OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation technique for CMC-Na mucilage.METHODS:The factors including kinds of solvents,the prescription dosage of CMC-Na and its adding way,the preferable prescription of and preparation for the above were inspected using orthogonal test of3factors and levels.RESULTS:The preferable technique was that2.5%CMC-Na was spreaded into the hot purified water solution under its stirring.CONCLUSIONS:The prescription and preparation for CMC-Na mucilage selected by the orthogonal test is consistent with Chinese Hospital's Preparation Standards.
3.Quick deployment flow for shelters of campaign-grade rapid medical support system

This paper discusses issues involved in the deployment of the shelters of campaign-grade rapid medical support system in such aspects as entering of the vehicles,unloading of the shelters and grouping of the staffs. It suggests that the vehicles should rapidly move in at their positions and be butted bidirectional. As the system is deployed,such things should all be fixed as the position of the vehicles & equipments as well as the deployment motions and sequence. The system is positioned at hard surface,the shelters should be pushed towards the immobilized vehicles,but for the system located at soft surface,it is quite the contrary. With the above-mentioned measures implemented,the duration for shelters of campaign-grade rapid medical support system can be reduced largely.
4.Clinical Study of Efficacy of Terbinafine Combined with Fluconazole in the Treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

Objective:To assess the efficacy of terbinafine combined with fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC).Method:94 patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis were randomly divided into three groups.30 cases in the terbinafine monotherapy group were treated with an oral 250mg-dose of terbinafine once daily; 31 cases in the fluconazole monotherpy group were treated with an oral 150mg-dose of fluconazole once daily;33 cases in the combined therapy group were given terbinafine and fluconazole together,and the usage and dosage were the same as those of the monotherapy groups.The treatment period of the three groups was 7 days.The efficacy was evaluated in the second week,sixth month and twelfth month after the treatment.Result:In the second week or sixth month or twelfth month after the treatment,the clinical cure rate,clinical effective rate and fungous clearance rate of the combined therapy group were higher than those of the monotherapy groups,which had statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The combined therapy with terbinafine and fluconazole can effectively improve the clinical signs and symptoms of RVVC patients and eliminate candida,which is more effective than the monotherapy with terbinafine or fluconazole.
5.The change of E-cadherin expression in renal ischemia reperfusion injury

Objective To explore the changes of E-cadherin expression in renal ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods For the in vitro analysis of epithelial ischemia,confluent monolayers of MDCK cells growing in DMEM were depleted of ATP for 4 h by incubation in PBS (supplemented with 1.5 mM CaCl2 and 2 mM MgCl2) containing 10 ?M antimycinA.For the in vivo studies of epithelial ischemic injury,adult Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to bilateral renal artery ligation.Renal pathological changes were measured by PAS stain.Location and expression of E-cadherin were detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot respectively.Results E-cadherin were primarily found in a linear pattern at the lateral portions of the plasma membrane in normal MDCK.After ATP depletion for 4 hours,the linear pattern altered and manifested by the appearance of intracellular staining.In invivo ischemia-reperfusion model rats,E-cadherin expression was changed from normal tubular epithelial cell basal membrane to cytoplasma.Western blot suggested that in sham-operated rats,E-cadherin was 120 ku lane vs 80 ku lane in ischemia for 60 min rats,while in ischemia for 45 min rats,both the 120 ku and 80 ku lanes were detected.Conclusion In renal ischemia-reperfusion,the location and expression of E-cadherin are obviously altered in vivo and in vitro study and E-cadherin are degradated as ischemia time prolongs.These changes may be the reason why tubular epithelial cell exfoliated from TBM in ischemia-reperfusion injury.
6.Surgical technique in treatment of displaced acetabular fracture

Objective To discuss the method and surgical technique in treatment of the displaced acetabular fracture.Methods The study involved 66 patients with displaced acetabular fracture treated operatively with reconstruction plates from August 2005 to June 2009.Based on the fracture typing,the surgical techniques including anterior ilioinguinal,posterior Kocher-Langenbeck,combined ilioinguinal and Kocher-Langenbeck and Y shaped approach were performed in 12,30,22 and 2 patients,respectively.Results The operation time was mean 3.4 hours(1.5-6.5 hours),with mean blood loss of 550 ml(range,350-1 200 ml).All patients were followed up for average 29 months(range,12-46 months).According to Matta evaluation standard,the reduction of acetabular fracture was anatomical in 34 patients,imperfect in 25 and unsatisfactory in seven.According to the modified Merled' Aubigne and Postel clinical evaluation standard,the clinical outcome was graded as excellent in 23 patients,good in 29,fair in eight and poor in six.Conclusion The factors key to successful operation include correct fracture classification,good approach anatomy,proficient technique of reduction and fixation,and reasonable perioperation measures.
7.Application of tandem mass spectrometry in early-stage diagnosis of growth retardation in children

Objective To develop the clinical application of tandem mass spectrometry in earlystage diagnosis of patients with growth retardation.Methods Tandem mass spectrometry was used to quantitatively detect blood amino acids and acyl carnitine in 155 cases of children with growth retardation.The tandem mass spectrometry results,clinical symptoms,and treatment tracking results were analyzed.Results Ten patients with inborn metabolic absence of amino acids and acyl carnitine were confirmed including four cases of methylmalonic acidemia,one case of propionic acidemia,one case of medium-chain acyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase deficiency,one case of ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency,and three cases of phenylketonuria.Conclusions Tandem mass spectrometry was helpful for some patients in etiologic diagnosis and therapeutic effect assessment of cerebral developmental retardation.
8.The possible nitric oxide mechanism of Rhodiola on the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome after burns

AIM: To study the effects of Rhodiola(Rho), nitric oxid e (NO), hem oglobin (HB) on the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) in early stage aft er burn in rabbits. METHODS:The rabbits were divided into the sh am burn group (SB), burn group (B), orally taken Rho group (R), burn and Rho therapy group (BR ). The changes of hemodynamics were monitored. The index of pulmonary permeabili ty was calculated. These data reflected separately the functions of heart, live r, lung, kidney and blood coagulation system were also determined. NO contents i n ser um and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured by Griess method. The l e vels of serum HB were measured. RESULTS:① The dysfunctions of hear t, liver and kidney achieved the criterion of MODS in group B at 48 h postburns (B 48 h ). The N O content of group B significantly increased in serum and BALF at B 48 h . ② The cardiac index (CI) and creatine phosphokinase (CK), urea nitrogen (BUN) markedly raised or decreased in group BR at 48 h postburns (BR 48 h ) than B 48 h . The NO cont ents in serum and BALF markedly raised. ③ HB contents in serum markedly raised in group B and BR at 0 h postburns (B 0 h , BR 0 h ) than group SB, B 48 h , R, BR 48 h , but NO was reverse. CONCLUTIONS: ① HB contents in serum markedly raise d at 0 h post burns, but NO was reverse. ② Rho promoted the increases of NO synthesis and the blood perfusion of organs, which might be one of mechanisms to prevent the devel opment of MODS.

Objective To study Chinese medicine and Western medicine preventing the anaphylaxis of ionic-type radiography agent,to solve the anaphylaxis in brain enhancment CT.Methods Eight hundred and forty cases have been diagnosed in brain enhancement CT at our hospital,from Fed.1995 to May 2000.Results Chinese medicine,ginger,pinellia and hormone medicine were all useful in preventing the anaphylaxis of ionic-type radiography agent in brain enhancement CT.Conclusion Chinese medicine:ginger and pinellia could prevent the anaphylaxis of ionic-type radiography agent.
