Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle training on the rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscle after delivery by vaginal delivery.Methods From January 2014 to June 2015,90 cases who received pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment after vaginal delivery in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to whether the patients received pelvic floor rehabilitation training,they were divided into the treatment group and control group,90 cases in each group.The treatment group received biofeedback electrical stimulation,pelvic floor muscle training methods of rehabilitation at 6 weeks postpartum.The control group did not take any measures of rehabilitation.Results 4 months postpartum,the bladder neck mobility,urethral rotation angle of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t =6.052,4.400,all P ＜0.05).the vaginal muscles voltage measured values of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t =9.524,P ＜ 0.05).4 months postpartum,in the treatment group,vaginal muscle Ⅰ grade in 24.44％,grade Ⅱ in 55.56％ and grade Ⅲ in 17.78％,grade ⅣV in 2.22％;in the control group,the vaginal muscle strength grade Ⅰ in 44.44％,grade Ⅱ in 55.56％;The vaginal muscle distribution in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (Z =-2.865,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion After vaginal delivery,maternal postpartum receiving biofeedback electrical stimulation,pelvic floor muscle exercise can significantly promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function.

OBJECTIVE: To identify peptaibol antibiotics from the fermentation broth of Trichoderma harzianum CGMCC No. 1780(China General Microbiological Culture Collection). METHODS: Peptaibol antibiotics were isolated using a bioassay-guided fractionation against Rhizoctonia solani. To purify the peptaibols, the fermentation broth was fractionated by polystyrene resin, sephadex and high performance thin-layer chromatography (HTLC). A specific chromogenic reaction with 4, 4'-methylenebis (N, N-dimethylani-line) was used for the preliminary identification of peptaibols. The sequences of the peptaibol antibiotics were determined by LC-MS/MS analysis. RESULTS: Twenty peptaibol antibiotics were identified from the fermentation broth of T. harzianum and five of the peptaibols were novel. CONCLUSION: The fermentation broth of T. harzianum is a rich source of peptaibol antibiotics warranting further study and the LC-MS/MS method is rapid and effective to analyze the peptaibols.

OBJECTIVETo study the clinical effect of combination of kurarinone (KR) and interferon a-lb (IFNalpha-1b) in treating chronic hepatitis B.

METHODSOne hundred and forty-six patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomized into four groups. Under the basic conventional treatment, additional KR combined IFNa-lb was given to Group A, IFNa-lb to Group B and KR to Group C while none was given to Group D. The therapeutic course for them was 6 months and succeeded with 6 months of follow-up. Changes in liver histology, expression of transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta) in liver tissue, and serum levels of TGF-beta, hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), collagen type IV (IVC), precollagen III (PCIII), as well as the negative conversion rate of HBeAg and HBV DNA, and normalization rate of alanine transaminase (ALT) before and after treatment were observed by immuno chemical method, RIA and ELISA.

RESULTSAfter treatment, in Group A, the scores of liver fibrosis and all the above-mentioned indexes significantly lowered, as compared with those in Group B and C, the difference was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The negative conversion rate of TGF-beta in liver tissue was in accordance with the dynamic change of liver fibrosis. Comparison between Group B and C in those aspects showed insignificant difference (P >0.05).

CONCLUSIONKR combined with IFNalpha-1b shows better effect in treating chronic hepatitis B than that of using either of the two alone.

OBJECTIVETo observe the protection effect of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride (LH) on coagulation reaction and inflammation reaction in single valve replacement patients with rheumatic heart disease undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).

METHODSTotally 40 patients undergoing single valve replacement were recruited in the study and randomly assigned to the two groups, the treatment group and the control group, 20 in each group. In treatment group LH (3 mg/kg) was intravenously infused from the jugular vein. LH (3 mg/kg) was also added in the CPB priming. In the control group LH was replaced by equal amount of normal saline. Endothelial micro-particles (EMP) count was detected before CPB, 30 min after CPB, 1 h and 24 h after CPB finished. The coagulation reaction time (R), coagulation time (K), clotting formation velocity (alpha angle), maximum amplitude (MA), coagulation index (CI), platelet (PLT), hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), IL-6, and IL-10 were detected before CPB, 1 h and 24 h after CPB finished.

