Objective The relationship between XbaI polymorphism of ApoB gene and cerebral infarction(CI)among Chinese population was assessed by Meta-analysis.Methods All related case-control studies were collected from all publications, the relevant studies were identified after eliminating those poor-qualified studies.Meta-analysis was conducted for investigating heterogeneity among individual studies, and summarizing the effects across studies. Results The combined data statistics revealed the frequencies of the X-X+/X+X+ genotypes showed no statistically difference(Z=1.72,P=0.08).Through the subgroup analysis,it was obviously increase the risk of CI in Chinese northern population(OR=2.66,95%CI:1.67~4.24),but no statistically difference in Chinese southern population(OR=1.26,95%CI:0.90~1.77).Conclusions ApoB gene XbaI polymorphism may be significantly associated with susceptibility of CI in Chinese northern population, but not a definite risk for Chinese southern population.
4.Effects of intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant staphylokinase on platelet activation parameters in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(04):-
Objective To observe the effects of recombinant staphylokinase (r-SAK) on platelet activation parameters in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) by intravenous thrombolysis in order to investigate the clinical thrombolytic efficacy of r-SAK therapy in AMI comparing with recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator(rt-PA) therapy. Methods Thirty-three patients with AMI within 12 h after the onset were selected and divided randomly into the r-SAK therapy group(n=17) and rt-PA therapy group(n=16).Coronary artery angiography(CAG) was performed 90 min after thrombolytic therapy in patients.Thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT) and alpha granule membrane protein(GMP-140) were measured by similar commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In r-SAK group and rt-PA group, the plasma contents of GMP-140 2 h after thrombolytic therapy were significantly higher than before therapy(P0.05).In rt-PA group, the plasma content of TAT 2 h after thrombolytic therapy increased significantly(P0.05).) Conclusion r-SAK has similar effect with rt-PA and it will become available for highly fibrin-selective thrombolytic therapy of AMI.Thrombolytic treatment with r-SAK can improve the injury of myocardial microperfusion.

As a rising automatic identification technology, radio frequency identification (RFID) is receiving considerable attention and eliciting widespread interest in medical institutions in China. Some medical institutions have begun exploring and developing RFID systems for kinds of applications. A majority of medical institutions pay insufficient attention to the issue of RFID interference with medical devices. Specialized standards for the application of RFID in healthcare environments are desired. And there are misalignments between existing technology standards. Further researches should be developed to study the influence on safety and efficiency of medical devices induced by RFID system.
