To analyze the relevant documents of hospital infection administration of acupuncture manipulation with filiform needles and acupuncture aseptic technique with filiform needles. The current situation is that acupuncturists have understanding insufficiency in hospital infection management, lack the sterile concepts and consciousness of disinfection and isolation. Aseptic technic principles aren't strictly followed; disinfection and isolation systems are unsound; sanitary condition of hand of medical staff is unsatisfied; and there is shortness in traditional long filiform needle manipulation. In future, we should explore the new model of hospital infection administration of acupuncture manipulation with filiform needles from implementations of relevant rules of hospital infection administration, establishment and supervision of sound corresponding system, further research of manipulation of filiform needles and formulation of septic technic criterion of filiform needles.

This study aimed to assess the relationship of OAS2 rs739901 5'-flanking C/A polymorphisms with the susceptibility to Enterovirus-71 (EV71) infection. We investigated 294 hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) Chinese children with EV71 infection (165 mild cases and 129 encephalitis cases). The improved multiplex ligation detection reaction (iMLDR) technique was used to test the genotypes. In EV71-infected patients, the CA genotype distribution (P=0.007),A allele frequency (OR 1.32,95% CI 1.0-1.7,P=0.034)and CA+AA carriage frequency (P=0.003) of OAS2 rs739901 5'-flanking were obviously elevated as compared with controls, but there were no statistically significant differences between mild cases and encephalitis cases. In EV71-infected patients, the counts of white blood cells (P=0.034) and blood glucose concentrations (P=0.042) were raised in A carriers (CA+AA).Among different genotypes of encephalitis cases, the contents of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) showed no significant differences.IFN-γ levels in EV71-infected patients were higher than those in controls (mild group vs.control group,P<0.01;encephalitis group vs.control group,P<0.001).In encephalitis cases,IFN-γ levels were reduced (P<0.05) in A carriers compared to CC genotype, however, there were no significant differences between genotypes CA and AA (P=0.226).These findings suggest that OAS2 rs739901 5'-flanking C/A genetic polymorphisms involve the susceptibility to EV71 infection, and A allele might be a risk factor of the susceptibility to EV-71 infection.

Chinese Journal of Burns 2013;29(2):177-180
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effect of FLAMIGEL (hydrogel dressing) on the repair of residual burn wound.
METHODSSixty burn patients with residual wounds hospitalized in 6 burn units from November 2011 to May 2012 were enrolled in the multi-center, randomized, and self-control clinical trial. Two residual wounds of each patient were divided into groups T (treated with FLAMIGEL) and C (treated with iodophor gauze) according to the random number table. On post treatment day (PTD) 7 and 14, wound healing rate was calculated, with the number of completely healed wound counted. The degree of pain patient felt during dressing change was evaluated using the visual analogue scale (VAS). The mean numbers of wounds with score equal to zero, more than zero and less than or equal to 3, more than 3 and less than or equal to 6, more than 6 and less than or equal to 10 were recorded respectively. Wound secretion or exudate samples were collected for bacterial culture, and the side effect was observed. Data were processed with repeated measure analysis of variance, t test, chi-square test, and nonparametric rank sum test.
RESULTSWound healing rate of groups T, C on PTD 7 was respectively (67 ± 24)%, (45 ± 25)%, and it was respectively (92 ± 16)%, (72 ± 23)% on PTD 14. There was statistically significant difference in wound healing rate on PTD 7, 14 between group T and group C (F = 32.388, P < 0.01). Ten wounds in group T and four wounds in group C were healed completely on PTD 7, with no significant difference between them (χ(2) = 0, P > 0.05). Forty-two wounds in group T and seven wounds in group C healed completely on PTD 14, with statistically significant difference between them (χ(2) = 42.254, P < 0.01). Patients in group T felt mild pain during dressing change for 37 wounds, with VAS score higher than zero and lower than or equal to 3. Evident pain was observed in patients of group C during dressing change for 43 wounds, and it scored higher than 3 and less than or equal to 6 by VAS evaluation. There was statistically significant difference in mean number of wounds with different grade of VAS score between group T and group C (Z = -4.638, P < 0.01). Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, E. coli, Baumanii, and Staphylococcus epidermidis were all detected in both groups, but there was no statistical difference between group T and group C (χ(2) = 0.051, P > 0.05). No side effect was observed in either of the two groups during the whole trial.
CONCLUSIONSFLAMIGEL can accelerate the healing of residual burn wounds and obviously relieve painful sensation during dressing change.

Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2020;32(2):226-229
Objective:To explore the antagonistic effect of Fengzhecao extract against human red blood cell (RBC) hemolysis induced by wasp venom. Methods:Water extract method was used to extract dried Fengzhecao and vacuum-dried to obtain Fengzhecao extract. It was diluted into 1 g/L for next use. Wasp venom was collected from the wasp workers. A, B, O, AB type healthy blood donors' suspended RBC solution was obtain to make washed RBC solutions and adjust the RBCs count (4.0-80.0)×10 9/L (the number of RBC counted on the hemocytometer is 1-20 cells/small checker). According to treatment factors, they were divided into the normal saline controlled group (NS group; 200 μL RBC solution+20 μL normal saline), Fengzhecao extract group (FZC group; 200 μL RBC solution+10 μL Fengzhecao extract+10 μL normal saline), wasp venom group (FD group; 200 μL RBC solution+10 μL wasp venom+10 μL normal saline), and Fengzhecao extract+wasp venom group (FCD group; 200 μL RBC solution+10 μL Fengzhecao extract+10 μL wasp venom), with 10 blood samples per group of every blood type. The solutions were put into the glass test tube respectively, and then into 37 ℃ water bath thermostat. After 10 minutes, the blood cell counting plate was directly observed under the microscope and the RBCs was counted. Differences in RBC count was compared between the same treatment factors of different blood types and between different treatment factor groups of the same blood type. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in RBC count between blood types under the same treatment factors. The RBC count (×10 9/L) of the type A, B, O, AB in the NS group were 5.567±1.368, 5.146±1.690, 4.577±0.774, 5.197±1.587 ( F = 0.852, P = 0.475), the FZC group were 5.751±1.489, 5.268±1.418, 4.727±1.174, 5.298±1.229 ( F = 0.987, P = 0.410), the FD group were 0.546±0.450, 0.804±0.428, 0.679±0.283, 0.846±0.453 ( F = 1.089, P = 0.366), and the FCD group were 5.532±1.330, 5.051±1.596, 4.589±0.879, 5.140±1.492 ( F = 0.820, P = 0.492), respectively. Comparison of RBC count between groups with different treatment factors of the same blood type was done. There was no significant difference between the FZC group and the NS group, indicating that the extract of Fengzhecao extract had no effect on hemolysis of RBC; in the FD group, it was significantly lower than the NS group (all P < 0.05), indicating that wasp venom had a significant hemolytic effect on RBC; but there was no statistically significant difference in RBC count between the FCD group and the NS group, indicating that the Fengzhecao extract antagonizes the hemolytic effect of wasp venom without affecting the RBC count; however, the RBC count in the FCD group was significantly higher than that in the FD group (all P < 0.05), further indicating that the Fengzhecao extract antagonizes the hemolytic effect of wasp venom. Conclusion:Wasp venom has a significant hemolytic effect which can be effectively antagonized by Fengzhecao extract and has nothing to do with the human ABO blood type.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2018;53(2):304-312
The calcineurin B-like protein (CBL)-interacting protein kinase (CIPK) plays a vital role in the growth, development, and stresses adaptation in plants by interaction with the calcium signaling. In this study, four full length cDNAs of CIPKs genes, namely DoCIPK1, DoCIPK2, DoCIPK3 and DoCIPK4 (GenBank accession No. KT957557, KT957558, KT957559 and KT957560, respectively) were cloned from the rear and medicinal plant, Dendrobium officinale, by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) for the first time. The corresponding encoded proteins, consisting of 473, 449, 451 and 440 amino acids (aa), respectively, with a molecular weight of 53.50, 50.93, 51.50 and 50.16 kDa, and an isoelectric point (pI) of 7.99, 9.25, 8.81 and 9.11, respectively, shared 70%-90%, 69%-80%, 78%-93%, and 66%-82% identities CIPKs with various plants. Each deduced protein contained a conserved protein kinase domain (respectively at 21 -275, 14-268, 16-271 and 12-266 aa position), a CIPKs family characteristic NAF/FISL domain (respectively at 335-391, 313-370, 310-369 and 305-362 aa position) and some functional motifs. The four DoCIPK proteins, without signal peptide or transmembrane region, were located in the plasma membrane and endoplasmic reticulum at the subcellular level. The three dimensional structure of the proteins were similar to that of Arabidopsis AtCIPK24. DoCIPK1 and DoCIPK3 were respectively clustered in the group E and A of the Arabidopsis and rice CIPK evolutionary tree, while DoCIPK2 and DoCIPK4 belonged to group C. The relative expression of DoCIPK1 showed no significant difference in the leaves and stems, and its transcripts in the roots was 0.35 fold over that in the leaves. The abundance of DoCIPK3 transcripts in the stems and the roots were 3.36 fold and 3.47 fold higher, respectively, than those in the leaves. DoCIPK2 exhibited similar expression pattern to DoCIPK4. Their relative expression in the leaves and the stems had no apparent difference, and the transcript levels were higher in the roots than that in the leaves, with 2.08 fold and 7.86 fold, respectively. Cloning, bioinformatics analyses, and expression patterns of the four DoCIPK genes provide a basis for functional elucidation of these genes further during the physiological responses in D. officinale.

This study adopted the 4 pairs of simple sequence repeats(SSR) primers selected by National Resource Center for Chinese Meteria Medica (CACMS) to detect 29 populations of Dendrobium officinale samples from 9 main places of production; 5,7,4 and 3 polymorphism bands were amplified from these 4 pairs of SSR primers. The DNA identities of different populations were constructed by SSR. The 29 D. officinale populations could be divided into 4 classes. The clustering result was related to the places of production. Samples from Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan provinces were classified into one category, while samples from Anhui and Guangxi provinces were classified into another category. Samples from Guangdong Danxia,Zhejiang Yongkang,Zhejiang Leqing and Taining belonged to a category. PopGene (version 1.32) software was applied to calculate the genetic similarity of the 29 D. officinale populations. The similarities was between 0.403 4 and 1.0.Based on the genetic similarity, the genetic consistency included three classes,A,B and C. Samples with a similar geographical location and landform environment have higher genetic similarities, which indicate the same genetic background. This paper provides reference information to study the identification, selection and breeding of good varieties.
