OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality control method for glycyrrhizia ephedrine tablets.METHODS:The gly?cyrrhiza in glycyrrhiza ephedrine tablets was identified by TLC and the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in the tablets was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:Glycyrrhiza could be detected in TLC;Good linear relationship was achieved when the determination concentration range of ephedrine hydrochloride was0.502～7.530?g/ml(r=0.9998),the average recovery rate was 98.80%(RSD=0.42%).CONCLUSION:The method can be used as quality control for glycyrrhiza ephedrine tablets.

Objective To analyze the hemodynamic characteristics in patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA) using transcranial Doppler ultrasonography(TCD),and to discuss the diagnostic value of it.Methods There were 46 patients with IDA,among them 28 patients had moderate or severe anemia,and 18 patients had mild anemia.Hemodynamic changes in patients were observed with TCD,and compared with 40 case healthy controls. Results In addition to 3 case results of TCD were normal,the increase of velocity were found in the others patients.The cerenbral blood flow velocity of the moderate or severe anemia group were significantly higher than that of the mild anemia group(P<0.05),and these were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The pulsatility index of the moderate or severe anemia group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).2 case artery stenosis in 46 patients were found by TCD,there were 5 case with syncope in 46 patients.Conclusion The severness of anemia can be observed by the increased cerenbral blood flow velocities.TCD may be evaluat Effestiveness of blood flow,and TCD may be possible to raise the discover rate of artery stenosis in anemia.

Objective To explore the clinical new ways to repair the soft tissue defect of upper lip.Methods The soft tissue defect of upper lip caused by various reason were repaired with the buccal region of nasolabial groove flap.The size of flap was designed based on the range of soft tissue defect and located in the buccal region along nasolabial groove.The maximum scale of flaps between the length and width were 2∶1 and slit to the SMAS layer.The soft tissue defect of upper lip was repaired by direct vicinity aversion of the flap.The wound after the flap diversion was direct sut in favour of propulsion of the flap and relief the tension of flap pedicle.Results The flaps completely survived in 15 cases without obviously scar accrementition.The cosmetic result were satisfactory.Conclusion The buccal region of nasolabial groove flap is characterized by simple designation,easy dissection,reliable blood supply with the vascular net of fascia without well-known blood vessel damaged and repaired by direct vicinity aversion.Therefore,it is an ideal new method to repair the soft tissue defect of upper lip.

A total of 120 patients with Ⅲ/Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids were randomly divided into 3 groups.Self-made drainage(A group),traditional device(B group)and stuffing(C group) were used at the end of operation.The patient postoperative complications and satisfaction were observed and compared.The results showed that postoperative abdominal distension,pain,medical dressing dampness and satisfaction were better in A group than those in B and C groups(all P ＜0.01).Postoperative abdominal distention in B group was lighter than that in C group and medical dressing dampness less in C group than that in B group (all P ＜ 0.01).Thus the self-made drainage device may reduce the levels of postoperative abdominal distension,pain and medical dressing dampness and increase postoperative patient satisfaction.

Objective To detect the expressions of nerve growth factor (NGF) and its receptors tyrosine kinase A (TrkA) as well as p75 neurotrophin receptor (p75NTR) in the lesions of lichen planus.Methods Biopsy specimens were collected from the lesions of 32 patients with lichen planus and normal skin of 12 healthy human controls and subjected to paraffin embedding.Immunohistochemical avidin-biotin complex (ABC) method was used to detect the expressions of NGF,TrkA and p75NTR.Results NGF and TrkA,which were located in the cytoplasm of keratinocytes,were strongly or moderately expressed in the lesional skin specimens,but absent or weakly expressed in the normal skin specimens (both P ＜ 0.01).No significant differences were observed in the expression of p75NTR between the lesional and normal skin specimens,or in the expressions of NGF,TrkA or p75NTR among specimens from patients in different age groups,patients of different gender or lesions at different sites (all P ＞ 0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of NGF and TrkA in the lesions of lichen planus (R2 =0.535,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion NGF may play a certain role in the development of lichen planus via its highaffinity receptor TrkA.

The present study visualized the knowledge map of research hotspots and changes of keywords by importing literatures from The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (2000 ～ 2011) into CiteSpace.Analysis of the research hotspots (keywords),evolution of clinical nutrition,and front-line research based on tf-idf algorithm was then performed.

