Recently,there was great development in the field of small bowel transplantation,which has been become effective in clinical research.However,similarly with the transplantations of heart,lung,liver and kidney,chronic rejection was becoming an important factor for the long-term survivals of grafts.With the deepening comprehensions towards the mechanism of chronic rejection,more methods and therapies were tried and tested.

Objective:To explore the apoptosis inducing effect of matrine on C6 glioma cells and the related mechanisms.Methods:MTT assay was used to examine the inhibition of C6 glioma cell line by matrine at various concentrations and the IC50 was calculated.Inverted microscope and TEM(transmission electron microscope) were employed to observe the morphological alterations of C6 glioma cells after exposure to matrine;FCM(Flow cytometry) was used to detect the apoptosis rate of C6 glioma cells;and real-time PCR was used to examine the differential expression of related genes.ICC and Western blotting was used to detect the expression of caspase-3.Results:MTT showed that the cell inhibition effect of matrine increased with its concentration(0.1-1.0 mg/ml)(P

0 05), respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that urine sediments can not be used as the specimens for the detection of Ct by Wellcozyme chlamydia, and urine sediments can be used if Ct is detected by PCR.

Objective To establish the quality standard of charred Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. Methods Kromasil-C18 column (4.6 mm?150 mm, 5 ?m) was used with mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphate acid (85∶15), 1.0 mL/min, and detection at 254 nm. Result Average recoveries of charred Radix et Rhizoma Rhei: Emodin was 98.43% and Chrysophanol was 98.32%, RSD was 1.17% and 1.02% respectively. Conclusion This method is simple. The result is accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the study of the processing technics of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and the quality control of charred Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.

Objective: To investigate patients' satisfaction rate towards referral in a class A tertiary hospital, so as to provide the evidence for promoting the highly efficient implementation of referral. Methods : The gender, age, type of referral, referral efficiency and referral cost of patients receiving referral services in 2021 were collected through the interconnected intelligent hierarchical diagnosis and treatment collaborative platform of Henan Provincial People's Hospital. Patients' awareness and recognition of the two-way referral system were investigated using questionnaire surveys, and factors affecting patients' satisfaction with referral were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 1 268 patients receiving referral services were surveyed, including 576 men (45.43%) and 692 women (54.57%), and the respondents were predominant at ages of 18 years and older (935 cases, 73.74%). There were 535 cases with overdue referral (42.19%) and 1 157 cases with free referrals (91.25%). There were 749 cases that were aware of the two-way referral system (59.07%), and 587 cases recognized the two-way referral system (46.29%). There were 975 patients with a satisfactory attitude towards referral, with a satisfaction rate of 76.89%. There were 1 030 cases (81.23%) that considered fluent communication of referral information, with a 78.54% satisfaction rate towards referral; 569 cases (44.87%) that considered simple referral procedures, with an 81.37% satisfaction rate towards referral, and 797 cases that were satisfied with the services provided by the referred medical staff (62.85%), with a 79.42% satisfaction rate towards referral. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that non-overdue referrals (OR=1.846, 95%CI: 1.411-2.414), free referrals (OR=1.815, 95%CI: 1.188-2.773), awareness of the two-way referral system (OR=0.624, 95%CI: 0.472-0.826), recognition of the two-way referral system (OR=1.621, 95%CI: 1.235-2.129) were factors affecting the satisfaction with referral. Conclusions The satisfaction rate towards referral was 76.89% among the study patients, and the awareness and recognition of the two-way referral system, referral efficiency and convenience are factors affecting the satisfaction with referral.

