Studies were carried out on the incidence of SCE and chromosomal aberrations in primary cultured cells of mouse embryo exposed to ~(60)Co-? rays and/or treated with chemical carcinogen——benzopyrene.Result shows in the cultured cells exposed to ~(60)Co-? rays at 50 rads, as compared wtih controls there was no statistically significant change in the frequencies of the appearance of both SCE and chromosomal aberrations, In the cells, however, exposed at 300 rads, the frequencies of SCE and chromosomal aberrations were about 1.3 and 24 times higher than that in the unirradiated controls respectively. In the cultured cells treated with 0.05?g of benzopyrene per millilitre of culture medium, the frequency of SCE were increased by about 1.8 times of that of the control group, while the change of chromosomal aberrations had no statistical significance. From the above results, it was suggested that SCE was proved to be a sensitive indicator for evaluating the effects of chemical carcinogens. There is a remarkable difference existing between the frequencies of SCE and chromosomal aberrations induced by ionizing radiation and chemical carcinogens. The difference seems to have a certain relation to their differences in carcinogenic mechanism and effects on carcinogenesis. It was noted that there are some advantages to utilize primary cultured cells of mouse embryo as target cells.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the feasibility, indications, operating technique and the clinical value of laparoscopeic surgery for ectopic pregnancy with prior history of obstetric and gynecologic operations. Methods 82 ectopic pregnancy patients with prior history of the obstetric and gynecologic operation were subjected to laparoscopic surgery. Among them, 60 patients had undergone prior obstetric and gynecologic operation only once, 21 patients had undergone twice, and the remaining one had undergone obstetric and gynecologic operation three times. The laparoscopic operation was completed in different ways as follows: puncture and injection of drug under laparoscopy, salpingectomy, resection of pregnancy in oviduct, removal of embryo through incision of oviduct under laparoscope, suction removal of embryo from oviduct, and new technique for pregnant surgery at interstitial portion. Results Of these 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, 73 cases had adhesion in different degree, and the adhesion rate was 89.0% (73/82). In the 60 patients with history of one operation, pelvic peritoneal adhesion was found in 51 patients, the adhesion rate was 85.0%. All 22 patients with two prior operations had pelvic peritoneal adhesion, and the rate was 100.0%. The laparoscopic surgery was successful in 70 cases. The rate of success was 85.4%, while in 12 patients, the operation was changed into laparectomy due to dense adhesion, and the rate was 14.6%. Of these 12 patients, in 5 of them there was endometriosis, in 6 patients chronic pelvic inflammation was found, 9 patients had a surgical history for ectopic pregnancy, 2 patients with the history of caesarean section, and one patient had a history of complicated gynecologic operation. Complications included colonic injury in one patient with ectopic pregnancy, and the operation was changed to laparotomy. Injury to the ureter happened in one patient. The operation time for laparoscopic surgery was 30-180 min. Conclusions The laparoscopic operation is an effective procedure and it has become a routine procedure for ectopic pregnancy with prior history of obstetric and gynecologic operation. Because of chronic pelvic inflammation and endometriosis, it is difficult to perform laparoscopic surgery successfully, and laparotomy should be anticipated at all time.

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of chemotherapy on mitochondria ultrarnicrostructure and stereological characteristic of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma (MC) and serous cystadenocarcinoma (SC) and to investigate clinical significance and possible mechanism of chemotherapy on two cystadenocarcinoma.MethodsThe ultramicrostructure changes of mitochondrion were observed with electronic microscope and the stereological changes and its interrelation of volume density (Vv), surface density (Sv) and ratio of surface density(Rsv,μm-1)of mitochondria of the cells in ovarian carcinoma were studied and compared with the normal control. ResultsElectron microscope reveals that the mitochondria swelling and cristae disorganizing were seen in ovarian carcinoma. The Vv(0.072±0.059)and Sv(0.057±0.040)of MC mitochondria were decreased markedly(P =0.004 and P =0.029, respectively), while its Rsv (0.891 ±0.400) μm-1 increased obviously (P =0.015); but the Vv and Sv of mitochondria of the SC cells were increased markedly (0.267±0.12,P =0.001 and 0.122±0.057,P =0.003,respectively).After chemotherapy, cancer cells mitochondrion Sv elevated significantly (0.060±0.037, P = 0.053), showing a similar MC mitochondria of variability. Conclusion Therearedifferentcharacteristicsintheultramicrostructureandstereologicalcharacteristicinthe mitochondria of two types ovarian carcinoma. Effects of chemotherapy may be associated with the ameliorate of construction and function of ovary cells.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(5):456-458
Objectives To detect the clinical significance of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and immune function in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP). Methods 103 children with MPP, 47 cases of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS group), 56 cases of non-systemic inflammatory response syndrome (non-SIRS group) were recruited. 26 healthy children served as the control group. ELISA was used to detect the level of serum hs-CRP, immune in-dexes, IgG, IgA, and IgM, Cellular immune CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+. Results The level of serum hs-CRP、IgG、IgM and CD8+in control group were significantly lower than those in non-SIRS group and SIRS group (P<0.05). The level of IgA、CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+in control group were significantly higher than those in non-SIRS group and SIRS group (P<0.05). The level of serum hs-CRP、IgG in SIRS group were significantly higher than those in non-SIRS group (P<0.05). The level of IgA、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+in SIRS group were significantly lower than those in non-SIRS group. There was no significant difference in non-SIRS group and SIRS group of IgM and CD8+(P>0.05). The level change of serum hs-CRP were positively related with IgG (r=0.66,P=0.001) and were negatively related with IgA、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+(r=0.79, 0.67, 0.82, P all were<0.05) in chil-dren with MPP. Conclusion Children with MPP have Immunity function( including humoral immunity and cellular immunity) disorder which is related to the disease status. The level of hs-CRP could be an anpation index for the severity and immune func-tion of the children with MPP.
