1.Study on relationship between lower extremity venous thrombotic disease and seasons

Objective To investigate the relationship between the onset of lower extremity venous thrombotic disease and seasons.Methods A retrospective study was conducted, 300 patients with lower extremity venous thrombotic disease admitted to HandanCity Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from August 2012 to February 2014 were enrolled, the incidences and TCM syndromes of patients with lower extremity venous thrombotic disease in different seasons were observed, and the pathogenesis and relationships between the types of TCM syndrome and seasons were analyzed.Results There were 142 patients with lower extremity superficial thrombophlebitis, and 158 cases with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombotic disease in spring was significantly higher than that in summer and autumn [32.8% (86/262) vs. 21.3% (54/254), 18.4% (50/272), bothP < 0.01], but lower than that in winter [32.8% (86/262) vs. 37.2% (110/296)], the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.01); while the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombotic disease in winter was significant higher than those in summer and autumn (allP < 0.01). The incidences of damp and heat downward flow type in autumn and summer were increased compared with those in winter and spring [55.6% (30/54), 60.0% (30/50) vs. 20.0% (22/110), 23.3% (20/86), allP < 0.01], while the incidences of lower extremity venous thrombotic disease with damp heat and stasis syndrome in winter and spring were increased compared with those in summer and autumn seasons [80.0% (88/110), 76.7% (66/86) vs. 44.4% (24/54), 40.0% (20/50)].Conclusions The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombotic disease is related to seasons, and the onset is high in winter and spring, damp heat and stasis syndrome being the main type; according to different seasons, clinical treatment can direct to different pathogenic factors to adopt different preventive measures interfering with the patient's constitution in order to eliminate or reduce the risk factors, achieving the effect of the disease prevention.
2.Clinical research on encircling constriction of superficial femoral vein with electrocoagulation in the varicose veins of lower extremity

Objective To observe the effect of the operation and application value of encircling constriction of superficial femoral vein with electrocoagulation in the varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods 271 cases were divided into the research group(n=166)with encircling constriction of superficial femoral vein with electro-coagulation and the control group(n=105)with traditional encircling constriction of superficial femoral vein with electrocoagulation.The degrees of the venous reflux,velocities of blood flow,CEAP classification and clinical scoring of the two groups were compared.Results The research group was better than the control group on decrease in de- grees of the venous reflux.increase in velocities of blood flow and decrease in clinical scores(P<0.01).Conclu- sions The encircling constriction of superficial femoral vein with electrocoagulation is the desirable method in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremity.
3.Effects of thinned cap uncovering technique on treatment for thoracic ossification of ligamentum flavum

Objective To summarize the outcome of treatment for thoracic vertebra ossification of ligamentum flavum (OLF)with en-bloc removal of the spinal canal’s posterior wall termed as the “thinned cap uncovering”technique.Methods From 2003 to 2013,56 patients with OLF were treated with thinned cap uncovering technique.In this group,there were 40 male patients and 1 6 female ones,with the average age of 45 years (range of 30-65 years)and the average history of 3 years.The 56 patients were followed up for an average duration of 2 years and 7 months (1-5 years).Results According to WANG’s evaluation,45 cases (about 80%) had excellent results,9 cases (about 1 6%)had good results,and 3 cases had improved symptoms,the excellence to good rates being 96%.Conclusion Removal of the posterior wall of the spinal canal via “thinned cap uncovering”technique is a reliable and effective treatment for thoracic OLF.The strategy for successful operation is to use high speed drill to cut bone accurately,which allows discectomy for thoracic vertebra and to diminish faults and complications during the surgical procedure.
4.Effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS) in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods Forty-two patients with adenomyosis diagnosed by clinical symptoms, MRI, laparoscopy and/or chromatic colour type-B ultrasound were treated with LNG-IUS, and the menstrual blood volume, severity of dysmenorrhea and uterine volume were observed three months later. Results After 3 month treatment of LNG-IUS, the menstrual blood volume reduced significantly to (27?11)% of that before treatment. 5.Clinical Research of Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator

Objective To report the clinical oberservation of 50 patients with implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD).Methods Observe the patients with ICD from May,1998 to Nov.2005.Results There were more than a thousand episodes of ventricular tachycardia ventricular fibrillation(VT/VF) detected and terminated by ICD devices.Conclusions ICD with tiered therapy function has high efficacy on the termination of ventricular tachyarrhythmias.It is important to follow up the patients and dynamically optimize the system of ICD.
6.Clinical Application of the Implantable Biventricular Pacing Cardioverter Defibrillator in 5 Patients

