Objective nvestigate the propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia in orthopedic manual reduction applications.MethodsAugust 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital treated 120 cases of acute long bone closed fracture and ankle, shoulder dislocation and other patients, efficient analysis anesthesia, surgery time, patient recovery time, propofol is added volume and total volume, and detection 3min, 1min, 3min, 5min and waking SpO2, HR, MAP, RR values. Two groups of patients after treatment, were given nursing intervention, such as routine diet guidance, nutrition support, health education.after administration before it is administered.Resultsanesthetic effect experimental group total efficiency is higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after simultaneous administration of all patients 1min, 3min, 5min signs were lower than prodrug 3min signs, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05), after clear signs of its former administration 3min with no significant difference;experimental group recovery time, propofol bolus of propofol than with total control were lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);and the two groups were similar to the operation time, the difference was not statistically significant.ConclusionIn summary, propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia for patients to take the treatment of orthopedic manual reduction obviously worthy of clinical use.

Objective To investigate curative effects of hypothermia on the secondary axotomy of nondisruptive axonal injury (NDAI) after diffuse brain injury (DBI).Methods A total of 16 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly and equally divided into hypothermia group (at 32℃ for 6 hours) and control group (at 37.5℃ ).The axonal swelling and axonal balls were detected by means of NF68kD immunochemistry after DBI caused by fluid percussion. The changes of maximal density of axonal swelling and axonal balls in callosum,diencephalon-mesencephalon,pons-oblongata and cerebellum were compared 24 and 72 hours after injury between both groups. Results NF68kD immunochemistry well showed axonal swellings and axonal balls in whole brain. The axonal swelling and axonal balls were significantly decreased 24 hours after DBI in both groups (P<0.05),especially in diencephalon-mesencephalon ,pons-oblongata and cerebellum (P<0.01).While there showed significant decrease of axonal swellings and axonal balls in pons-oblongata and cerebellum in hypothermia group 72 hours after DBI (P<0.05,P<0.01) but insignificant changes in the callosum and the diencephalon-mesencephalon compared with control group (P>0.05 ).Conclusions Hypothermia can retard the progress of mild or severe NDAI at early stage, which would taper with the longer time after injury except for partial mild NDAI.Hypothermia may prevent mild NDAI from secondary axotomy.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of dopamine D1 receptor (D1R) tool drugs and combined acupuncture and medicine on striatal expressions of D1R and dopamine transporters (DAT) in middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)-reperfusion rats.MethodForty-seven male SD rats were randomly grouped, used to make a model and given corresponding interventions. The materials were taken and fixed six hrs later. Striatal D1R and DAT expressions were detectedby an immunohistochemical method in different groups.ResultThe neurological deficit score was significantly higher in the model group than in the blank group. Electroacupuncture treatment decreased the score significantly (P<0.05). D1R expression was significantly down-regulated in the antagonist, electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture plus antagonist groups compared with the model group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in D1R expression between the model group and the antagonist or electroacupuncture plus antagonist group (P>0.05). DAT expression was significantly down-regulated in the other groups compared with the model group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in D1R expression between all groups except the model group (P>0.05).ConclusionCerebral ischemia-reperfusion can result in high D1R and DAT expressions in rat striatum on the ischemic side. Electroacupuncture, D1R antagonists and a combination of the two can significantly down-regulate D1R expression and have a protective effect on the brain. The effects of electroacupuncture and D1R antagonists can not be added to each other. D1R signaling pathway may be one of ways by which electroacupuncture produces a protective effecton the brain.

Objective To researching the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) prevention and control management by WeChat consultation on the Internet platform. Methods There were 586 pregnant women who performed prenatal care regularly and accepted glucose tolerance test for GDM at 24 to 28 weeks in our hospital during 2015 and 2016 as research objects. Determination of the observation group:in 2016, the 308 people who match the condition of the study during annual prenatal examination in line, in addition to routine guidance outside the clinic and joined the division to establish a dedicated WeChat group for a comprehensive health management consulting. Determination of the control group:in 2015, the 278 people who match the condition of the study during annual prenatal examination in line were treated as control groups. The two groups of observation indexes included the fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose control in GDM pregnant women, the weight growth rate of the whole pregnancy, cesarean section rate, birth rate of newborns, neonatal referral rate and so on. Results The rate of fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose control in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (t=2.01-3.11, all P<0.05). According to the pre-pregnancy physical index, the weight growth of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (t=2.12-3.76, all P<0.05).The cesarean section rate, birth rate and neonatal referral rate were 21.10%(65/308), 4.87%(15/308), 7.14%(22/308)in the observation group , and 28.78%(80/278), 10.07%(28/278), 12.23%(34/278)in the control group, there were significant differences (U = 2.10-2.42, all P<0.05). Conclusions Gestational diabetes prevention and control management in the Internet platform for WeChat consultation application effect is remarkable, which can effectively improve the maternal and child outcomes. In the protection of maternal and child health is of great significance.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the apoptosis of NK cells induced by the erythroleukemia cell line K562 in vitro.
METHODSPrimary NK cells isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy donors by magnetic-activated cell sorting were cultured with stem cell medium containing recombinant human interleukin-2 (rhIL-2). The NK cells and K562 cells were mixed and co-cultured at different E:T ratios for different time lengths. The apoptosis of NK cells and K562 cells were detected using PE-AnnexinV/7-AAD labeling and flow cytometry.
RESULTSThe purity of isolated NK cells reached (93.99∓4.22)%. At the same E: T ratio, the apoptotic rate of NK cells induced by K562 cells increased significantly with time. As the E:T ratio reduced, the apoptotic rate of the NK cells increased and their cytotoxic activity against K562 cells was attenuated.
CONCLUSIONK562 cells can induce the apoptosis of activated NK cells, which is one of the probable mechanisms of immune escape of tumors.
