Objective To understand the types of drug use,medication habits,medical treatment behavior and drug management of urban families in Hefei,and to provide background information for drug safety education and scientific medical education.Methods The questionnaire design covers 32 issues,some teachers and parents of 2 training institutions,part of the staff of the 2 administrative institutions and the residents of the 3 residential areas were investigated.320 questionnaires were distributed,and valid questionnaires were collected from 306 copies.Results 96.1% of Hefei urban family had standing drugs,anti cold drugs was the highest proportion(87.3%),followed by antibacterial drugs(51.0%),the main channel was the purchase pharmacy(89.2%) and hospital(36.3%).When the family was ill,65.7% of the respondents first ate home medicine;the proportion of chosing a large hospital up to 83.3%.74.5% of respondents believed that antibiotics abuse.Up to 83.3% of respondents had been performed intravenous infusion therapy when illness,55.9% of the respondents thought intravenous infusion therapy most unnecessary,and only 5.9% of the respondents thought intravenous infusion therapy was dangerous.Consulting a doctor when they had a problem in 67.7%,followed by the internet query(44.1%) and to the pharmacy consultation(14.7%).40.2% of the respondents hoped to learn medical knowledge.Conclusion Hefei city of Anhui province has a high proportion of urban family with standing drugs,the purchase way is regular,and when the disease,first of all to eat home standing drugs,medical treatment prefers large hospital,most think most intravenous infusion is not necessary;They want to understand the medical knowledge,and hope to establish consultation channels.

OBJECTIVE Study the role of mycoplasma infection and expression of Ki67 protein in the pathogenesis, development and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma. METHODS Immunohistochemistry method was used to study 145 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma tissues, 25 specimens of precarcinoma tissues, 31 specimens of vocal cord polyps and 15 specimens of normal tissues adjacent to laryngeal carcinoma. RESULTS ①The positive rates of PD4 and Ki67 were 45.52%(66/145) and 82.76 % (120/145) in laryngeal carcinoma tissue, 16.00 % (4/25) and 32.00 % (8/25) in precarcinoma tissue, 12.90 % (4/31) and 22.58 % (7/31) in vocal cords polyps, 6.67 % (1/15) and 0 (0/15) in normal tissues adjacent to laryngeal carcinoma. ②The positive rates of PD4 and Ki67 were higher in the advanced laryngeal carcinoma cases than that in the early laryngeal carcinoma cases. Objective To detect the treatment effect of PC3 cells with triptolide on altering the expression of genes.Methods MTT assay was used to detec the inhibition of proliferation.Apoptosis was detected by Annexin-V/PI staining.RT-PCR was used to analyze the mRNA expressions of BCL-2,BAX,PIG3,P21,FAS,CASPASE3.Results Triptolide caused a time - and dose - dependent inhibition of cell proliferation,and IC50 of 24 h and 48 h were 18.3 ng/ml and 13.5 ng/ml,respectively.Compared with the 24 h group,the low concentration of triptolide(5 ng/ml,t =1.47,P ＞0.05)and the high concentration of triptolide ( 160 ng/ml,t =0.91,P ＞0.05)had no statistical significance in 48 h group,while 10 ng/ml( t =3.26,P ＜0.05),20 ng/ml( t =4.21,P ＜0.05),40 ng/ml( t =4.09,P ＜0.05),80 ng/ml( t =2.91,P ＜ 0.05 )had statistical significance.At the concentration of 18.3 ng/ml,triptolide induced PC3 cells apoptosis in a time - dependent manner.Compared with the control group,Anexin-V( + )/PI(-)was(5.42±2.21)％(t =3.52,P ＜0.05)in 6h,(13.51±3.37)％(t =6.53,P ＜0.01) 12h,(29.3 ±4.53)％ ( t =8.74,P ＜0.01) 24 h group separately,and it had statistical significance.RTPCR showed that 18.3 ng/ml triptolide up-regulated the mRNA expression of BAX and PIG3,down-regulated P21 and BCL-2.FAS and CASPASE3 did not show obvious changes.Conclusions Triptolide inhibits the proliferation of PC3 and induces apoptosis,and the changes of BCL-2,BAX,PIG3 and P21 may play an important role in the apoptosis of PC-3 cells.

Objective To study the effect of euthyrox on blood lipids in patients with hypothyroidism throngh the meta analysis.Methods Patients with clinical hypothyroidism theated by euthyrox on blood lipid effect of randomized controlled trials were retried by Pubmed(2000/2014-07),EMbase (2000/2014-07),the Cochrane library(2014,7),the Chinese biomedical literature database(2000/2014-07),retrieved the time limit from January 2000 to July 2014.The paper were objective evaluated of the quality,Meta analysis with Rev Man 5.3 software system applicated by Cochrane collaboration.Results Euthyrox could significantly reduce cholesterol levels of hypothyroidism patients ,it was statistically significant difference(OR=0.63,95%CI:0.71 ~0.55,P<0.001);Euthyrox could significantly reduce triglyceride levels of hypothyroidism patients,difference was statistically significant(OR =0.29,95%CI:0.34 ~0.25,P <0.001 );Euthyrox could significantly reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of hypothyroidism patients,it was statistically significant difference(OR=0.22,95%CI:0.30 ~0.14,P<0.001);euthyrox could obviously increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, it was statistically significant difference (OR =0.21, 95% CI:0.17 ~0.26, P <0.001 ). Conclusion Euthyrox could significantly reduce total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)of hypothyroidism patients,and promote the synthesis of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),could effectively promote the lipid metabolism,reduce blood fat level,prevent the happening of the disease of heart head blood-vessel hypothyroidism patients,have the guide meaning to clinical treatment.