Objective To investigate the effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine serotonin receptor-1A (5-HT1 A) agonists on micturition dysfunction in rats with chronic spinal cord injury (SCI).Methods Female SD rats weighing 175 -200 g were used.Seven of the rats were modified for a spinal cord injury model (transsection at T10).Eight weeks later,control rats and SCI rats were tested.Rats were anesthetized with urethane ( 1.3 g/kg ).A polyethylene (PE) -50 catheter was placed in the left jugular vein for intravenous drug administration.A PE-90 catheter was inserted through the bladder dome,and the other end of the bladder catheter was connected to a syringe pump for continuous infusion of saline and to a pressure transducer for intravesical pressure monitor.Dose-response curves for 8-OH-DPAT were followed by the WAY-100635 test.The capacity,residual volume,micturition volume,and EUS-EMG were measured.Results With an increasing dose of 8-OH-DPAT,the capacity of the bladder decreased from 33.2 ± 8.3 ml to 22.8 ± 2.4 ml.The micturition volume was increased from 0.14 ± 0.08 ml to 0.38 ± 0.09 ml.The residual volume decreased from 3.68 ± 1.36 ml to 1.84 ± 0.21 ml,and peak intravesical pressure changed from 27.1 ± 3.6 mm Hg to 22.8 ± 2.4 mm Hg.Control rats showed little significant change in the cystometric variable.Effects of 8-OH-DPAT were reversed by WAY-100635.That 8-OH-DPAT induced phasic relaxation occured in spinal cord-injured rats but the control group showed no significant change.ConclusionsThe 5-HTIA/7 receptor agonist 8-OH-DPAT may induce periodic EUS relaxation during voiding in urethane-anesthetized chronic spinal cordinjured rats.And this could result in an increase in micturition volume,a decrease in bladder capacity,and thus an increase in voiding efficiency.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two minimally invasive surgical treatments for billary acute pancretitis.Method In this study,63 patients with billary acute pancretitis were prospectively divided into two groups.Patients in group A received laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and laparoscopic transcyctic common bile duct exploration (LTCBDE) within 72 hours of onset,group B underwent endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD).The two groups were evaluated by blood amylase and urine amylase,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase on postoperative day 1,3,5,local complication and the recurrence rate within 6 months.Result Blood amylase was lower in group A than that in group B (P =0.04) on postoperative day 1.There were no significant differences in amylase,aminotransferase of two groups on postoperative day 3,5 (all P ＞ 0.05).The incidences of local complications and pancreatic necrosis infection were 2.7％,7.7％ respectively(P =0.13) ; the incidences of pancreatic pseudocyst were 5.4％,7.7％ (P =0.42) ; the recurrence rate within 6 months were 2.7％ and 19.2％ respectively(P =0.006).Conclusions The clinical curative effects of early LC and LTCBDE or ENBD on billary acute pancretitis showed no significant differences,but the recurrence rate of acute pancretitis within 6 months revealed that early LC and LTCBDE may be more effective.

Objective To analyze the transcription level of new tumor suppressor gene SLC5A8 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues.Methods Collected specimens of 23 cases with colorectal cancer and cut out carcinoma tissues and Pericarcinomatous tissue respectively,then used real time fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR)to detect the transcription level of gene SLC5A8 mRNA,and the results of carcinoma tissues and pericarcinomatous tissues were analyzed by t test.Results The transcription level of new tumor suppressor gene SLC5A8 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues is significantly lower than pericarcinomatous tissue (P =0.002).Conclusion The expression of gene SLC5A8 in colorectal cancer tissues is declining or missing,suggesting it has a certain relationship with the incidence of colorectal cancer.

Objective To explore the phenomenon of gene silence of SLC5A8 in breast cancer.Methods Thirty-two patients suffered with breast cancer,hospitalized from June 2014 to June 2015 in affiliated hospital of Hebei university,were collected with the cancer tissue and normal specimen.Real-time quantitative PCR method was used to detect SLC5A8 gene transcription.Paired t-test and-test were used to anaylsed the results.Results Twenty cases of breast cancer tissues (62.5％) have no SLC5A8 gene transcription product,normal breast tissue adjacent to carcinoma specimens that had no product gene transcription was only five (12.5％).SLC5A8 inactivation rate of cancer tissue was significantly higher than normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma (P ＜ 0.05).The SLC5A8 mRNA transcription level of cancer tissue was significantly lower than the normal (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion SLC5A8 gene transcription silence is the important events in the process of breast cancer occurrence and development.

To investigate the antiox idant effect of Tiandi Tang to mice testide mitochondrion.METHOD:D-g alactose-induced model senile mice was used,giving Tiandi Tang extracts,measuri ng the activities of GSH-Px，Na+，K+-ATPase and the content of MDA of testid e mitochondrion.RESULTS:Polar extracts of Tiandi Tang had antioxidan t action.CONCLUSION:The effect of Tiandi Tang polar extracts was one of the main mechanisms of antiaging.
