1.Qualitative research on real experience of health management among soldiers in the troops after stationed in plateau

Objective To explore the real experience of the health management after troops stationed in the plateau. Methods This study used purposive sampling method, using qualitative phenomenological research method. We conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews of 12 soldiers. Interview datas were collected, analyzed, summarized and extracted by 7 steps analysis of Colaizzi. Results Real experience of health management among soldiers in the troops after stationed in plateau could be divided into the following three themes: the cognition of health management of officers and soldiers was incomplete, the attitude of health management was positive, and the behavior of health management needs to be improved. Conclusions It is necessary to carry out health management propaganda activities in the troops, improve the information support system, contact the army hospital to provide more practice, so as to enhance the application ability of health knowledge. It is necessary for officers and men to renew their personal ideas and pay attention to the accumulation of health knowledge so as to improve their management ability.
2.Application of emergency plan nursing management on rescuing batch wounded persons in sudden earthquake disasters

Objective To explore the application value of emergency plan nursing management on rescuing batch wounded persons in sudden earthquake disasters. Methods The our hospital emergency plan nursing management process on rescuing wounded persons in Yushu earthquake disaster was analyzed retrospectively. Results After quick pre-hospital care and effective hospital treatment, a total of 114 wounded persons had recovered and were discharged from hospital without died or invalidism. Conclusions For sudden earthquake caused batch wounded persons, it can enhance treatment success rate and minimize mortality by a effective emergency plan drawing up, utilizing a regulated nursing management process and carrying out specialized clinical nursing.
