Objective To investigate diagnosis and treatment of venous cerebral infarction. Methods The reasons, clinical findings, imaging characters, treatment methods and prognosis of 19 patients diagnosed venous cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results The most frequent symptoms were headache, focal deficits, epilepsy, increased CSF pressure.Among 19 cases, multiple cerebral lesions were found in 12 cases, lobes lesions in18 cases, cerebral infarction with hemorrhage in 3 cases. After various treatments, 16 patients were discharged and one patient died and 2 patients gave up treatment. Conclusions Venous cerebral infarction has complicated causes, non-specific chinical manifestations and characteristic MR images. Anticoagulation and thrombolysis treatment in early stage may have good therapeutic effect.

Objective To assess the predictive value of serum uric acid levels to the incident nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in a cohort of healthy population. Methods A prospective cohort study of NAFLD incidence was conducted in Xinjiang province, from 2012 to 2014. A cohort study was performed on 2 207 subjects with no evidence of fatty liver disease by liver ultrasound and with no major risk factors for liver disease at baseline. All participants were interviewed to carry out the epidemiological questionnaire survey, physical examination, abdominal ultrasonography, as well as blood biochemistry measurements. The hazard ratios of NAFLD were compared among groups with different uric acid levels. All subjects were classified according to serum uric acid (within normal range grouped by quartile: Q1-Q4 group; above the normal range: Q5 group). Results NAFLD was newly diagnosed in 13.72% subjects within the 3-year period. The incidence of NAFLD was increased with elevated serum uric acid quartiles(P<0.01). In multivariate logistic regression, after adjustment for gender, age, race, metabolic syndrome and its components, OR for incident fatty liver in Q2 to Q5 of serum uric acid concentration as compared to Q1 were 2.509, 3.172, 3.392, and 4.041 respectively. Conclusion Elevated serum uric acid concentrations may predict NAFLD in the subjects for a regular health checkup.

Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of SF3B1, UBE2V2, SETD2 and osteoporotic vertebral fracture (OVF) in elderly patients. Methods:Peripheral blood samples were collected from 31 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures (VF group) and 16 elderly patients with osteoporotic non-vertebral fractures (NVF group) in Yantai Mountain Hospital. RNA was extracted for transcriptome sequencing to screen for differentially expressed genes. VF related genes were screened by Gene Ontology (GO) analysis, protein protein interaction (PPI) network analysis and ROC curve analysis. Qrt-pcr was used to detect gene expression levels. Results:Compared with NVF group, 691 genes were up-regulated while 131 genes were down regulatedin VF group. qRT-PCR results revealed that, compared with NVF patients (1.55±0.33) (1.70±0.33) (1.64±0.33) , SF3B1 (1.83±0.23) ( t=2.84, P=0.008) , UBE2V2 (2.24±0.43) ( t=3.91, P<0.001) expression were increased while SETD2 (1.18±0.46) ( t=3.25, P=0.003) expression was decreased in peripheral blood of VF patients. ROC curve analysis showed that the AUCs of SF3B1, UBE2V2 and SETD2 in VF were 0.8034 ( P=0.007) , 0.8145 ( P=0.005) and 0.7863 ( P=0.0014) , respectively. Conclusion:SF3B1, UBE2V2 and SETD2 are highly correlated with OVF in elderly patients, and are of great value in the diagnosis and prediction of OVF.

Objective:
To test the performance of two kinds of protective respirators (3M9332, 3M1860) used in Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory (BSL-3) to ensure whether it can fit well in different populations in order to reduce the risk of infection in the process of operating high-risk pathogenic microorganisms.
Methods:
Using a 8038PortaCount®Pro+ respirator fit tester to examine the fitness of personnel wear 3M 1860 N95 and 9332 N99 respirators. The influence factors such as gender, age, shape of respirator were evaluated. Statistical analysis was performed by the fit factor(FF) of assigned actions.
Results:
A total of 62 people conducted the respirator fit test, of which 45 people passed the test of 3M9332 respirators, the pass rate was 72.58%; only 6 people passed the test of 3M1860 respirators, the pass rate was 9.67%. The pass rate of two different types of respirators was analyzed statistically,
