2.Antiarrhythmic effects of 13 - n - Propyl-Palmatine
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Intravenous injection of 13-n-Propyl-Palmatine 8 mg ? kg-1 reduced markedly the incidence of VF induced by chlorofom in the mice, elevated the threshold doses of Ouabain induced VP,VT,VF,CA in guinea pigs. Iv 1, 3mg ? kg-1 reduced signifi- cantly the incidence of arrhythmia induced by CaCl2 in the mice, shortened the total duration of arrhythmia induced by BaCl3 in therats. However, it was not so effective on A-conitine - induced arrhythmia in the rats. In addition, 13 - n - Propyl - Palmatine elevated significantly the activities of Na+, K+ - AT-Pase in the myocardial cellular membranes of rats.
3.Mutagenicity and Carcinogenicity of Size-Fractionated Indoor Air Particles from the Areas with High Incidence of Lung Cancer in Xuanwei County
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Ames Salmonella assay and sister chro-matid exchanges in CHO cell were used to study the mutagenicity of Size-fractionated indoor air particles from the areas with high incidence of lung cancer in Xuanwei county. Two states skin tumor test was used to study the Carcinogenicity. The results indicate that:all size-fractionated Particles have mutagenicity and carcinogenicity, the more the size is smaller, the more the mutagenicity and carcinogencity is stronger.
4.Otolaryngeal mucoepidermoid carcinoma:a clinicopathological study of 15 cases
China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
Purpose:To study the clinicopathological features of otolaryngeal mucoepidermoid carcinoma, and to elucidate its diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods:The clinical data were reviewed retrospectively and immunohistochemical stains were performed in 15 cases of mucoepidermiod carcinoma. Results:The 15 patients were all male with average age of 55 years. Two histological types were found: well differentiated (14 cases), poorly differentiated (1 case). The tumor cells were positive for CK,CK8,EMA,CEA.Conclusions:Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of otolaryngeal tumor is a rare tumor. It can be differentiated from other otolaryngeal tumors based on the histopathologic features and immunohistochemical findings. Histological type of the tumor is important for clinical therapy and prognostic evaluation.

0.01).The dissolution of tablets from A and D manufacturers were same to each other while both of them were larger than those from B and C manufacture.CONCLUSIONS:The qualities of Warfarin sodium tablets from four manufacturers are different from one another. The quality of products from A and D manufacturers are superior to those from manufacturer B.The products from manufacturer C are the worst.
6.P300 correlates with neurobehavioral cognitive status in patients with traumatic brain injury
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2008;30(9):604-608
Objective To explore the correlation between P300 and cognition, and to analyze its clinical meaning. Methods Thirty patients with traumatic brain injury diagnosed with a definite trauma history were recruited as the experimental group, and 20 normal subjects served as controls. All were examined with event-related potentials and the neurobehavioral cognitive status examination ( NCSE ). After two months of regular rehabilitation treatment, they were examined again with the same methods to observe any changes. Results N200 and P300 latencies in the experimental group were significantly longer compared with the control group, while the NCSE scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than in the control group. After two months of regular treatment, the NCSE scores rose and N200 and P300 latencies were significantly shorter than before. The P300 latencies and the NCSE scores were observed to be significantly correlated (r=-0.679,P≤0.01 ). Stepwise regression and multiva-riate analysis revealed that orientation ability and judgment were the components of the NCSE most closely correlated with the P300 latencies. Conclusion P300 latency can serve for the evaluation of cognition due to its significant correlation with orientation ability and time and space judgment.
7.Executive Function and Motor Functional Recovery in Stroke Patients:Influence and Underlying Mechanism (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(9):1024-1027
Executive function is a superordinate cognitive function of the brain. Executive dysfunction post stroke plays a very impor-tant role in recovery of motor function, which is associated with motor learning, postural control, etc. Executive function training may pro-mote the recovery of motor function. The potential neurological mechanism includes the cerebral network involving a variety of areas.
8.Pharmacological Effects of Qinhouliyan Chongji
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Qinghouliyan Chongji can markedly inhibit the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice and the edema ofhind paw induced by egg white in rats. It can also decrease the weight of cotton pellet granuloma in rats.Numbers of writhing responses induced by acetic acid was reduced and pain threshold was elevated in mice bythis preparation, beside its bacteriostatic effects.
9.Enhencing awareness, identification and management of cataract surgery, improving comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability of cataract
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2016;34(3):193-198
Cataract is still the main blinding eye disease, and it is a major goal of fighting blindness in China. In the past years, the diagnosis, treatment technology and equipment have made great progress. With the further understanding of this disease and increasing requirement of patients for the quality of life, the standardization, safety and efficacy of the clinical diagnosis and surgical outcomes of cataract have become much more important. So the relative clinical examination approaches, modified operating skills, new surgery development and application as well as novel type of functional IOLs design advance rapidly, which provide an expensive space for the selection of the treatment for cataract.High quality of cataract surgery depends on preoperative precise biometry, reasonable operating scheme targeting at personality, suitable functional IOL,less intra-or post-operative complications, effectively avoiding treatment risk and correctly processing disadvantageous factors affecting postoperative visual quality. Therefore, the management of cataract surgery is a systemic procedure. The issue of improving ophthalmic examination, new cataract surgical technique and new IOL emerges as the time requires. How to make up individual-based treatment options for patients, better improve postoperative visual quality, enhance the safety of operative procedure, reduce operative complications is the challenges and unremitting goal for the ophthalmologists.
10.Influence of urokinase on expression of soluble CD40 ligand in patients with acute coronary syndrome
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(3):314-317
Objective: To explore influence of urokinase on expression of soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods: A total of 94 ACS patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from Aug 2013 to Aug 2015 were selected.According to random number table, they were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group and urokinase group (received small dose urokinase intravenous drip based on routine treatment group).Levels of sCD40L and cardiac troponin T (cTnT) before and after treatment, therapeutic effect and incidence rate of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) were measured and compared between two groups. Results: Compared with before treatment, there were significant reductions in levels of sCD40L and cTnT in both groups after treatment, P<0.01 all;compared with routine treatment group after treatment, there were significant reductions in levels of sCD40L [(2.92±0.36) ng/ml vs.(2.58±0.18) ng/ml] and cTnT [(0.10±0.02) μg/L vs.(0.04±0.01) μg/L] in urokinase group, P=0.013, 0.001 successively.Compared with routine treatment group, there was significant rise in total effective rate (76.6% vs.95.7%),and significant reduction in incidence rate of MACE (34.0% vs.4.3%) within six months in urokinase group (P<0.01 both). Conclusion: Urokinase can significantly inhibit expression of sCD40L and reduce release of cTnT, and improve therapeutic effect, and prevent major adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
