Objective To observe and compare the blood lipid level in patients with colorectal polyps.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with colorectal polyps adminated in Shuangshan Hospital of Anshan from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected as observations and 120 healthy check-ups were selected as control group.The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) of two groups were detected.Based on the pathological type and position of colorectal polyps and patients' gender, the blood lipid levels of sub-groups were compared.Results For observation group,there were single polyps in 81 cases ,multiple polyps in 39 cases and total colorectal polyps in 7 cases.There were 53 cases (44.17％) of hyperlipidemia (HLP).The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C of observation group were (5.26±0.97) mmol/L, (1.55±0.59) mmol/L, (2.88±0.67) mmol/L, significantly higher than those of control group ((4.51±1.02) mmol/L, (1.05±0.57) mmol/L, (2.43±0.39) mmol/L;t =4.08,4.27, 3.87, P＜0.05).the incidence of HLP based on the different pathological types were not significantly changed (P ＞ 0.05).The blood lipid levels based on the different pathological types were not significantly changed(P＞0.05).According to analysis results of adenomatous polyp, the incidence of tubular and villous adenoma HLP was significantly higher than that of tubular and villous adenoma(x2 =4.51, P＜0.05), while there was no significant difference in term of the blood lipid levels between the two groups(P＞0.05).The specific blood lipid levels were different (95％ CI 1.695-5.276, 1.823-3.517, 1.634-4.186;P ＜0.05).Conclusion TC and TG increase in patients with colorectal polyps.The clinical diagnosis and treatment shall focus on the detection of blood lipid levels.

Dietary intake and biochemical parameters of zinc nutritional status in 270 pregnant women and 44 nonpregnant women have been studied and the results were as follows: 1.Dietary zinc intake was about 60% of RDA in both groups.2.The mean plasma Zn concentration declined progressively during gestation; the mean SOD activities and plasma Cu/Zn and alkaline phosphatase activities increased progressively.3.The zinc nutritional status of pregnant women in Beijing was poor. Using plasma Zn concentration less than 10.71 ?mol/l as a low limit, the incidence of zinc deficiency was 6.5%, 20.2% and 25.7% at each of three trimesters respectively.4.Plasma Zn concentration is more sensitive in evalution of nutritional status than hair Zn concentration. Plasma Cu/Zn could reflect zinc nutritional status. Objective To search for the CT and MRI morphological changes in the child patients with cerebral palsy. Method The CT scranning and MRI were carried out in 150 child patients with cerebral palsy, andthe results were analysed. Results In 150 cases, 97 cases (54.6 per cent) have abnormal findings of CT scranning. Diffuse ence-phalatrophy (42 cases), encephalomalacia focus (24 cases) porencephaly (9 cases), and localized ence-phalatrophy (7 cases) ect are the common CT morphological changes in the patients with cerebral palsy.In the 53 patients with normal findings of CT scranning, MRI was carried out for 30 cases and 25 cases(83.3 per cent) were abnormal. The delayed myelinogeny of white matter of brain is the main MRI mor-phalogical abnormality. Conclusion CT scranning and MRI have important value on the etiological diagnosis for child patientswith cerebral palsy. The combination of them can improve the diagnostic accordance rate.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of moist dressing combined with high energy narrow band phototherapy on chronic dermal ulcer.Methods Sixty cases with dermal chronic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups equally.The experimental group was treated by moist dressing combined with high energy narrow band phototherapy,while the control group was treated by moist dressing.The areas of wound surface were compared after treating for 14 and 21 days.Result Twenty-one days after treatment,the areas of wound surface were significantly reduced in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moist dressing combined with high energy narrow band phototherapy can eradicate necrotic tissue,adjust micro-environment,and promote granulation and healing in chronic dermal ulcer.