RESULTSThere was no statistical difference in aorta arresting time, period of CPB, post-operative drainage volume, plasma transfusion volume, post-operative respirator assistant time, and hospitalization time between the two groups (P >0.05). Compared with pre-CPB in the same group, the count of EMP was much higher at 30 min after CPB and 1 h after CPB finished (P < 0.01). R and K, hs-CRP, IL-6, and IL-10 increased at 1 h and 24 h after CPB finished (P <0.01,P < 0.05). The alpha angle,.MA, CI, and PLT decreased 1 h after CPB finished (P <0.01). The a angle increased, while CI and PLT decreased 24 h after CPB finished (P <0.05). Compared with the control group in the same period, the count of EMP was lower in the treatment group 30 min after CPB and 1 h after CPB finished (P <0. 05, P <0. 01). R and K values obviously decreased in treatment group 1 hour after CPB finished (P <0. 05), while a angle, MA, CI, and PLT increased (P <0. 05, P <0. 01). hs-CRP and IL-6 decreased in the treatment group 1 h and 24 h after CPB finished (P <0.05), while IL-10 increased (P <0.05). The count of PLT increased 24 h after CPB finished in the treatment group (P <0. 05).

CONCLUSIONLH had certain protection effect on the vascular endothelium undergoing CPB, and lower excessive activation of coagulation reaction and inflammation reaction in patients undergoing CPB.

Objective To study the characteristics of the transcranial electric stimulation(TES)-elicited motor evoked potentials(MEP)recorded from different points of the diaphragm,and to determine the optimal record- ing site in the diaphragm.Methods One EEG electrode was placed subcutaneously in the midline of the skull as stimulation electrode and another EEG electrode was inserted into hard palate submucously as cathode in 30 male rats.And single square wave electrical pulse was used for stimulation.The stimulation intensity was 15 mA,the du- ration of the pulse was 0.2 ms,and the stimulating interval was 200 ms.The concentric needle electrode were insert- ed into the following eight sites:the medial,intermediate,lateral crura of the diaphragm,the junction of the posterior axilla line and the inferior border of the eleventh rib,the junction of the anterior axilla line and the inferior border of the ninth rib,the junction of the intermediate line of the clavicle and the inferior border of the eighth rib,the junction of the para-sternal line and the inferior border of the seventh rib,the pars sternalis.The MEP was recorded from each point,respectively.The optimal sites of the diaphragm MEP were found and recorded.Results The MEPs were re- corded from each of the 8 sites of the diaphragm in all the rats after TES.There was no statistically significant differ- ence among the latencies of every site.But the amplitude varied from 6.08?0.46 mV in maximum along the inferior border of the ninth rib at the anterior line of the axilla to the minimum of O.91?0.03 mV at the pars sternalis. Conclusion It is safer to insert the needle along the inferior border of the ninth rib at the anterior line of the axilla, because there was certain distant from the folding part of the pleura and the amplitude of the recorded wave at this point is maximal.

Lycii Cortex, a popular herb medicine in traditional Chinese medicine, is used to treat different inflammation-related diseases. The aim of our work is to find the key constituents inhibiting NF-kappaB, a key regulator of inflammation. In the investigations of cell-based in vitro assays of extracts, we found that both ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract of Lycii Cortex inhibited the TNF-alpha-induced activation of NF-kappaB. Through bioassay-guided fractionation, we identified 4 phenolic amides including trans-N-(p-coumaroyl) tyramine (1), trans-N-feruloyltyramine (2), trans-N-caffeoyltyramine (3), and dihydro-N-caffeoyltyramine (4). Four phenolic amides showed differently inhibitory activities on TNF-alpha-induced NF-kappaB activation. Trans-N-caffeoyltyramine (3) was identified as the key component with an IC50 of 18.41 micromol x L(-1). It was suggested that the hydroxyl group at C-3 in trans-N-caffeoyltyramine might be a key binding site and its C-7,8-double bond might play an important role on NF-kappaB inhibitory activities as the link of the conjugation of pi electrons leading to a partial planar conformation. It might be inferred that the biological activity of compound 3 is attributed to the structure of Michael reaction acceptor containing alpha, beta-unsaturated ketones and benzene along with hydroxyl group in o-diphenol.

The aim of this study is to develop the Tripterygium glycosides nanoemulsion gels and investigate its pharmacodynamics. Oleic acid was used as oil phase, polyoxyethylene castor oil as surfaetant, and 1,2-propanediol as cosurfactant to screen the formula of Tripterygium glycoside nanoemulsion using the pseudo-temary phase diagrams. Then the nanoemulsion gels was prepared. The ICR mouse ears were sensitazated by 7% DNCB, and then were excited by 0.3% DNCB to stimulate the model of mouse chronic dermatitis and eczema. The concentrations of IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-8 in mouse blood were determined by ELISA. The results showed that Tripterygium glycosides nanoemulsion gels could significantly inhibit the swelling of mouse ears(P < 0.01) and ameliorate the edama and erythema of model mouse ears skin. Also it could significantly decrease the expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 in model mouse blood. Tripterygium glycosides nanoemulsion gels had a good therapeutic effect on mouse model of dermatitis and eczema. It was expected to provide a new and long-acting exterernal preparation for the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.
