Objective To analyze and compare the short-term efficacy and daverse reaction of postoperative adjuvant radio -chemotherapy versus simple chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer .Methods A total of 64 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer were randomly but equally divided into 2 groups ,experimental group and control group .The experimental group patients ini-tially receive 4-cycles chemotherapy with Capecitabine Tablets 1 000 mg /m2 ,bid ,d1 - 14 plus Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 ,d1 ,and then receive Capecitabine Tablets 825 mg /m2 ,bid ,d1 - 35 plus 3DCRT 45 Gy/25 Fx /5 w concurrent radio-chemotherapy .Control group patients receive 6-cycles Capecitabine plus oxaliplatin combined chemotherapy .Then we observed the disease progression time ,toxic reaction ,1 year survival rate and 2 year survival rate simultaneously in two groups .Results The follow-up rate were 100% .The comparative results are listed as follows (experimental group and control group) :the rates of Ⅰ /Ⅱ grades of nausea and vomiting were 87 .50% and 62 .50% respectively (P< 0 .05) ,other adverse reactions were not statistically significant ;1-year overall survival rate and recurrence-free survival rate were 90 .63% ,87 .50% respectively (P > 0 .05) and 84 .38% ,62 .50% respectively (P <0 .05) ;2-year overall survival rate and recurrence-free survival rate were respectively 84 .38% ,59 .38% (P< 0 .05) and 75 .00% , 50 .00% respectively (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The advantages of 3DCRT combined with Capecitabine Tablets chemoradiotherapy can raise the successful rate of local control in patients with advanced gastric cancer after operation and 4 cycles chemotherapy .The toxic reactions are tolerable for patients .

Objectlve To detect the expression of CXCR3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) ,and explore its relationship with activity of PBC.Methods Reverse transcription-real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-RT-PCR) was used to examine CXCR3 mRNA expression in peripheral blood monocytes of 29 cases of PBC in active stage. 30 cases in stable stage,20 cases in CTD,and 30 healthy controls. Results The mean level of CXCR3 mRNA expression of PBc inactive stage (△Ct=5.41±2.69) Was higher than that of stable stage (△Ct=7.77±2.74,t=3.39,P<0.01),CTD(△Ct=7.24±2.75,t=2.53,P<0.01),and healthy controls (△Ct =7.16±2.76,t=2.45,P<0.01).There was no significant difference of expression levels of CXCR3 mRNA among stable stage PBC patients,CTD diseases patients and healthy controls (P>0.05).Conclusion This study indicated that the CXCR3 mRNA expression levels of PBMC is significantly elevated in patients with active PBC.and it could be implicated in pathogenesis and activity of disease.

Objective To detect the expression of GITR mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) and its relationship with the disease activity of PBC.Methods Real time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (FQ-RT-PCR) was used to examine GITR mRNA expression on peripheral blood monocytes of 44 active PBC, 34 stable PBC, 30.hepa-toma cases and 30 healthy controls. Results The mean GITR mRNA expression of active PBC (△Ct=10.5±

Objective To explore the relationship of Toll-like receptors (TLR)-3 Mrna expression level on peripheral blood monocytes (PBMCs) with disease activity of PBC in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC). Methods The expression level of TLR-3 Mrna on peripheral blood monocytes was tested in 55 PBC cases (33 cases in active phase, 22 cases in stable stage), 20 cases with hepatoma (as disease controls) and 24 healthy controls. By real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (FQ-RT-PCR) methods. Β-actin was selected as the internal control. △Ct=Ct (target gene)-Ct(internal reference gene) were used to measure the gene expression level. Results The mean TLR-3 Mrna expression of PBC in active stage was higher than that of stable stage, hepatoma (P<0.001) as well as normals. The difference was significant (P=0.011<0.05). The mean TLR-3 Mrna was not different than that of the stable stage (P=0.221>0.05) and normal controls (P=0.347>0.05). There was no difference between patients with stable PBC and normal controls (P=0.590>0.05). Conclusion The TLR-3 Mrna expression level of PBMCs is elevated in active PBC patients. It may correlate with the pathogenesis and disease activity of PBC.

Objective To analyze the acupoint compatibility law and the application characteristics of acupuncture moxibustion treatment for depression based on complex network technology; To provide a basis and ideas for formulating prescriptions of acupuncture antidepressant therapy. Methods Related clinical literature about acupuncture for the treatment of depression was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library, and Web of Science from the establishment of the databases to 21st,Sep.2022.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the literature was screened, and the clinical literature database of acupuncture in anti-depression was established.Excel 2010 was used for frequency analysis of acupoints.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for association rule analysis, and Gephi 0.9.5 was used for complex network analysis. Results Totally 579 articles were included, involving 172 acupoints, with a total frequency of 3 222.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the main meridians of acupoints were Governor Vessel, bladder meridian and liver meridian, and the specific acupoints such as Yuan-primary point,Shu-stream point,Back-shu point,Luo-connecting point,Eight confluence points,Front-mu point,He-sea point were frequently used.Association rules analysis showed that the combination of the highest correlation acupoints were"Yintang(GV29)-Baihui(GV20)".Through the complex network k-core analytic hierarchy process and community analysis, two core acupoint groups were finally obtained. The acupuncture angle, depth and direction were based on safety and meridian circulation direction, the tonifying and reducing method was based on syndrome differentiation, and the prescription was based on syndrome differentiation and symptomatic selection. Conclusion Acupuncture for depression has the following characteristics:the principle of acupoint selection is based on meridian selection and specific acupoints, the selection of core acupoints focuses on the treatment of spirit and the regulation of viscera, channels and functions, and the emphasis on syndrome differentiation and symptomatic acupoint selection in clinical treatment. While,it was important to pay more attention to the specificity of acupuncture and moxibustion.
