1.Relationship between sES、MMP-9 and coronary artery dilation

Objective To investigate the relationship between inflammatory factors, coronary artery dilation, and their clinical significance. Methods The cases undergone coronary angiography in our hospital last year were collected and divided into three groups: the first one included 11 patients whose angiography showed coronary artery dilation, the second group included 35 cases of atherosclerosis, and the third includes 24 cases with normal angiography. sES, MMP9 and TIMP1 were measured by ELISA method. Results Patients with coronary artery dilation were found to have significantly higher sES and MMP-9 level in comparison with atherosclerosis group and normal group[(153.7?152.7)ng/L,(90.1?54.2)ng/L,(76.5?37.2)ng/L, respectively](P
2.Clinical study on Ginkgo biloba lactone injection combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of acute ischemic stroke

Objective To explore the safety and clinical efficacy of Ginkgo biloba lactone injection combined with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods Totally 87 patients were recruited and divided into control group and test group.The,patients in control group (39 cases) were given Alteplase 0.9 mg/kg for injection,intravenous bolus total dose 10% was given within 1 min,then intravenous infusion of the remaining 90% was given in 1 h,and given basic therapy after 24 h.The 48 cases in test group,which were immediately iv Ginkgo biloba lactone injection after intravenous thrombolysis,6 mL added into 250 mL saline,once daily for 14 d,and also were given basic therapy after 24 h.All NIHSS scores were recorded before treatment,14 d and 90 d after treatment,and the adverse events were recorded.The modified Rankin scale (mRS) score and BI index were performed at 14 and 90 d after admission.Patients in two groups were classified according to the TOAST classification,and the patients with large-arteryatherosclerosis and small-artery occlusion were analyzed.Results No intracranial hemorrhage occurred in the two groups.The NIHSS score and mRS score of test group were significantly lower than that of control group,and BI index was significantly increased 90 d after treatment.The NIHSS score and mRS score of test group were significantly lower than that of control group,and BI index was significantly increased90 d after treatment of patients with large-artery atherosclerosis.But there was no significant difference between test group and control group of patients with small-artery occlusion.Conclusion Ginkgo biloba lactone injection combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has high safety,and can improve the prognosis of patients.
3.Differences in the findings of color Doppler sonography between atherosclerotic and non-atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis

Objective To evaluate the differences among five representative and useful Doppler parameters in the diagnosis of the three common types of renal artery stenosis (RAS). Methods Five Doppler parameters including renal peak systolic velocity (RPSV), renal-aortic ratio (RAR), renal-interlobar ratio (RIR),acceleration time (AT),and resistant index (RI) were measured in 221 patients before renal arteriography. Differences between the groups of patients with various clinical causes of RAS were analyzed by Chi-Squared test. One-way ANOVA or t test were used to compare the means between different groups.The optimal cutoff value was determined with the maximum sum of sensitivity and specificity. Results Of the 442 renal arteries (main and accessory renal arteries) demonstrated at arteriography,214 were normal or stenosed less than 50 %, 204 stenoses 50% - 99 %, and 24 occlusions. RIR, RAR and RI were significantly different between the atherosclerotic and non-atherosclerotic RAS groups (P <0.05), while RPSV and AT were not. The optimal cutoff values of RAR,RIR and RI for detecting RAS between the atherosclerotic and non-atherosclerotic groups were much different (2.5 versus 1.9, 5. 1 versus 6.5, 0.57 versus 0.50,respectively) ,but those of RPSV and AT were similar or the same (170 cm/s versus 200 cm/s,51 ms versus 51 ms,respectively). Conclusions In the case of RAS (diameter reduction≥50%),it is advised to establish separate cutoff values of RAR, RIR and RI according to atherosclerotic and non-atherosclerotic RAS, but the same cutoff value of RPSV and AT can be applied. RIR is a good Doppler parameter in the diagnosis of RAS,especially atherosclerotic and fibromuscular dysplasia RAS.
4.Metagenomic analysis of symbiotic microorganism in sailors with long sea voyage

Objective To investigate the influence of long sea voyage working environment on the symbiotic microorganisms and their relationship with their hosts .Methods The periumbilical microbial sam-ples from the operating workers of long sea voyage before and after operation were collected .Then 16S rRNA V4 section amplification ,sequencing and whole metagenome shotgun high-throughput sequencing were per-formed .Moreover the bacterial community structure ,kinds and microorganism metabolic function change were analyzed .The peripheral blood was collected from the workers of long sea voyage operation and shore-based operation for conducting the blood routine analysis .Results After 105 d ocean sailing ,the diversity of perium-bilical microbial community in the workers with long sea voyage operation decreased and the relative abun-dance of Firmicutes increased ,w hile w hich of Proteobacteria decreased ;w hich of Staphylococcus increased , while which of Corynebacteria decreased ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,the relative a-bundance of pathogenic bacteria or conditional pathogenic bacteria ,especially Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcusaureus aureus ,increased significantly .T he functional gene analysis indicated that the expres-sion of periumbilical microbial infection related genes increased after the long sea voyage operation .Compared with shore-based operation workers ,the proportion of workers with peripheral blood lymphocytes abnormal elevation in the long sea voyage group increased significantly ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The periumbilical skin symbiotic microorganisms may reflect the health conditions in the workers with long sea voyage operation .
5. Propofol relieves the subcutaneous chloroquine-induced pruritus in rats via TRPV1 and CB1 receptors of spinal cord

AIM: To explore the possible mechanism of propofol in alleviating pruritus induced by subcutaneous injection of chloroquine in rats. METHODS: The pruritus model of chloroquine in SD rats was established and the administration time was determined. 18 rats with successful pruritus model induced by subcutaneous injection of chloroquine were randomly divided into NS group, I group and P group. Normal saline 80 μL/kg, fat emulsion 80 μL/kg and propofol 0.8 mg/kg were injected through internal jugular vein catheter 5 minutes after subcutaneous injection of chloroquine. Another 6 rats were randomly selected as group C, and the same volume of normal saline as the other 3 groups was injected subcutaneously in the back of the neck and through the internal jugular vein catheter. The rats were killed 16 minutes after the corresponding drugs were injected into the internal jugular vein. The expressions of TRPV1 and CB1 receptors in the spinal cord were detected by Western blot. RESULTS: Compared with NS group and I group, the expression level of TRPV1 receptor in the spinal cord of P group rats was significantly increased (P<0.01), while there was no statistically significant difference between C group, NS group, and I group; The expression level of CB1 receptor was significantly higher than that of group C, NS, and I (P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference between group C, NS, and I. CONCLUSION: Propofol can significantly alleviate pruritus caused by subcutaneous injection of chloroquine in rats, which may exert an antipruritic effect by increasing the expression of TRPV1 and CB1 receptors in the spinal cord of rats.
6.New thoughts in mechanism research of acupuncture for myocardial stunning from κ-opioid receptor signaling pathway.

By reviewing the literature regarding the development mechanism of myocardial stunning, effects of acupuncture on myocardial ischemic injury, and correlation between acupuncture and κ-opioid receptor, it was suggested that acupuncture was highly likely to act on κ-opioid receptor in myocardial cells, and directly treated myocardial malfunction induced by myocardial stunning through κ-opioid receptor and its signaling pathway. In addition, acupuncture could inhabit the signaling pathway of adrenoceptor β1, one of the main functional receptors, to indirectly improve myocardial ischemic injury. From κ-opioid receptor signaling pathway, the action mechanism of acupuncture for prevention and treatment of myocardial stunning was discussed in this paper, hoping to provide new ideas for possible mechanism of acupuncture for myocardial ischemic injury.