Objective To investigate the association of promoter hypermethylation of secreted frizzled-related proteins (SFRPs) in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The promoter hypermethylation of SFRPs in 20 sporadic colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent mucosa were detected by methylation-specific PCR. The amplified DNA was subcloned into the T-A cloning vector and sequenced. Two colorectal cancer cell lines (HCT116 and SW480) were treated with 5-aza-2' deoxycytidine for demethylation. The promoter hypermethylation and protein expression of SFRPs in colorectal cancer cell lines were detected by methylation-specific PCR and Western blotting. Results It was demonstrated that the hypermethylation of SFRP 1, 2, 4 or 5 was 19/20,17/20,3/20 or 13/20in cancer tissues, respectively, whereas it was 12/20, 8/12, 1/20 or 7/20 in adjacent mucosa,respectively. SFRP 1, 2 or 5 methylation was more frequently found in cancer tissue than in adjacent mucosa (P～0.05). Methylation of SFRP 1, 2, 4 and 5 were found in HCT116 cell line, but only SFRP1 and SFRP2 were found in SW480 cell line. There was a negative correlation between protein expression and methylation of SFRPs. The Western blotting revealed that SFRP protein re-expressedafter it treated with 5-aza-2' deoxyeytidine. Conclusion Methylation of SFRP 1, 2 or 5 gene is associated with the evolution of eolorectal cancer, and is closely related to silencing expression.

Objective To evaluate core needle biopsy (CNB) in detecting estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) of HER2,Ki67,and molecular classification of breast cancer.Methods Clinical data of 188 breast cancer patients admitted from Nov 2012 to Jun 2015,were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received both CNB and open excision biopsy (OEB).Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to evaluate the expression of ER,PR,HER2 and Ki67.All cases were categorized into four molecular subtypes:Luminal A,Luminal B,triple negative breast canccr and HER2 over-expression breast cancer.Kappa test was used to evaluate the consistency of CNB and OEB.Results Concordance rate of ER,PR,HER2 receptor status and Ki67 value were 94.68％,93.62％,94.68％ and 73.40％.There was no difference between CNB and OEB for non-Luminal tumors (P =0.774).Ki67 expression in OEB samples was higher than in CNB samples (25.90％ vs.21.65％,P ＜ 0.001).Concordance rate between CNB and OEB for molecular subtypes was 72.34％ (K =0.606 4).Conclusions CNB is accurate in evaluating ER,PR,HER2 and Ki67 in breast cancer.CNB is accurate in diagnosing non-Luminal molecular subtypes of breast cancer.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of urinary tract infection after kidney transplantation and to analyze the distribution of pathogenic virulence factors.Methods From January 2014 to June 2016,a total of 255 cases were subjected to DCD renal transplantation in our center,and 45 cases of urinary tract infection occurred after operation.Among them,urinary tract E.coli infection occurred in 32 cases.The virulence factors gene aer,hly,irp2 and iucD in the 32 strains of E.coli isolated from urine were tested using PCR and multiple PCR.Results Thirty-two cases (71.1％) of urinary tract infection after renal transplantation was caused by E.coli,and divided into 9 cases of nosocomial infection group,and 23 cases of community-acquired group.The positive rate for aer,hly,irp2 and iucD in Nosocomial infection group was 66.7％,33.3％,88.9％ and 77.8％,and that in community-acquired group was 30.4％,8.70％,39.1％ and 34.7％,respectively.There were statistically significant differences among four kinds of virulence factors between two groups (P＜0.05).The positive rate of virulence factors was significantly higher in nosocomial infection group than in community-acquired groups.The total resistance rate was 84.38％,and there was significarit difference in multi-drug resistance rate between two groups (P＜0.01).Conclusion E.coli is the main pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection after renal transplantation,especially nosocomial infections.The detection rate of virulence factor is high,and the multiple drug resistance is outstanding,so the attention should be paid clinically.

Objective To analyze the correlation between the expression of Ki-67 and Her-2 and clinical features in breast invasive ductal carcinoma .Methods Clinical and pathological data of 202 female breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients were collected between January 2012 and September 2014 .The correlation between the expression of Ki-67 and Her-2 and clinical features was analyzed .Results The positive rate of Ki-67 was 73.3%(148/202) and that of Her-2 was 19.3(39/202).The expression of Ki-67 was related to histological grading , ER and PR status(P<0.05),but not to age, tumor size or lymph node status(P>0.05).The expression of Her-2 was related to ER and PR status (P<0.05), but not to age, tumor size, histological grading, or lymph node status(P>0.05).Moreover, the low expression Ki-67 and negative expression of Her-2 were positvely corelated with the positive expression of hormone receptor [estrogen receptor(ER),pro-gestin receptor(PR)](P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of Ki-67 suggested that the differential grade of tumor was lower , malignant grade was higher , infiltration was stronger and metastasis was easier .High expression of Ki-67 and positive Her-2 suggests lower sensitivity to endocrine therapy and treatment .Detection of Ki-67 and Her-2 expression in breast inva-sive ductal carcinoma is of guiding significance for understanding the degree of malignancy and for evaluating prognosis .