Objective This study was designed to investigate the relationship between programmed cell death 5 (PDCD5) and endometrial carcinoma .Methods 60 tissue samples of endometrial carcinomas ,40 normal proliferative endometrium tissues and 28 endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissues were obtained from patients who underwent operation.The expression of PDCD5 was detected by Real-time PCR and immunohistochemical analysis . Results In normal proliferative endometrium , atypical hyperplasia tissues and endometrial carcinoma , the PDCD5 mRNA was gradually decreased[(1.21 ±0.16),(0.83 ±0.07),(0.42 ±0.02),F=5.637,P<0.05];The posi-tive rate of protein was gradually decreased (82.5%,64.3%,45.0%,χ2 =27.663,P<0.05);The expression of PDCD5 was correlated with TNM stage , histological grade , depth of myometrial invasion and lymphatic metastasis (χ2 =20.875,11.915,9.409,11.148,all P<0.05),but was not correlated with ages (χ2 =0.287,P>0.05). Conclusion PDCD5 might become a potential molecular marker of early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma .

Objective:To analyze the impact of NBP on the expression of HSP 70 and TLR4 in the rat with ischemia-reperfusion.Methods:The 144 rats were divided into 3 groups,Sham group,IR group and NBP group.The 3 groups were divided into 4 groups again according to the time of reperfusion (6h,12h,24h and 48h).The intraluminal ischemia-reperfusion model was made by improved Longa.When the model was made successfully ,the rat in NBP group was gave oral NBP immediately while the IR and Sham group was gave oral NS.The neurological deficit scores , number of apoptotic cells , expression of HSP70 and TLR4 were compared during the 3 groups.Results:The neurological function ,apoptosis,the expression of HSP70 and TLR4 in NBP group at any reperfusion time were statistical lower than in IR group.In all the infusion periods,apoptotic cells in IR and NBP group were significantly higher than that in the Sham group.In all the infusion periods ,the positive cells in IR and NBP group were significantly lower than that in the Sham group.Conclusion:NBP can protect the function of neuron by improving the inhibition of HSP 70 and TLR4.

Objective To study expression of extracellular signal-regualated kinase in intraepithelial neoplasia,prostatic cancer and BPH tissue. Methods Expression of extracellular signal-regualated kinase (ERK) was determined in 12 prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN),11 prostate cancer and 16 benign prostatic hyperplasia specimens.ERK expression was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results ERK expression was positive in all the 12 PIN specimens,6 of which being overexpressed.In the 11 prostate cancer specimens,overexpression was observed in only one while the other 10 under expressed.Overexpreassion was not observed in all the BPH specimens whereas 12 of the 16 showed underexpression. Objective To evaluate the relationship between the CT features and pathology of peripheral adenocarcinoma.Methods Eighty patients with peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma (including 44 well-differentiated,23 moderate and 13 poorly one)confirmed by pathology were collected in this series.The comparative study on CT finding and pathologic data was done.Results Air bronchograms were seen in 35 cases (79.6%)in high differential adenocarcinoma and were seen in 7 cases(30.4%) in moderate differential adenocinoma but not seen in low differential ones.The emergeua rate of lobular sign,burr sign,sign of hollowed and sign of blood vessel bundle was high in low differentiated adenocarcinoma.Lymphnode metastases and distant matestasis in moderate-low differentiated adenocarcinoma were much more than that of high differentiated ones. Conclusion The air bronchogram in nodule on CT image is important in evaluating diagnosis and progrosis of peripheral adenocarcinoma.

Objective:To obtain monoclonal antibodies(McAb) against Staphylococcal enterotoxin C2(SEC2) and establish method for detecting SEC2.Methods:The secreted SEC2 from staphylococcus aureus was used as antigen to immune BALB/c mice. Monoclonal antibodies against SEC2 were prepared by normal hybridoma technique. By identifying the characters of McAbs, the quantitative detection ELISA test method were established and were preliminarily applied.Results:Four hybridmas producing antibodies against SEC2 were obtained. IgG isotypes of four McAbs were IgG1. Their binding site was different except two McAbs that shared the same binding site.The McAbs were proved to be specific for SEC2.The sandwich ELISA method had good specificity, sensitivity and reproducibility, and it was founded to be able to detect SEC2 at concentration from 0.5 to 20 ng/ml. Its recovery ranged between 97.8% and 101%,and CV value ranged between 2% and 5%.Conclusion:The prepared McAb against SEC2 can be used for SEC2 immunoassay. This work provides a basis for controlling the quality of JINPUSU and researching staphylococcal enterotoxin.
