1.Nursing care of patients with deep vein thrombus of lower limb treated with inferior vena cava filter implantation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the nursing for patients with deep venous thrombosis before and after placing inferior vena cava filter. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the 75 patients who have been placed inferior vena cava filter. Results: Serious complications, for example, overly worried, anxiety, fear, the puncture point hemorrhage, infection, thrombosis falling off, death, and so on,have not occurred during hospitalization of the 75 patients. Conclusion:As long as targeted prevention and nursing, the short term of filtering can be completely prevented.
2.Clinical observation on the prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis with 3 diffrent measures
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2010;35(1):154-156
Objective: To eplore the effective measure to prevent postopelative deep vein thrombosis (DVT).Methods:510 cases of hospitalzed surgical patients from January 2005 to December 2007 were divied into observation group(without any preventive measure) and control group(including physiotheragy group, elastic socks with gradient pressure group and intermittent pressure device group). To observe the patients changes in 10 days after operation. Results:There were 6 cases of DVT in 125 cases of observation group(with the occurrence rate of 4.8%).In control group, there was I case of DVT in 125 cases of physiotherapy group(with the occurrence rate of 0.8%) and no cases of DVT in the other two observation groups. Conclusion:The elastic soks with gradient pressure and the intermittent pressure device can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative DVT.
3.Experimental study on effect of Erchen decoction and Taohongsiwu decoction on CYP2E1 activities in non-alcoholic fatty liver rats
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(08):-
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of Erchen decoction, Taohongsiwu decoction on CYP2E1 activity and microsome protein content in non-alcoholic fatty liver rats. Methods: Experimental animal model of non-alcoholic fatty liver rats were established , then treated with Erchen decoction, TaohongSiwu decoction.Microsome protein content and cyp2e1 activity are tested after treatment. Results: Microsome protein content of non-alcoholic fatty liver rats reduced and cyp2e1 activity increased. Compared with model group, in Erchen decoction group, the microsome protein content in hepatocyte increased significantly (P

Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(12):918-921
Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine (SPARC) is expressed in esophageal cancer abnormally. On the one hand, recent studies show that high SPARC expression is correlated with progression and metastasis of esophageal cancer. On the other hand, high SPARC expression increases chemosensitivity and improves short-term efficacy in patients.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(9):771-771
ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value of mini peak flow meters in cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods131 patients with the main symptom of chronic cough whose chest X-ray showed normal were included in this study. The peak expiratory flow (PEF) rate of each patient was measured by mini peak flow meters during the bronchial dilation test, and the results were analyzed. ResultsThe rate of positive reaction in the test was 33.6% (44/131), of whom 40.9% (18/44) were delayed over 1 year. 16.8% (22/131) of all the patients' PEF increased 10% to 15% in after the test. ConclusionMini peak flow meters can be used in the diagnosis of CVA.

Objective To explore the use of integrated two methods in vitro in prediction of eye irritation caused by cosmetics.Method Chorioallantoic membrane vascular assay ( CAMVA), bovine corneal opacity and permeability (BCOP) and Draize rabbit eye irritation test were used to determine the predictive potential of eye irritation of 60 kinds of cosmetics. Results CAMVA method was able to distinguish 41 non-irritant samples and 18 irritant samples.BCOP method was able to predict 35 non-irritant samples , 21 mild-moderate irritant samples and 4 severe irritant samples . Combination of CAMVA and BCOP methods could obviously improve the identification ability of irritation , and the classification consistency with Draize rabbit eye irritation testing reached 98.3%.Conclusions The integrated test strategy combined BCOP with CAMVA can be used to appropriately predict ocular irritation of cosmetics , with a prediction range covering non-irritant to severe irritant samples .

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate hand hygiene of healthcare workers in burn ward in our hospital and provide scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of hospital infection in burn ward.METHODS Selected randomly 30 healthcare workers in burn ward and sampled from hands for bacterial culture.RESULTS The average colony of hand pathogens of the 30 healthcare workers was 105.42 CFU/cm2,the maximam was 1093 CFU/cm2.Among the hand pathogens,40.91% were Bacillus subtilis,36.36% were micrococcus and 13.64% were Staphylococcus aureus.CONCLUSIONS Hand hygiene of healthcare workers are not optimistic in burn ward.Strengthening the education of hand hygiene and raising the executable rate of hand hygiene are important measures to prevent and control the hospital infection in burn ward.

Objective: To explore the prevalence and co-morbidity in depression disorder among children and adolescents in Chengdu City. Methods: Using a one-phase design, 4S8S children and adolescents in grades 1~10 were assessed with the Strength and Difficulty questionnaire (SDQ) and Development and Well-Being Assessment (DAWBA) . A structured interview with verbatim reports was reviewed by clinicians so that information from parents, teachers, and children were combined in a manner that emulated the clinical process. Results: (1) The rate of depressive disorder was 1.2% , and that in girls was much higher than that in boys after 12 years old (2.56% vs. 1.42%) . (2) The rate of depressive disorder increased with age from 0.10% (6~8 years) to 2.59% (≥ 15 years) . (3) The co-morbidity was 40% . The most common comorbidity diagnosis was anxiety disorders (29.1%) and behavior disorders (25.5%) . Conclusion: The prevalence of depressive disorder among children and adolescents in Chengdu is 1.2%. Gender and age may be the related factors. The co-morbidity is common in children and adolescents with depression disorder.
