Objective To approach the treatment method to multiple trauma with fracture. Methods 232 cases with multiple trauma with fracture were treated in my hospital from 1994 to 2004. we did different and earlier treatment to different condition of injury. Results The 67 cases died among 4～48 hours after trauma. The 8 cases of the 162 cases hospitalized died. Conclusion Rescue with diagnosis, comprehensivly synthesize, analyze the patients condition and choose and decide the treatment scheme are primary measure to avoid complication, raise rescue survival rate and reduce deformity rate.

Ways of effectively managing and using the scientific papers published by the personnel of an orga- nization so as to contribute to the enhancement of its scientific and technological strength and the level of its medical work are issues to be explored by file managing departments of scientific and medical institutions. On the one hand, the institutions should work out by administrative means various rules and regulations so as to standardize the filing of papers. On the other hand, the filing departments should enhance people's consciousness and initiative in placing their papers on file through excellent management and convenient service so as to bring the filing of scientific papers into a sound cycle. Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscope in the treatment of nulliparous women with tremendous ovarian cysts .Methods 46 cases of nulliparous women were divided into the two groups according to the operation method .23 cases in the laparoscopic surgery group received laparoscopic pneumoperitoneum needle treatment.23 cases in the open group were given the traditional open surgery .Before operation,the umbilical region and vagina of these patients were cleaned ,and antibiotics was given to the two groups .The operative time,postopera-tive bleeding,exhaust time,hospitalization time,the number of cases of postoperative pain ,menstrual conditions and recovery time of daily living activities were compared .Results The operative time of the laparotomy group was (68.3 ±12.3)min,which was significantly longer than (59.6 ±11.5)min of the laparoscopic surgery (t=4.26,P<0.05).The number of pain after surgery in the laparoscopic surgery group and laparotomy group were 11 cases,21 cases. The incidence rate of postoperative pain in the laparoscopic surgery group was 47.8%,which was significantly lower than 91.3% in the laparotomy group (χ2 =10.3,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment for nulliparous women with ovarian cysts showed shorter operative time ,less blood loss ,faster exhaust time ,shorter hospital stay ,less pain and faster recovery .This surgery scheme deserved to be introduced and further studied .

Pancreatic function diagnostant test (PFD) is performed with the oral administration of N-benzoyl-L-tryosyl-P-aminobenzoic acid (BT-PABA) .It is a specific test for the determination of the exocrine function of the pancreas. It can be more reliable if P-aminobenzoic acid absorbing test (PABA) is also performed to eliminate the intestinal, hepatic, and renal factors in PABA absorption and excretion.The authors used the combined method of PFD and PABA to study the pancreatic exicrine function in 32 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 16 cases of dermatomyositis (DM) . It was found that lowed exocrine function of the pancreas occurred in 9.4% of SLE cases and in 18.8% of DM cases though no definite abdominal symptoms or signs could be observed in those cases. It is suggested that the combined PFD and PABA method be used in early SLE and DM cases to evaluate the pancreatic exocrine function.

Objective:To alarm the effect of statins on blood glucose, and provide evidence for the rational use of statins in clin-ics. Methods:The recent articles on the effects and potential mechanisms of diabetogenic action of statins were reviewed and summa-rized. Results and Conclusion:Stains, especially lipophilic stains, could increase blood glucose via multiple pathways to induce dia-betes. The potential mechanisms included inhibiting L-type calcium channel, increasing the uptake of plasma-derived LDL-C, inhibi-ting synthesis of ATP and Coenzyme Q10, inhibiting the expression of glucose transporter 4 and inducingβ-cell inflammation, oxidation and apoptosis. Blood glucose should be monitored and adjusted timely when statins are used in clinics.

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a blood-borne virus transmitted through contact with blood and blood products,and it is a major cause of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.Many epidemiological studies have confirmed the association between HCV infection and renal disease.Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis associated with mixed cryoglobulinemia is the most common type of HCV-related renal disease manifesting as nephropathy or nephritic syndrome,proteinuria,hematuria,and reduced glomerular filtration rate.The treatment of HCV-related renal disease includes antiviral therapy,B cell clearance,and non-specific immunosuppressive therapy.At the same time,the launch of rnew antiviral drugs has brought hope to the patients who cannot tolerate conventional regimens.This article reviews the research advances in epidemiology,clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,and treatment of HCV-related renal injury.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nicergoline combined with donepezil hydrochlo-ride in the treatment of mild vascular dementia and its influence on cognitive function.Methods 66 patients with mild vascular dementia from neurology were divided into two groups by random numbers,33 cases in each group.On the based of the routine symptomatic treatment,the control group were given nicergoline,the observation group were treated with nicergoline combined with aricept.Four weeks was a course,both groups were continuously treated for 3 courses.Results The MMSE scores of the observation group after treatment was (36.7 ±5.7)points,which was significantly increased compared with before treatment(t =10.137,P <0.05)and the control group(t =11.236,P <0.05);The ADL score was(35.8 ±16.2)points,which was significantly lower compared with before treatment(t =10.825,P <0.05)and the control group(t =11.415,P <0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 78.9%,which was higher than 54.5% of the control group(χ2 =9.24,P <0.05).Conclusion Nicergoline com-bined with donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of mild vascular dementia can significantly improve cognitive func-tion scores,and it is a significant effect,safe and reliable method.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and influence of motor function and activities of daily living of hexose ganglioside sialic four single(GM1)combined with rehabilitation in treatment of cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods 110 patients with ACI were divided into the two groups in random number table,they were all treated with routine treatment,the patients of the control group(n =55)were given citicoline on the base of those addition,the patients of the observation group(n =55)were given hexose ganglioside sialic four single combined with rehabilitation. The efficacy and influence of motor function and activities of daily living of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than 76.36% of the control group(χ2 =10.33,P <0.05);The bathel index and the FMA points after treatment of the two groups were significant increased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t =7.11, 9.83,8.66,10.27,all P <0.05);The bathel index and the FMA points after treatment of the observation group were (60.79 ±5.64)and(64.34 ±7.83),which were significantly higher than the control group(t =8.89,9.45,all P <0.05).Conclusion Hexose ganglioside sialic four single combined with rehabilitation in treatment of cerebral infarc-tion had significant clinical effect,it can effectively improve motor dysfunction,improve their daily living skills,with a high clinical value and was worth to appliy.
