Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of related substances in enalapril maleate dispersible tablets.Methods:AKromasil100-SC8(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)columnwasused. ThemobilephaseAwas0.01mol·L-1potassi-um dihydrogen phosphate (adjusting pH to 2. 2 with phosphoric acid) and mobile phase B was acetonitrile with gradient elution, and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml· min-1 . The detection wavelength was 215nm,the column temperature was 40℃,and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results:The linear range of enalaprilat, enalapril maleate and eanlapril diketopiperazine was 14.64-43.92 μg·ml-1(r =0. 999 8), 9. 29-27. 87 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 1)and 10. 80-32. 40 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 5), respectively. Enalaprilat was not detec-ted out and enalapril diketone was 0. 2% using the method described in Chinese pharmacopeia, and the content of enalaprilat was 0. 1% and that of enalapril diketone was 0. 2% using the gradient elution. The related substances and enalapril maleate could be sepa-rated well. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, accurate and highly specific in the quality evaluation and control.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of Aciclovir cream. METHODS:Centrifugal parti-tion chromatography(CPC)was conducted. The solvent system was hexane-acetonitrile-water(2∶1∶1,V/V/V),the injection vehicle was an aqueous solution of 5%Tween 80 and the volume was 1.0 ml;the flow rate was 5 ml/min;the wavelength was 254 nm. RE-SULTS:There was a good linear relationship between quality concentration and peak area in the range of 0.012 7-0.126 7 mg/ml (r=0.998 7). The RSD of precision, stability and reproducibility tests was all no more than 2.0% and the average recovery was 97.34%(RSD=0.90%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The method is with high precision and accuracy, and can be used for the content determination of principal components of Aciclovir cream.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
Objective:To summarize the perioperative nutrition management, improve the successful rate in liver transplantation patients and reduce the complications after operation. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the perioperative nutrition treatment was made in 71 cases with liver transplantation. The principle of enteral nutrition before operation was appropriate energy, protein and rich vitamin, and the branched-chain amino acid(BCAA) and glutamine(Gln) were supplied.Intravenous nutrition, early enteral nutrition and total enteral nutrition support were applied during the postoperation period. Results: Except 5 cases that died from respiratory failure and 2 died from hemorrhagic shock respectively, other 64 cases recovered gradually in liver function, and their nutrition indices were enhanced significantly. Conclusion:The perioperative nutrition management is very necessary for liver transplantation patients, and the appropriate nutrition support is helpful to rehabilitate the function of graft organ and the nutritional status of the recipients as possible as early.

AIM: To investigate the effects of astragalus injection combined with puerarin injection on endo-plasmic reticulum stress through PERK pathway in diabetic nephropathy mice .METHODS: Male KKAy mice were ran-domly divided into model group ( injected with normal saline ) and treatment group ( injected with astragalus and puerarin ) . The male C57BL/6J mice served as normal group .The mice were sacrificed 4 weeks after treatments for observing morpho-logical changes under electron microscope .The renal tissues were collected to determine the expression of protein kinase R-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase ( PERK ) , eukaryotic initiation factor 2α( eIF2α) and glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78) at mRNA and protein levels by real-time PCR and Western blot.RESULTS: Under electron microscope, the renal tubular epithelial cells in model group and treatment group showed the swelling of the nucleus , endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria .The results of real-time PCR and Western blot showed that the expression of PERK , eIF2αand GRP78 at mRNA and protein levels in model group was higher than that in normal group (P<0.05), while that in treatment group was lower than that in model group .CONCLUSION: Astragalus injection combined with puerarin injection reduces the mRNA and protein expression of PERK , eIF2αand GRP78, thus inhibiting the endoplasmic reticulum stress in type 2 dia-betic mice to protect the kidney function .

Objective To develop the methods for identification and determination of scutellarin in compound Granule Tetrandra .Methods A TLC method was used to identify quality for scutellarin ,and a HPLC method was used to determine the content of scutellarin .Results The spot was clear in TLC identification without interference of negative control .The sam-ple size of scutellarin had a good linear relationship with peak area r=0 .9996(n=5)when ranged from 22 .4~156 .8 μg/ml , with the average recovery rate 97 .79% ( RSD=0 .32% ,n=6) .Conclusion The method is simple ,with good specificity and reproducibility ,which can be used as the quality control for this preparation .
6.Research progress on resistance mechanisms of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae
Journal of Pharmaceutical Practice and Service 2024;42(10):419-425
Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae(CRE)is an increasingly serious threat to human health worldwide.CRE usually carries multiple drug resistance genes, which limit the selection of therapeutic drugs, prolong treatment time, require higher treatment costs and greater treatment risks. The epidemiology, resistance mechanisms, current resistance status of CRE and the latest therapeutic drugs for CRE were summarized in this papoer, which provide a basis for the rational use of antibiotics in clinical prevention and treatment of drug-resistant bacterial infections.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency and its association with blood eosinophil count in healthy population and patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
METHODS:
We analyzed the data of a total 6163 healthy individuals undergoing routine physical examination in our hospital between October, 2017 and December, 2021, who were divided according to their serum 25(OH)D level into severe vitamin D deficiency group (< 10 ng/mL), deficiency group (< 20 ng/mL), insufficient group (< 30 ng/mL) and normal group (≥30 ng/mL). We also retrospectively collected the data of 67 COPD patients admitted in our department from April and June, 2021, with 67 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination in the same period as the control group. Routine blood test results, body mass index (BMI) and other parameters were obtained from all the subjects, and logistic regression models were used to investigate the association between 25(OH)D levels and eosinophil count.
RESULTS:
The overall abnormal rate of 25(OH)D level (< 30 ng/mL) in the healthy individuals was 85.31%, and the rate was significantly higher in women (89.29%) than in men. Serum 25(OH)D levels in June, July, and August were significantly higher than those in December, January, and February. In the healthy individuals, blood eosinophil counts were the lowest in severe 25(OH)D deficiency group, followed by the deficiency group and insufficient group, and were the highest in the normal group (P < 0.05). Multivariable regression analysis showed that an older age, a higher BMI, and elevated vitamin D levels were all risk factors for elevated blood eosinophils in the healthy individuals. The patients with COPD had lower serum 25(OH)D levels than the healthy individuals (19.66±7.87 vs 26.39±9.28 ng/mL) and a significantly higher abnormal rate of serum 25(OH)D (91% vs 71%; P < 0.05). A reduced serum 25(OH)D level was a risk factor for COPD. Blood eosinophils, sex and BMI were not significantly correlated with serum 25(OH)D level in patients with COPD.
CONCLUSION
Vitamin D deficiency is common in both healthy individuals and COPD patients, and the correlations of vitamin D level with sex, BMI and blood eosinophils differ obviously between healthy individuals and COPD patients.
