Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological relation between the TNF-? and IgA nephropathy. Methods TNF-? levels in serum, urine and renal tissues of 50 patients with IgA nephropathy were measured, and 10 patients with minimal change nephrotic syndrome(MCNS) and 10 healthy subjects served as negative control group. Results The serum and urine levels of TNF-? in the patients with IgA nephropathy were significantly higher than those in the patients with MCNS and healthy subjects, and had a significant positive correlation with the degree of proteinuria and renal demage. TNF-? expression was mainly localized in the cytoplasm of the proximal renal tubular epithelial cells, and the interstitium with more monocyte-macrophages infiltration. Conclusion TNF-? took part in the onset of hematuria and proteinuria, was correlated with the degree of renal damage, and played an important role in the aggravation of IgA nephropathy.

China Oncology 2014;(8):626-629
Background and purpose:Lung cancer is the one with the highest incidence tumors, is mainly appeared to be non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). The main treatment method is chemotherapy. However, it is controversial whether using chemotherapy in the patients of advanced NSCLC. The present study aimed to observe the efifcacy and toxicity of pemetrexed contrast to the best supportive care in the NSCLC patients of ECOG=2 and older than 70.Methods:A total number of 84 patients of ECOG=2 and older than 70 with advanced NSCLC were randomly assigned into two groups. The study group accepted pemetrexed, 500 mg/m2,every 3 weeks as a cycle, and the control group was given 200 g glucose supply and protein according to patients’ weight every day. Evaluation of the study group was performed at end of 2 cycles and the control group was evaluated after 2 months. Results:There was no CR patient in 2 groups. In the study group there were 6 patients of PR (14.3%), 21 patients of SD (50%) and 13 patients of PD (30.9%), the effective rate was 14.3%, and the disease control rate was 64.3%. There were 1 patient of PR (2.4%), 15 patients of SD (35.7%), 25 patients of PD (60.9%), 1 patient of death, the effective rate was 2.4% and the disease control rate was 39.0% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The study group has better treatment effect and adverse reaction in patients of ECOG=2 and older than 70 with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer and the toxicity could be tolerated.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(05):-
Objective: To study 63 cases of nasal tumors treated by dermatologic surgery, and analyze their generality and characters. Methods: The cases were analyzed with SPSS 10.0 and SAS6.12. Results: The average age of the patients was 46.92?18.63.The number of man was about equal to that of women. Most cases were basal cell carcinoma (42.9%). Nevus came second (38.1%). The other cases were benign tumors. The distribution of operational locations showed the character of nasal surgery. Operations of Alar occupied 52.4%,22.2% were on the dorsal and 15.9% on the tip. Other locations occupied 9.5%. Cases of primary close occupied 69.8%. Cases applying complex close were 30.2%. Statistic analysis illustrated that primary close was different from complex close with distribution of operational locations. The area of defects between primary close and complex close was also different. At the same time, the differentiation of applying complex close was obvious between malignant tumors and benign tumors. Conclusion: Skin cancers and benign tumors usually occur on the nose, so it is very important to master the techniques of plastic surgery to repair the defects of nose, besides removing tumors perfectly by the classical way of dermatologic surgery, Mohs Micrographic Surgery.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(07):-
Objective: To study the pathophysiological role of tumor necrosis factor ? (TNF ?) and interleukin6 (IL 6) in trauma by assaying concentration of TNF ? in blood after maxillofacial gunshot wounds in dogs. Methods: Before and after gunshot wounds, concentration of TNF ? and IL 6 in the plasma of dogs were assessed by ELISA method at different times. Results: Although the systemic injuries in our gunshot wound model were no very severe and the dogs had no severe complications, the TNF ? concentration in plasma became significantly higher in the first 2 6 h after the gunshot wounds. They varied greatly with each dog and became normal after 10 h without treatment. IL 6 was not detected in blood. Conclusion: TNF ? expression in blood after gunshot wounds is the normal host immune response to the trauma, its circulating concentrations might be associated with the injury severity. But their transient expressions do not significantly increase the severity of the trauma. [
