Objective To observe the change of capillary pericapillary cells in rats with myocardial infarction and the influence of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation herbs, and explore its mechanism of improving myocardial perfusion. Methods The rat model was established by ligaturing the left anterior descending coronary artery. On the base of ECG evaluation, successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into the model group, group treated with supplementing qi and activating blood circulation Chinese medicine (activating blood and supplementing qi group), group treated with Perindopril (Perindopril group), group treated with Tongxinluo Capsules (Tongxinluo group). The sham-operation group was taken as the control. There were totally 5 groups. The model group and the sham-operation group were treated with normal saline. The changes of myocardial capillary density (MCD) and number of pericapillary cells on the 7th, 28th day after medicinal administration were observed. Results On the 7th and 28th day, the MCD decreased significantly and the number of capillary pericapillary cells increased significantly in the model group compared with the sham-operation group (P<0.01). The MCD increased significantly in the activating blood and supplementing qi group, Perindopril group and Tongxinluo group compared with the model group (P<0.01). The number of pericapillary cells decreased significantly in the activating blood and supplementing qi group, Perindopril group and Tongxinluo group compared with the model group (P<0.01). Conclusion The supplementing qi and activating blood circulation herbs can improve regional myocardial blood supply by decreasing the number of pericytes and promoting regeneration of capillary.

Objective To investigate the efficiency of autologous transplantation of bone-marrow mononuclear cells for treatment of patients with diabetic lower limb ischemia. Methods Twenty patients of type 2 diabetes (22 legs) with diabetic lower limb ischemia were treated by autologous transplantation of bone-marrow mononuclear cells. Results All ischemic legs were preserved except three feet, which were amputated due to the previously existed foot gangrene in one and unsolved pain in two. The pain-alleviated rate was 85.0%. The amputation rate was 13.6%. The skin turned warm in all legs(100.0%). TcPO2 of the ischemic legs was elevated in 17 patients with 19 legs. Angiography showed a noticeable increase of visible collateral vessels in 7 patients with 8 limbs who had angiographic follow-up. Conclusion Autologous transplantation of bone-marrow mononuclear cells could be a simple, safe, and effective method to treat patients with diabetic lower limb ischemia.

Objective To investigate the effects of oral care using hydrogen peroxide and sodium bicarbonate to prevent neonatal ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP). Methods Totally 209 neonates were recruited and divided into the experimental group with 104 cases and the control group with 105 cases by using random number table method. Based on conventional mechanical ventilation nursing, the experimental group received oral care using 1.5%hydrogen peroxide combined with 2.5% sodium bicarbonate,Q8H,while the control group received oral care using only 2.5% sodium bicarbonate,Q8H. Positive results of bacteria detection in tracheal sputum culture, the incidence rate of VAP,mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization time and hospitalization costs were compared between two groups. Results After 48 hours of mechanical ventilation, the difference in positive results of bacteria detection in tracheal sputum culture between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference of incidence rate of VAP between two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05) when the duration of the mechanical ventilation was 48 hours. While after 48 hours of the mechanical ventilation, the difference of the incidence rate of VAP between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The differences in mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The hospitalization costs of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, while the difference showed no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined usage of hydrogen peroxide and sodium bicarbonate for oral care can effectively eliminate neonatal oral bacteria colonization and prevent neonatal VAP,so as to reduce the time of mechanical ventilation and hospitaliza-tion, and decrease hospitalization costs.

Objective To investigate the relationship between psychological quality and performance capacity of the crew in armored equipment so as to provide scientific evidence for the training of crew .Methods The psychological quality of 82 crew members of armored cavalry was tested and analyzed by neurobehavioral testers and questionnaires .Results and Conclusion The education level and age had no significant effect on the performance capacity among the armored crew . The test results of psychological quality parameters showed the same trend as the performance capacity of the crew , but their psychological health status had obvious effect on the performance capacity .The psychological quality of the crew had great influence on their performance capacity ,so we should pay attention to mental intervention ,enhance psychological protection ability of the crew , and improve their combat effectiveness continuously .

Objective:To explore the effects of eight-week group positive psychotherapy intervention on de-pression associated self-efficacy and subjective well-being in female nursing students. Methods:Totally 74 female nursing students with mild to moderate depression [the score of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-Ⅱ)was 14 to 28]were selected from three nursing colleges of Changsha. They were randomly divided into two groups,40 in the control group and 34 in the intervention group.Samples in the intervention group were given the eight-week group positive psychotherapy, while the control group was given nothing (the control group could receive the intervention when the intervention was proved to be effective or the control group needed treatments). The General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)and Index of Well-being(IWB)were used to get the outcome of female nursing students'self-effica-cy,subjective well-being at baseline, the time after the intervention,3 month follow-up,6 month follow-up.Results:The interactive effect between group and time of self-efficacy,subjective well-being were statistically significant (Ps<0.05).Separate analyses showed that at baseline, there was no significant difference between two groups in all variables (Ps >0.05).At the end of the intervention,3 month follow-up and 6 month follow-up,the GSES score and IWB score in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (Ps <0.05).Conclusion:Eight-week group positive psychotherapy could improve self-efficacy and subjective well-being of female nursing students who have mild to moderate depressive symptom. This intervention also has a long-term effect.

Objective:To explore the difference of brain structure between patients with early-onset depression with and without suicidal ideation and its relationship with the severity of depression. Methods:Totally 37 patients with early-onset depressive disorder with suicidal ideation and 23 patients with early-onset depressive disorder without suicidal ideation were examined by psychological assessment and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)from 2019 to 2020.Voxel-based morphometry (VBM) technology was used to compare the differences in brain structure between the two groups of subjects, and further analyze the relationship between the gray matter volume of the different brain areas and the severity of depression. The demographic and clinical data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 statistical software package. The comparison between the two groups was performed by double sample t-test and chi square test. SPM8 software was used for VBM statistical analysis, and double sample t test was used for image analysis and comparison between the two groups. Pearson correlation analysis was performed between the mean gray matter volume of the two groups and the scores of HAMD-17 and Beck scale for suicide ideation(BSI). Results:Compared with the group without suicide ideation, the volume of gray matter in the right middle frontal gyrus(MNI: x, y, z=28.5, 33.0, 43.5, FWE correction for mass level, P<0.05)and left angular gyrus of the suicide idea group increased(MNI: x, y, z=-37.5, -73.5, 48.0, FWE correction for mass level, P<0.05). There was no significant correlation between the gray matter volume of the right middle frontal gyrus and the HAMD-17 scale, BSI scale in patients with early-onset depression ( r=0.073, r=-0.153, both P>0.05). Conclusion:There are structural differences in the right middle frontal gyrus and left angular gyrus between patients with early-onset depression with suicidal ideation and patients with early-onset depression without suicidal ideation, and there was no significant correlation between gray matter volume and depression severity.