Objective To analyze 5 patients suptered heart failure and ventricular tachycardia((VT).)Methods The Implantable Biventricular pacing cardioverter defibrillator was used to analyzed 5 patients(4 with primary dilated cardiomyopathy and 1 with coronary heart disease) suffered from heart failure and ventricular tachycardia(VT).Results 2 cases had history of syncope,4 patients were implanted INSYNC 7272 implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD) and 1 patient was implanted V-350 ICD.During the 1~14 month follow-up period,all the cardio functions were improved without VT or syncope.1 patient with VT and VF was detected and terminated by ICD.The patient was saved.Conclusions Implantable biventricular pacing cardioverter defibrillator is an effective approach to treat sudden cardiac death,mortal ventricular arrhythmia and heart failure.
7.Mycoplasma pneumoniae induces IL-1βproduction through activating NL-RP3 inflammasome by ROS in RAW264.7 cells

AIM:To investigate whether Mycoplasma pneumoniae ( Mp)-induced interleukin-1β( IL-1β) pro-duction in RAW264.7 cells is through the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome via reactive oxygen species (ROS).ME-THODS:RAW264.7 cells were randomly divided into 3 groups.In normal group , RAW264.7 cells were treated without Mp.In model group, RAW264.7 cells were treated with 1∶10 multiplicity of infection ( MOI) of Mp.In NAC group, RAW264.7 cells were pretreated with N-acetylcysteine ( NAC) at a concentration of 5 mmol/L for 30 min before infection with Mp.The RAW264.7cells were infected with Mp (1∶10 MOI) for 4, 8, 16 and 24 h in model group and NAC group , respectively.The intracellular ROS level was analyzed by flow cytometry .The mRNA expressions of NLRP3, ASC and caspase-1 were detected by real-time PCR.The protein levels of NLRP3, ASC and caspase-1 p20 were determined by Western blot.The levels of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1βin the supernatant were measured by ELISA .RESULTS:Compared with normal group , the production of ROS were significantly increased at 4, 8, 16 and 24 h after infection, the mRNA expression of NLRP3, ASC and caspase-1 were increased at 8, 16 and 24 h after infection, the protein levels of NL-RP3, ASC and caspase-1 p20 were increased at 16 and 24 h after infection, and the releases of IL-1βwere increased at 24 h after infection in model group (P<0.01).Compared with the model group, the level of ROS in NAC group decreased, so as the expression of NLRP3, ASC and caspase-1 at mRNA and protein levels and the releases of IL-1βin the superna-tant at the corresponding time points .CONCLUSION:Mp may stimulate the ROS production to activate NLRP 3 inflam-masome in RAW264.7 cells.
8.Diagnosis value of spiral CT in leiomyosarcoma of abdomen

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of spiral CT in leiomyosarcoma of abdomen.Methods Both plain and enhanced CT fingdings in 12 cases with pathologic-proved leiomyosarcoma of abdomen were respectively analyzed.Results In all of 12 cases,1 case occurred in colon,1 case in rectum,1 case in small intestine,5 cases in mesentery,4 cases in retroperitoneum,CT positioning accuracy rate was 91.7 % (11/12).The volume was comparatively large,the average diameter was 6 cm.The density were uneven,nodosity or lamellar necrosis were found.Delay enhacement were occurred in lower density part in most part of cases (9/12).Conclusion The localization of spiral CT is comparatively accurate to the leiomyosarcoma of abdomen,some characteristics are found in CT image,but the final diagnosis depends on immunohistochemistry.

On hundred cases of B—hepatitis were treated by self—formulatel B—hepatitis No.1 granules made of traditional drugs.A control group of100 cases were treat-ed with Jiaosanxian(scorched triple ingredients,con-sisiting of hawthorn,malt.and membrane of chickengizzard).Resultsshowed that,in the experimentedgroup,the lowering of transaminase,inhibition ofvirus duplieation and improvement of globulin ratioareall—superior to the control group.The resultswere also verified bylaborarory experiments.
10.Clinical care of patients with epilepsy surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing measures for patients with epilepsy surgery. Methods A total of 68 patients with epilepsy recieved psychological care, preoperative care, intraoperative care and postoperative care, the postoperative efficacy and quality of life in patients before and after treatment were compared. Results All 68 cases of patients with epilepsy took appropriate clinical care, surgical results were satisfactory in 41 cases, results were satisfac-tory in 13 cases, improved in 9 cases, invalidor disease progression in 5 cases, the total efficiency was 92.65%; the life satisfaction of patients after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Effective care can ensure clinical effect for patients with epilepsy surgery, and promote the rehabilitation plays an important role, but can improve the quality of life.
