Purpose:To investigate whether NSAIDs can induce apoptosis of gastric cancer cell lines,to observe the effect of different p53 genotype on NSAIDs induced apoptosis,to elucidate the regulation of NSAIDs on expression of apoptosis related genes. Methods:The anti-proliferative effect of NSAIDs was measured by MTT assay.Apoptosis was determined by acridine orange(AO) staining,Annexin-V/PI double staining, laser scanning cytometry(LSC) and flow cytometry (FCM).Alteration of bcl-2 and bax genes was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Protein expression was determined by Western-blotting.Results: Indomethacin (Indo) and Aspirin (Asp) inhibited both AGS(wild-type p53)and MKN28(mutant p53) gastric cancer cell lines growth in a time/dose dependent manner.AGS cell line was more sensitive to NSAIDs,which apoptosis percentage was significantly higher than MKN28 under the same condition. The percentages of apoptosis of MKN28 were somewhat higher among NSAIDs treated groups compared with the normal control group, but these slight differences were not statistically significant. The bax mRNA kept increasing since NSAIDs treatment accompanied by a decrease of bcl-2 gene. The Bax protein increased after treatment while the Bcl-2 protein was undetectable, which tendency was more obvious during 6-24hs.Conclusion: Both Indo and Asp could induce apoptosis in gastric cancer cell lines, which adds further theoretical foundation to the anti-cancer use of NSAIDs.NSAIDs could not induce notable apoptosis of MKN28,which indicated the mutant p53 gene perhaps blocked NSAIDs induced apoptosis. One of the major pathways that mediated the anti-tumour response of NSAIDs in gastric cancer cells was through up-regulation of bax and down-regulation of bcl-2 genes and/or proteins.[

The design of a conventional radiotherapy plan is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process, and relevant parameters need to be continuously adjusted in the plan optimization to identify the optimal plan. In addition, experience differences between planners, time invested in plan design, and institutional standards all affect the quality of the plan, which in turn influences clinical outcomes and patient prognosis. In recent years, automatic planning has developed rapidly, which can improve the efficiency of planning design while ensuring the quality of the plan. At present, there are several methods dedicated to the automation of radiotherapy planning design, such as the Rapid Plan and Auto-Planning functions in Eclipse and Pinnacle commercial treatment planning systems, and there are also studies applying artificial intelligence technology in dose prediction to achieve automatic planning. In this article, the research progress on automatic radiotherapy planning was reviewed, and the realization principles, clinical efficacy and existing problems of various automatic planning methods were illustrated.

OBJECTIVETo explore the auricular point specificity of the electric determination in stroke so as to provide the evidence for the objective study on the auricular point diagnosis in stroke.
METHODSThirty patients of stroke were selected in an observation group; 30 patients of non-stroke internal medicine disorder were in a control group A; 30 persons of healthy examination were in a control group B. In the observation group.and the control group A, beside the conventional treatment, acupuncture was applied to all the cases. In the observation group, Jianyu (LI 15), Quchi (LI 11), Shousanili (LI 10), Hegu (LI 4), Waiguan (TE 5), Liangqiu (ST 34), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Taichong (LR 3) were selected on the affected side. In the control group A, Yin-tang (GV 29), Baihui (GV 20), Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Fengfu (GV 16), Dazhui (GV 14), Fengchi (GB 20), Tianzhu (BL 10), Jiaji (EX-B 2) C4-C7 were selected. Acupuncture was given once a day in the two groups. The; treatment of one week made one session, and continuously 2 sessions were required. In the control group B, the convention physical examination was provided without any medication and acupuncture involved. The CLRH-A auricular point detector was used to detect the entire auricular point area in the subjects and the positive reaction sites of auricular points in the subjects of each group before and after treatment separately. The auricular point positive detecting score and positive point frequency were observed in the subjects.
RESULTSBefore treatment, the auricular points detecting score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group A and control group B (both P<0. 05). The difference in the score between the control groups was not significant in' comparison (P>0. 05). In two weeks of treatment, the auricular points detecting score in the observation group was reduced apparently (P<0. 05). The difference was not significant before and after treatment in either the control grolip A or the control group B (both P>0.05). In the observation group, the first 15 points with high frequencies of positive reaction were naogan (AT3,4i), pizhixia (AT4), e (AT1), xin (CO15), gan (CO12), nie (AT2), zhen (AT3), shen (CO10), jiaogan (AH6a), pi (CO13) shenmen (TF4), wei (CO4), neifenmi (CO18), shenshangxian (TG2p) and erjian (HX6,7i). The differences were significant in the frequencies of positive reaction at 9 auricular points as compared with the control group A and the control group B respectively, named naogan (AT3,4i), pizhixia (AT4), e (AT1), xin (CO15), gan (CO12), nie (AT2), zhen (AT3), shen (CO10) and jiaogan (AH6a) (all P <0. 05).
CONCLUSIONThe pathological degree of positive reaction about auricular points in stroke patients is higher than those in the patients of non-stroke internal medicine disease and the healthy people. It is verified that the auricular diagnostic method is specific in stroke. naogan (AT3,4i), pizhixia (AT4), e (AT1), xin (C15), gan (GO12), nie (AT2), zhen (AT3), shen (CO10) and jiaogan (AH6a) are correlative with stroke.

The blood vessels, nerves and the size of the gracilis muscle were studied in 50 adult Chinese cadavers (43 males and 7 females). In average, the length of the gracilis muscles is 325 mm the breadth is 26.18mm the thickness is 6.56mm. The length of its tendon is 112.78 mm.The nutrient arteries of the gracilis muscle may arise from the profund femoral artery, medial circumflex femoral artery, the first perforating artery, femoral artery, popliteal artery, supreme genicular artery or obturator artery. Among them, the profund femoral artery and femoral artery give off constant branches to the gracilis muscle. The dominant nutrient artery of the gracilis muscle arises from the profund femoral artery in 94 cases (94%), from the medial circumflex femoral artery in 5 cases (5%). There is only one case (1%) arising from the first perforating artery. The average length of the dominant nutrient artery is 83.6mm. Its diameter in the origin is 2.24mm. and outside the hilum, 1.44mm. The distance from the vascular hilum to the pubic tubercle is 142.48mm. The surface respresentation of the dominant neuro-vascular hilum is situated at the junction point of the upper and middle thirds of the line joining the pubic tubercle to the adductor tubercle. There are 72.5% of the dominant nutrient arteries of the gracilis muscle accompanying with two veins and 27.5%, with only one vein. The gracilis muscle is innervated by the anterior branch of the obturator nerve which accompanies the dominant nutrient artery entering the muscle. Its average diameter is 1.78mm.
