The Journal of Practical Medicine 2018;34(12):2039-2041
Objective To explore the feasibility of removal of affected segments via laparoscopic surgery in patients with mild colorectal perforation. Methods The clinical data on sixty-one patients with colorectal perfo-ration who had been treated in our hospital between June 2006 and June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into an open surgery group(group OS,n=38)and a laparoscopic surgery group(group LS, n = 23). All the procedure-related data were collected and analyzed. P < 0.05 was considered statistically signifi-cant in this study. Results The volume of blood loss was smaller in group LS than in group OS[(100 ± 165)mL vs(200 ± 205)mL,P=0.032],hospital stay was shorter in group LS than in group OS[(7 ± 5.21)d vs.(10 ± 9.2)d ,P = 0.009],and rate of wound infection was lower in group LS than in group OS(4/23 vs. 13/38,P =0.039),while surgical duration was longer(213.7 ± 65.7 min vs. 173.5 ± 47.2 min,P = 0.047). There were no significant differences between the two groups in intraoperative blood transfusion[(0.8 ± 1.1)U vs.(0.4 ± 0.7)U , P=0.270],postoperative ICU stay[(2 ± 0.9)d vs.(2 ± 0.7)d,P=0.009],rate of postoperative complications 25/38 vs. 14/23),and hospitalization costs[(31 758 ± 29 283)yuan vs.(36 243 ± 27 584)yuan,P = 0.673]. Conclusions Laparoscopic colectomy is safe and feasible in the treatment of mild colorectal perforation.

Objective:To establish a quality evaluation method for the simultaneous determination of Calycosin-7-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside and Lobetyolin in Danqi Xinmaikang boiled powders and pieces. Methods:Quantitative analysis of multi-components was performed to determine contents of Calycosin-7-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside and Lobetyolin with Calycosin-7-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside as the reference substance by single-maker (QAMS). The chromatogram conditions were established, with C18 column as solid phase, acetonitrile-water as flowing phase, 268 nm as detecting wavelength, 1.0 ml/min as flowing rate, 30 ℃ as column temperature, and 10 μl as injection volume. Results:The relative correction factor between Calycosin-7-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside and Lobetyolin was 1.14. There was no significant difference of measured values between the external standard method and QAMS ( P>0.05). With Calycosin-7-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside retention time of 1.00, the relative retention time of Lobetyolin was 1.51 and RSD was less than 5%. Conclusion:It is feasible and accurate to evaluate the quality of Danqi Xinmaikang boiled powders and pieces by QAMS.

Mantle cell lymphoma is a B-cell malignancy with unique biological, pathological and clinical characteristics, accounting for about 5%-10% of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), and most patients are diagnosed at advanced stage. Mantle cell lymphoma has the aggressive characteristic of aggressive lymphoma and the refractory characteristic of indolent lymphoma, and the prognosis of patients is poor. In recent years, with the development of high-dose chemotherapy, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and new drug research, the survival time of patients has been significantly prolonged.

Objective:To construct a nomogram model to predict the tolerance of postoperative chemotherapy in endometrial cancer patients by analyzing nutrition-related indexes. Methods:Patients with endometrial cancer who underwent surgery and postoperative chemotherapy in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from July 2013 to July 2019 were included in this study. Some nutrition-related indexes were collected, including age, diabetes, body mass index(BMI), blood albumin, prealbumin, lymphocyte count, hemoglobin, blood platelets, C-reactive protein and blood cholesterol, aspertate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and chemotherapy tolerance. The model for prediction of postoperative chemotherapy tolerance of patients with endometrial cancer were constructed by analyzing these nutrition-related indexes. Results:A total of 83 patients were enrolled, aged from 32 to 81 years, with an average age of (55.15 ± 9.38) years, and BMI were 14.53 - 30.11 kg/m 2, with an average BMI of (22.03 ± 2.93) kg/m 2. All the 83 patients were confirmed as endometrial cancer by postoperative pathology, and received TP or TC chemotherapy after surgery. Before starting chemotherapy, 83 patients were scored on the NRS-2002 scale, 43 were considered to be at risk of malnutrition or nutrition. After receiving chemotherapy, 34 patients developed intolerance to chemotherapy, and the remaining 49 were tolerable. The results of univariate and multivariate regression analysis showed that the presence or absence of diabetes ( HR = 5.634, P = 0.038), lymphocyte count ( HR = 0.146, P = 0.004), and albumin ( HR = 0.857, P = 0.011) were independent influencing factors of chemotherapy tolerance. Conclusions:Diabetes mellitus, lymphocyte count and albumin level can be used to predict the tolerance of chemotherapy in patients with endometrial cancer. The nomogram model of these three nutrition-related indexeshad a good prediction ability to predict the tolerance of chemotherapy in patients with endometrial cancer.

Aplastic anemia(AA) is characterized by severe pancytopenia. The clinical features of bone marrow failure syndrome are closely related to viral infection, environment toxin, genetic and acquired gene mutation. Aplastic anemia is a historic disease that often occurred in young people, which was fatal to patients. However, here are many methods can treat and cure this fatal disease. Pathological and physiological studies have important guiding significance for the treatment of aplastic anemia. The diagnosis and treatment of current situation and prospect of aplastic anemia are reviewed in this article.
