Objective:To investigate the current situation of health emergency response literacy among emergency nurses, analyze the potential profile of emergency nurses′ health emergency response literacy and explore the influencing factors of different categories, so as to provide reference for formulating targeted and specific training intervention programs. Methods:From September to October 2022, 386 emergency nurses from 5 tertiary A-level hospitals in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method. A cross-sectional survey was conducted by using the general information questionnaire, the Literacy Self-assessment Scale of Public Health Emergency Response In Nurses, the Chinese version of Modified Self-leadership Questionnaire, and Nurse Perceived Professional Value Scale. The latent profile analysis was carried out with the results of 3 explicit indexes of the Literacy Self-assessment Scale of Public Health Emergency Response In Nurses. At the same time, the influencing factors of different latent profiles of health emergency literacy were explored by univariate analysis and ordered multi-classification Logistic regression. Results:The health emergency literacy of emergency department nurses was divided into three latent profiles: high health emergency literacy type accounting for 45.4% (175/386), medium health emergency literacy type accounting for 41.5% (160/386), and low health emergency literacy type accounting for 13.1% (51/386). Ordinal Logistic regression showed that the main emergency work post was pre hospital first aid, participated in public health emergency rescue operations, self leadership, and professional value were protective factors of health emergency literacy (all P<0.05). Age≤25 years old and junior college degree were risk factors of health emergency literacy (both P<0.05). Conclusions:Nursing managers can implement personalized training and intervention strategies according to different demographic characteristics of the health emergency literacy of emergency nurses, develop self leadership improvement plans from individual and organizational factors, and actively cultivate their sense of professional value, in order to comprehensively improve the health emergency literacy of emergency nurses.

Objective:To investigate the expression level of TRPM7 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent carcinoma tissues and to analyze its clinicalpathological characteristics. Methods:The expressions of TRPM7 in 87 breast cancer and 47 adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, and then the relationship between expression and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Results:The positive rate of TRPM7 in breast cancer tissues was 66.7%, significantly higher than that in para-cancer tissues (10.6%) ( P<0.001) . Meanwhile, TRPM7 expression was much higher in those with tumor diameter≥2 cm ( P=0.023) , TNM stage III ( P=0.001) and lymph node metastasis ( P=0.015) . The expression of TRPM7 has nothing to do with patients’ age ( P=0.455) or histological grade ( P=0.577) . Conclusions:High expression of TRPM7 is associated with the development of breast cancer. TRPM7 may become a potential biological indicator to monitor the prognosis of breast cancer in the future.

OBJECTIVETo sum up the follow-up outcomes of endoscopic modified Lothrop procedure (EMLP) and retrospectively analyze the indications, methods and prognostic factors of EMLP.
METHODSThe collected data of 73 cases who received EMLP with frontal sinus diseases were analyzed in this paper. The mean age was 45.6 (ranging from 14 to 72 years). There were 52 males and 21 females. Only patients with follow-up time greater or equal to 6 months were included. Paranasal sinus CT scan was adopted for all cases and MRI for tumor patients. All patients were followed under endoscope.
RESULTSThere were 21 inverted papilloma in the frontal sinus, 16 chronic sinusitis with asthma, 12 frontal sinusitis, 9 chronic sinusitis with or without polyps, 7 osteoma of the frontal sinus, 4 frontal mucocele, 3 allergic fungal sinusitis and 1 congenital encephalocele. Sixty-one cases had prior surgical history (1.8 times on the average). Their mean follow-up was 25.0 months, (ranging from 6 to 122 months). At the end of follow-up, 44 cases (60.3%) had well opened frontal drainage pathway. Twenty-five (34.2%) was re-stenosed and 4 (5.5%) closed. Seven cases (9.6%) underwent revision surgeries. There were no surgical complications.
CONCLUSIONSEMLP is an effective and salvage procedure in dealing with tumor of frontal sinus and recurrent frontal sinusitis. Combined with medical treatment, EMLP will have a better results for chronic sinusitis with or without polyps and asthma. The degree of diseases, mucosal loss, anatomic variability and prior surgeries are important prognostic factors.

OBJECTIVETo edit the spondee (disyllable) word lists as a part of mandarin speech test materials (MSTM). These will be basic speech materials for routine tests in clinics and laboratories.
METHODSTwo groups of professionals (audiologists, Chinese and Mandarin scientists, linguistician and statistician) were set up at first. The editing principles were established after 3 round table meetings. Ten spondee lists, each with 50 words, were edited and recorded into cassettes. All lists were phonemically balanced (3-dimensions: vowels, consonants and Chinese tones). Seventy-three normal hearing college students were tested. The speech was presented by earphone monaurally. Three statistic methods were used for equivalent analysis.
RESULTSRelated analysis showed that all lists were much related, except List 5. Cluster analysis showed that all ten lists could be classified as two groups. But Kappa test showed that the lists' homogeneity were not well.
CONCLUSIONSSpondee lists are one of the most routine speech test materials. Their editing, recording and equivalent evaluation are affected by many factors. This also needs multi-discipline cooperation. All lists edited in present study need future modification in recording and testing in order to be used clinically and in research. The phonemic balance should be kept.

OBJECTIVETo find a good speech material in audiology routine tests and cochlear implant evaluation, the monosyllable lists which were a part of mandarin speech test materials (MSTM) were edited and recorded. The equivalence test was done for all the lists.
METHODSThe professional group was set up at first, which composed of specialists of Chinese, mandarin teaching, linguistics and statistics. The principles of word selection were established according to the coherence with international speech test materials and mandarin. Ten Monosyllable lists, each of which has 50 mandarin words according to phonemic balance and criteria of speech audiometry, were edited. The balance was 3-dimension: vowels, consonants and four Chinese tones. One cassette was recorded by a male speaker (radiobroadcaster). The 72 normal hearing subjects were tested monaurally with ten monosyllable lists and the materials were presented by the earphone. The equivalence evaluation was done at the level of about 50% correct scores.
RESULTSStatistic analysis shows that 7 lists were equivalent in difficulty. They were ready for future research and clinical trial.
CONCLUSIONSThe mandarin monosyllable lists were edited in terms of international standard and Chinese 3-dimension phonemic balance. Seven of them met the demands for research and clinical application.
