Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(10):1183-1185
Objective] To observe Zhuang medicine tendons back muscle fasciitis therapy clinical efficacy.[Methods] 90 patients were treated randomly and divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group, Zhuang medicine tendons therapy(massage and tendons fire needle + Zhuang medicine cupping); control group using traditional Chinese medicine therapy(Chinese massage techniques+EA+cupping) treatment once every other day, five times as a course, of two courses, and observe the effect. [Results] The treatment group: the total efficiency 93.33%; control group: the total effective rate 71.11%. The total effective rates had difference( P<0.05), the difference was statistical y significant. [Conclusion] Zhuang medicine tendons therapy for myofascitis had clinical efficacy, easy to operate, safe, with appropriate application.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and angiographic outcomes of balloon dilation angioplasty,balloon-expandable stent implantation and self-expanding stent implantation in the treatment of intracranial arterial stenosis. Methods The patients with intracranial arterial stenosis who met the indications of surgical intervention treated with balloon dilatation angioplasty and stent placement were selected from Nanjing Stroke Registry Program.According to the different interventional procedures, the patients were divided into the balloon expandable stenting goup, the self-expanding stents group and the balloon dilatation angioplasty group. The success rate of surgery, the perioperative complication rate and the significant residual stenosis rate were compared among the three groups. The clinical and angiographic assessments were performed through 1-,3-,6-,12- and 24-month regular outpatient or inpatient follow-up after procedure. The incidences of ischemic stroke and/or death and restenosis within 2 years were compared.Multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis was used to analyze the risk factors for recurrent ischemic stroke and/or death and restenosis. Results A total of 183 patients with 192 stenoses performed balloon dilatation angioplasty or stenting,in which 92 were in the balloon expandable stenting goup,42 were in the self-expanding stents goup and 49 in the balloon dilatation angioplasty group.Their preoperative stenosis rates were 80.2 ±12.8% 、76.3 ± 11.9% and 89.7 ± 10.2%,respectively (F =15.863,P =0.000).There were no significant differences in other baseline data. The success rates of surgery in the balloon expandable stenting group,self-expanding stents group and balloon dilatation angioplasty group were 96.7%,95.2% and 91.8%,respectively (x2 =1.646,P =0.439).The perioperative complication rates were 6.5%,14.3% and 10.2%,respectively (Fisher exact test,P=0.334).The imaging follow-up showed that the restenosis rate in the balloon dilatation angioplasty group was 48.5%.Although it was high than 27.7% in the balloon expandable stenting group and 34.8% in the self-expanding stents group, there were no significant differences (x2 =4.176,P =0.124).Multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis showed that balloon dilatation angioplasty was an independent risk factor for restenosis after procedure (hazard ratio 2.490,95% confidence interval 1.247- 4.969,P=0.010).Conclusions Compared to the balloon expandable stenting, the balloon dilatation angioplasty is more likely to have restenosis, but it is not associated with the risks of postoperative recurrent ischemic stroke and/or death.

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of carbon nanoparticles zonal tracer technique in lymph node retrieval of gastric cancer (GC).Methods:A retrospective cohort study was carried out. Clinicopathological data of GC patients who underwent radical D2 resection with carbon nanoparticles tracer in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University and Hainan Cancer Hospital from December 2015 and February 2019 were collected. Those with postoperative pathology of T1-2, Borrmann IV type GC, distant metastasis, preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy and incomplete data were excluded. A total of 181 patients were enrolled in this study, including 113 cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University and 68 cases from Hainan Cancer Hospital. Patients were categorized into two groups based on the methods of carbon nanoparticles tracer: zonal tracer group and traditional tracer group. In the traditional tracer group, 0.1-0.3 ml of carbon nanoparticle was injected subserously at the upper, lower, left and right 4 injection points 0.5 cm away from the edge of the tumor in the normal serous membrane. In the zonal tracer group, on the basis of the traditional tracer group, 0.1-0.3 ml of carbon nanoparticle was injected subserously at the first branch of the suprapyloric right gastric artery into the stomach, the first branch of the subpyloric right gastroepiploic artery into the stomach, the first branch of the minor curvature left gastric artery into the stomach and the first branch of the greater curvature left gastroepiploic artery into the stomach, respectively. The display of lymphatic vessels in each location and lymph nodes in each group by the tracing method was observed. The number of black-stained lymph nodes, the black staining rate of lymph nodes, the total number of detected lymph nodes, the total number of positive lymph nodes, and the metastatic rate of lymph node were compared between the two groups.Results:Eighty-nine patients were assigned to zonal tracer group, and 92 patients to traditional tracer group. There were no significant differences in baseline information between the two groups (all P>0.05). The median number of black-stained lymph nodes (median: 25.0 vs. 13.5, Z=-7.158, P<0.001) and the black staining rate of lymph nodes [(70.8±12.0)% vs. (47.1±15.7)%, t=11.399, P<0.001) in the zonal tracer group were significantly higher than those in the traditional tracer group. The total detected number of lymph nodes (37.5±11.5 vs. 29.6±11.8, t=4.581, P<0.001) and the total number of negative lymph nodes (31.3±12.5 vs. 24.9±11.1, t=3.621, P<0.001) were significantly higher in the zonal tracer group than those in the traditional tracer group. There were no significant differences in the total number of positive lymph nodes (median: 4.0 vs. 3.0, Z=-1.485, P=0.137), lymph node metastatic rate [78.7% (70/89) vs. 72.8% (67/92), χ 2=0.834, P=0.361] and metastatic degree [median: 11% vs. 10%, Z=-0.483, P=0.629] between the two groups. Conclusion:The carbon nanoparticles zonal tracer method can increase the black-staining rate of lymph nodes and the detected number of lymph nodes, thus improving the accuracy of gastric cancer staging.
