05).The incidence was in all ages, but it in 3-5 years old was the highest (50.0%,78/156),and < 1 year old was the lowest (9.6%,19/198),there was significant difference compared with the others (P< 0.05).The total MP-IgM positive rate in children less than 6 years old was 32.4% (193/595),which was higher than that in children over 6-14 years old [15.0% (28/187)] (P < 0.05).MP was epidemic in all year round, but the positive rate of MP-IgM was highest in spring (42.6%,107/251),the positive rate in summer, autumn and winter was 27.4%(57/208),10.8%(19/176) and 25.9%(38/147),respectively,and there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusions MP infections in children demonstrate a definite seasonality, and the positive rate may differ by age.The higher rate of MP infection is higher in the children less than 6 years old without sexual difference.MP is epidemic in spring.
6.The States and Effect of Medical Moral Construction on Hospital Classified Administration
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
The paper indicates the important status and effect of medical moral construction of medical classified administration from 3 aspects: 1) medical morals is the important content in hospital classified administration; 2) medical morals is its guarantee; 3) medical morals is the basis of consdiceting and developing achievements in classified administration.
7.Effect of golden open access on journal publication
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2013;(12):20-21
Golden open access ( OA) will become the leading distribution model of academic journals and bring a brand new academic exchange system .After the history and status quo of OA were described , the development of golden OA and its effect on journal publication were studied with the disruptive innovative theory of Christensen C as an example .
8.Discussion on the Training Mode of General Practice Education in Contemporary Medical Colleges and Universities
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(7):914-917
At present, the training mode of general practice education in medical colleges and universities in China has the characteristics of common and personality.Although there is a great change in the form of “classroom instruction”,it is still one of the main modes of training of general medical education in medical colleges and universities. In addition, many colleges and universities explore the mentor type, team type, humanistic type, practice type and other general medical education training mode.A variety of training mode has accumulated a lot of valuable experience and achievements, but there are many problems.Currently, the overall quality of general practitioners in our country has yet to be improved and the training mode of general medical education needs further exploration and innovation.
9.MRI manifestations of AIDS dementia complex
Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(9):1348-1351
Objective To analyse MRI findings of AIDS dementia complex to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods Clinical and MRI data of 35 cases of AIDS dementia complex were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total of brain tissue of 31 cases was reduced and cerebral cortex and basal ganglia showed diffuse atrophy;the sulci broadened and ventricle expanded.Lateral ventricle white matter of 25 cases showed signal abnormalities.3 cases of simple brain atrophy. Conclusion AIDS dementia complex has characteristic MRI findings, most patients had signs of brain atrophy, the sulci broadened and ventricle expanded;lateral ventricle white matter and centrum semiovale showed signal abnormalitiesCombined with the clinical history,MRI examination had important significance for the early diagnosis of this disease.
10.Curcumin reduces A?generation of neurons by PPAR? activation and BACE1 inhibition
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(10):-
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of Curcumin on A? generation in vitro and explore its potential mechanisms involing BACE1 and PPAR?.Methods: Plasmids APPswe and BACE1-mychis were transiently co-transfected into SHSY5Y cells by LipofectaminTM2000,then treated with Curcumin at 0(control Group),1.25,5.0,20.0 ?mol/L for 24 hr,or with Curcumin at 5 ?mol/L for 0,12,24 and 48 hrs for the time course assay.RT-PCR was performed to measure the endogenous levels of BACE1 mRNA and PPAR?.Western blot were used to detect the protein expression of BACE1 and PPAR?.The major cleavage product——A?40 and A?42 was detected by ?-amyloid 1-40 or 42 Colorimetric ELISA assay. Results: The mRNA level and protein level of BACE1 were decreased obviously in a dose-and time-dependent manner after treated with Curcumin in the cell line(P
