Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(6):21-24
Objective To explore the relationship between postoperative cancer-related fatigue and nutritional risk in patients with colorectal cancer. Method Using convenience sampling method, 159 postoperative colorectal cancer patients were interviewed with cancer-related fatigue scale and PG-SGA 7 days after operation. Results The average score of CRF was (21.28 ± 6.06). The score by PG-SGA was (15.18 ± 5.55). About 94.34%patients were in need of nutritional intervention. The postoperative cancer-related fatigue was positively related to PG-SGA scores(all P<0.05). Conclusions The postoperative colorectal cancer patients are at a high risk of malnutrition, with nutrition risk positively related with somatic cancer-related fatigue. The clinical nursing staff should pay attention to the nutritional status of patients and correct their malnutrition so as to reduce the symptoms of cancer-related fatigue.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of aconitine in Shenhailong capsules. Methods Zorbax SB-C18column(4.6 mm?250 mm,5 ?m)was used, with(methanol∶water∶triethyl amine)60∶40∶0.1,as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL?min-1and the column temperature was at 30℃.The detection wavelength was 240nm.Results Aconitine concentration presented a good linear range of 0.04?10-3~4?10-3g?L-1(r = 0.9999).with the average recovery of 98.4%,and RSD :1.0%.ConclusionThe method was accurate, nice in reproducibility and with few interference. It could be used for quality control of Shenhailong capsules.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(8):665-666
ObjectiveTo investigate the tossing and turning time of the stuporous patients while using the bedsore mat blowing out gas.Methods45 cases were as the control group and treated with routine nursing. 117 cases were as the test group, in them, 17 cases were tossed and turned once every 2 hours, 50 cases tossed and turned once every 4 hours and 50 cases tossed and turned once every 6 hours. The patients of the test group were nursed with the bedsore mat blowing out gas as well as routine nursing. The rates of bedsore of two groups were compared.ResultsThe bedsore rate of the control group was 4.44%, 2 hours group was 0%, 4 hours group was 4% and 6 hours group was 22%; there was no significant difference among the control group, 2 hours group and 4 hours group, but there was a significant difference between 2 hours group, 4 hours group and 6 hours group (P<0.01).Conclusion4 hours is suitable for the stuporous patients to toss and turn while using the bedsore mat blowing out gas.

Objective To analyze domestic and foreign papers on H5N1 virus research using literature metrology and visualized knowledge mapping. Methods Pajek, Bibexcel, and VoSviewer software were used based on Web of Knowledge platform. Results Study on H5N1 virus has been a research focus wide since 2005 and a series of institutions and investi-gators have appeared, with US being the leader in this area and followed by China. The most popular topics of studies on H5N1 included its virology, epidemiology, basic research, anti-virus drugs and vaccines. Conclusion Studies on H5N1 have received more attention, which suggests that more efforts have to be made in China in terms of communication and co-operation with key institutions and famous researchers so as to achieve more success in key areas.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2014;(6):849-852
Objective:To compare 2 position implant-supported molar distalization systems in clinical application.Methods:25 pa-tients with Class II and mild to moderate crowding dentition were included,18 females and 7 males, aged 15 to 29 years old(22.58 on average ).All the patients were treated with non-extraction method by distalizing the upper molar with micro-implant anchorage. In ex-perimental group(n =12)the micro-implants were inserted on infrazygomatic crest above the maxillary first molar mesial buccal root. In control group(n =13)the micro-implants were inserted on buccal alveolar bone between maxillary second premolar and maxillary first molar. In both groups micro-implants were inserted to distalize the maxillary molars. The displacement patterns of maxillary inci-sors and molars were measured and compared. Results:Successful primary micro-implant placement was obtained in 87.5%(21 /24) of the implantation in control group and 100%(26 /26)in experimental group. The distal movement(mm)of the molars in control and experiment group was 2.29 ±0.96 and 2.91 ±0.96 respectively(P >0.05).Experimental group showed significant intrusive displace-ment of the molars.Horizontal incisor displacement in experimental group was more than that in control group.Conclusion:Micro-im-plant inserted in infrazygomatic crest may facilitate intrusion and distalization of the maxillary molar and incisor.
