According to the situation of the nuclear medicine in the region and world, and Vietnam, the strategy of development of Vietnam was introduced including the situation and task of the health sector, the features and difficulties of establishment and development of the country’s nuclear medicine as well as solution for strategy of the development of the nuclear medicine.

Cardiological nuclear medicine was divided into two parts: diagnosis in vivo and diagnosis in vitro. Diagnosis in vivo need to put radioactive agents into patients, through dynamic and metabolic processes of radioactive agents and by using outside-body devices to gain parameters and images which reflect the physical and functional condition of heart, heart valves and blood supply of coronary arteries. Diagnosis in vitro does not put radioactive agents into patients. It used radioimmunoassays and immunoradiometricassays. Using patients’ blood samples, they quantify some agents with low concentration in blood. These are uninvasive tests with high accuracy that useful in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of various diseases.

Beginning with the exploration of the mechanisims for the activation of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) and tumor evasion till translating the relevant achievements into tumor immunotherapy and immunoprevention. From one facet, all the facts reflect the arduous course of the struggle of human beings for conquering cancer.

We have immunophenotyped the tumor-infiltrating mononuclear cells, especially the I_2 (HLA-DR) antigen and OKT_9 antigen expression on lymphocyte infiltrates to determine the activity of infiltrating T cells in 63 cases of advanced stomach and colon cancer. In addition, 18 specimens for biopsies from patients with chronic gastritis and colitis were used as controls. In most cancer specimens, the infiltrating T cells were defficient of I_2 antigen, only 10 out of 63 cases had about 10--30% I_2 positive infiltrating T cells, and nearly no OKT_9 positive infiltrating T lymphocytes. This finding is quite different from that in nomal mucosa and chronic inflammatory mucosa, with more I_2 positive lymphocytes in their infiltrates, indicating that the infiltrating T lymphocytes in tumor tissue inhibited by ome inhibitors present in their environment and contrabuting to the explanation why the tumor mmunity can not control the growth and spread of the tumor and lead to the elimination of the tumor.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS:Medical records of 300 inpa-tients receiving thymopentin were randomly sampled from our hospital during Jul. 2013-Jun. 2014. The indication,solvent dilution, route of medication,dosage,medication course and contraindications were analyzed and evaluated. Comment result fed back and ef-fective clinical invention was done. RESULTS:There was a certain degree of off-label use of thymopentin,and the off-label drug use accounted for 38.33%. Through examination and clinical intervention on clinical rational drug use, remarkable results had been achieved. Thymopentin prescription sampling were analyzed statistically in the third quarter of 2014,and the off-label drug use rate dropped to 14%. CONCLUSIONS:We should strengthen prescription comments and feedback,effective clinical invention should be done,to promote rational use of thymopentin.

Objective To assess the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) and sex,age and season,and to provide a basis for the epidemiology of MP.Methods The serum samples were tested for Mycoplasma pneumonia antibody IgM (MP-IgM) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for 782 children with respiratory tract infection.Results Among the 782 children with respiratory tract infection,221 (28.3％,221/782) were MP-IgM positive,and no difference was seen between male and female (P＞ 0.05).The incidence was in all ages,but it in 3-5 years old was the highest (50.0％,78/156),and ＜ 1 year old was the lowest (9.6％,19/198),there was significant difference compared with the others (P＜ 0.05).The total MP-IgM positive rate in children less than 6 years old was 32.4％ (193/595),which was higher than that in children over 6-14 years old [15.0％ (28/187)] (P ＜ 0.05).MP was epidemic in all year round,but the positive rate of MP-IgM was highest in spring (42.6％,107/251),the positive rate in summer,autumn and winter was 27.4％(57/208),10.8％(19/176) and 25.9％(38/147),respectively,and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions MP infections in children demonstrate a definite seasonality,and the positive rate may differ by age.The higher rate of MP infection is higher in the children less than 6 years old without sexual difference.MP is epidemic in spring.

Many studies demonstrate the existence of regulatory T(Treg)cell at tumot sites,implying that these Treg cells may induce local immune tolerance.Deep studies on the role of Treg cells in cancer patients will offer new approaches for tumor immunotherapy.