Objective:To observe the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture on neurological function and limb motor function in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:A total of 106 eligible subjects were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation.The treatment group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture and electroacupuncture in addition to the treatment used in the control group.The National Institute of Heath stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-Meyer assessment scale score,Berg balance scale score,lower limb main nerve conduction velocity,and total response rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The total response rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score,Fugl-Meyer assessment scale score,and Berg balance scale score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,only the conduction velocity of femoral nerve in the control group was better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the conduction velocity of femoral nerve,tibial nerve,sural nerve,and common peroneal nerve in the treatment group was better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture and electroacupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve nerve and muscle function and the motor and living ability of patients with ischemic stroke,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of conventional rehabilitation therapy alone.

OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of PD4, CD44 and PCNA proteins in laryngeal carcinoma and their relationships with the pathogenesis, development and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma. METHOD: Immunohistochemistry was used to study 140 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues, 25 cases of precarcinoma tissues, 36 cases of vocal cord polyps and 13 cases of normal tissues adjacent to laryngeal carcinoma. RESULT: 1. The positive rates of PD4, CD44 and PCNA were 45.71% (64/140), 64.29% (90/140) and 77.86% (109/140) in laryngeal carcinoma, which were much higher than in non-carcinoma tissues (P < 0.01). 2. The third and fourth stages laryngeal carcinoma express stronger PD4 and CD44 than those of the first and second stages. Laryngeal carcinoma with cervical metastasis had higher expression than those without cervical metastasis. To 3 and 5 years' survival, PD4, CD44 and PCNA positive cases had lower chance than those negative cases(P < 0.01 or 0.05). 3. The over all positive rate of PD4, CD44 and PCNA was 27.86% (39/140) in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 5.41% (4/74) in non-carcinoma tissues. CONCLUSION The high expression of PD4, CD44 and PCNA proteins maybe closely related to the pathogenesis, development and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE: Study on the role of mycoplasma infection and expression of CD44v6, CD44v9 protein in the pathogenesis, development and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma (LC). METHOD: Immunohistochemistry was used to study 137 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues, 26 cases of precarcinoma tissues, 34 cases of vocal cord polypus and 15 cases of normal tissues adjacent to laryngeal carcinoma. RESULT: The positive rate of PD4 and CD44v6, CD44v9 was 45.3% (62/137), 72.3% (99/137) and 56.2% (77/137) in laryngeal carcinoma, which are much higher than those in non-carcinoma tissues. (2) The positive rate of PD4 and CD44v6. CD44v9 in the third and fourth stages of LC were higher than those in the first and second stages of LC. Laryngeal carcinoma with cervical metastasis had higher expression than those without cervical metastasis (P < 0.01). To 3 and 5 years survival, PD4 and CD44v6, CD44v9 positive cases had lower chance than those negative cases (P < 0.01 [Chinese character: see text] 0.05). (3) The overall positive rate of PD4 and CD44v6, CD44v9 was 27.7% (38/137) in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 5.3% (4/75) in non-carcinoma tissues. CONCLUSION These results implicates that the pathogenesis, development and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma maybe closely related to the high expression of PD4 and CD44v6, CD44v9 protein.

Background: and Purpose Brainstem gliomas (BSGs) in adults are rare brain tumors with dismal outcomes. The aim of this study was to determine the clinical and genetic features in a series of BSGs and their association with the prognosis. Methods: Fifty patients who underwent a stereotactic biopsy between January 2016 and April 2018 at a single institution were collected. Data on clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed and factors associated with patient survival were identified using a Cox regression model. Results: The median age at diagnosis was 55.5 years, and 62% of the patients were male. Glioblastoma (44%) accounted for the largest proportion of BSGs, and oligodendroglioma (2 of 50) was rarely encountered. The IDH mutation (6 of 44) occurred infrequently in astrocytomas, and IDH-mutant tumors harbored both ATRX loss and MGMT promoter methylation at a relatively low level. Wild-type IDH astrocytomas were identified as having high rates of 1p/19q codeletion (5 of 38) and loss of heterozygosity 1p (8 of 38) or 19q (8 of 38) only. In diffuse midline glioma H3K27M mutant, MGMT promoter methylation occurred in three of four cases. Patients were offered radiotherapy and/or concurrent/adjuvant temozolomide chemotherapy, and their median survival time was 13 months. Multivariate analysis revealed that a low tumor grade, absence of tumor enhancement, duration of symptoms ≥3 months, Karnofsky performance status ≥70, and ATRX loss conferred a survival advantage. Conclusions Adult BSGs showed different molecular genetic characteristics, but also resembled supratentorial gliomas in their clinical features associated with oncological outcomes.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the expression of mycoplasma monoclonal antibody PD4 in different laryngeal carcinoma tissues and their clinical significance. METHOD: Using immunohistochemistry methods to detect 256 cases of laryngeal tissues, including 105 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues, 31 cases of neck metastasis lymph node tissues, 18 cases of precarcinoma tissues, 53 cases of vocal cord polyps, 20 cases of normal tissues adjacent to laryngeal carcinoma and 29 cases of normal tissues around laryngeal carcinoma. RESULT: (1) The positive rate of PD4 was 44.76% in laryngeal carcinoma, which was much higher than that in other laryngeal tissues (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). (2) The PD4 expression in laryngeal carcinoma was higher in the third and fourth stages than in the first and second stages, higher with cervical metastasis than those without cervical metastasis and higher in the third and second histological grade than in the first histological grade (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). (3) To 3 and 5 years survival, PD4 positive cases had lower chance than PD4 negative cases (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION These results implicate that the occurrence, development and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma may be closely related to mycoplasma infection.
