Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of conservative laparoscopic salpingotomy and embryo removal . Methods A total of 24 patients with tubal interstitial pregnancy underwent laparoscopic salpingotomy and embryo removal between January 2012 and January 2014.A longitudinal incision was made on the bulge lesions under laparoscope .The gestational sac and affiliated organizations were removed and the incision was continuously sutured with absorption threads .Results The operation was completed in all the 24 patients. The operation time was ( 33.5 ±6.2 ) min, and the blood loss was ( 40.6 ±9.4 ) ml.No postoperative persistent salpingocyesis occurred .The postoperative serum β-hCG recovery time was (14.2 ±4.6) d.Postoperative hysterosalpingography showed unobstructed fallopian tube in 13 patients, connected but not patent in 4 patients, and blocked in 5 patients. Conclusion Laparoscopic salpingotomy and embryo removal is safe and effective , with the patency of fallopian tube partly retained.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(05):-
Hydatidiform mole is the most common gestational trophoblastic disease and is characterized by gross trophoblastic hyperplasia resulting from abnormal fertilization of the oocyte. It is of great interest to researchers because of its propensity for local in vasion and spreading. Using cytogenetic and moleculargenetic techniques researchers have performed various studies on hydatidiform mole. There are advances in the understanding of karyotype, DNA ploidy, fertilization types, expression of imprinted genes, thedifferences between genetic classification and pathologic classification, and the correlation to its invasion and spreading.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
IHC-65 was found to be a potent inhibitor of platelet function . It inhibited platelet aggregation induced by threshold concentration of ADP, arachidonic acid and collagen with dose-dependent manner in vitro, and at 96?mol/L, AIR ( aggregation inhibition rate,) were 71.56, 66.93 and 68.47% respectively. IHC-65 inhibited platelet serotonin release induced by collagen, and at 96 ?mol/L, release inhibition rate was 82.97%. IHC-65 did not influence cAMP level in platelet significantly. It is concluded that IHC-65 inhibited platelet aggregation and its action mechanism may be related to inhibition of serotonin release and to antagonizing Ca ++ .

Endogenous beta retroviruses (enJSRV) are highly homologous with Jaagsiekte sheep retrovirus (exJSRV),this exogenous retrovirus is the aetiological agent of ovine pulmonary adenocarcinoma (OPA).The aim of this study was to clarify the function of enJSRV and the immunological mechanisms of its corresponding antibody, that is undetectable in JSRV-infected ovine serum. The expression of enJSRV envelope protein and Hyal-2 mRNA in immune organs and lungs of ovine fetuses and lambs were analyzed by Real-Time reverse transcription PCR and In Situ Hybridization using specific probes. In Situ Hybridization results indicated that the enJSRV envelope protein and Hyal-2 mRNA were expressed in thymus, spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes and lungs at different times, while no positive signals were detected in the negative controls. On the other hand, results from Real-Time reverse transcription PCR analysis showed that in 130d fetuses and 3d newborn lambs the enJSRV mRNA levels were much higher in organs associated with the immune system than that in lungs, especially in the thymus and spleen, but levels of Hyal-2 mRNA expression was not significantly different in all collected tissue. These results provided evidence from an immunology point of view to understand why the circulating antibodies against exJSRV are undetectable in JSRV-infected ovine, and will help to unravel the pathogenesis of JSRV-infected ovine.

In order to study whether patients with schizophrenia have cerebral injury, neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and myelin basic protein (MBP)in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 33 patients with first episode schizophrenia and 9 from the control group were determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme immunoassay method. The results showed that there was significant difference in the NSE contents between the experimental group and control group (P<0.01). The NSE contents in CSF in the experimental group were positively correlated with MBP in schizophrenia patients (P< 0. 05). These findings suggested that patients with schizophrenia had cerebral injury.

A rapid resolution liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometric (RRLC-Q-TOF-MS) method was established and optimized for the analysis of pharmacokinetic behavior of ginsenoside Rb2 in rats by intravenous injection administration. The metabolism of ginsenosides Rb2 in vivo rat was also explored. In the experiment,Agilent SB C18 column was selected for the sample separation with 0.1% aqueous formic acid solution as mobile phase (A) and acetonitrile as mobile phase (B) at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min,and the injection volume was set to 5 μL.Q-TOF-MS was carried out in electron pray ionization (ESI) negative ion mode. The limit of quantification (LOQ,S/N =10) and limit of detection (LOD,S/N=3) were 0.10 and 0.08 μg/mL,respectively,and the linear range was 0.1-1.26 μg/mL.The experiment results showed that the concentration-time profile of ginsenoside Rb2 conformed to a two-compartment pharmacokinetic model after intravenous administration for rats. The mean plasma elimination half-lives were (23.58±1.10) min (t1/2α),(1306.55±147.23) min (t1/2β) for Rb2.By analyzing the urine of rats after intravenous administration and the fecal samples after oral administration of ginsenoside Rb2,it was found that the metabolites were M6,M2 (CY),F2,and C-K.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of pain and the changes of vital signs in newborn infants. Methods Forty two newborn infants were rated by the behavioral scale of acute pain in newborn infants. The scores of pain were compared among infants with different gender, gestational age, birth weight, birth age, type of puncture and whether by vaginal birth or not. At the same time, the respiration rate, heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation (SO2)were dynami-cally recorded by the multi-function monitor in the process of puncture. Results The average score of pain was 7.6. There was no significant difference among newborn infants with different gender, gestational age, birth weight and type of puncture(P> 0.05),while significant differences among infants with different birth age and whether by vaginal birth or not (P=0.015 and 0.043 respectively). In the process of puncture, the SO2 was significantly decreased, while the respiration rate, heart rate,sys-tolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly increased. Conclusions Pain is prevalent in newborn infants and accom-panied by obvious changes of vital signs. The means of childbirth and birth age have significant influence on the neonatal pain. It is suggested to pay close attention to the neonatal pain and take effective interventions.
