1.Clinical analysis of dompeird one combined with flupentixol, melitracen (deanxit) and alprazolam in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domperidone combined with flupentix-ol,melitracen ( deanxit ) and alprazolam in the treatment of functional dyspepsia .Methods One hundred and sixty patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n =80 ) and the control group ( n =80 ) .The treatment group was given domperidone combined with flupentixol , meli-
tracen (deanxit) and alprazolam, and the control group was only given domperidone for 4 weeks.The im-provement of clinical symptoms such as stomach burn ,early enough, abdominal distension, sour regurgita -tion and eructation were evaluated by clinical symptom score .Results Compared with patients in the con-trol group, the rate of marked improvement and rates of improvement for patients in the treatment group were all better ( P <0.01).Furthermore, the adverse reaction is light .Conclusion The application of domp-eridone combined with flupentixol, melitracen ( deanxit ) and alprazolam is quite effective in treating patients with FD.
2.Study on Quality Standard for Zhimiling Suppository

Objective To establish the quality standard of Zhimiling Suppository (Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Catechu, Borneolum Syntheticum, Alumen). Methods Catechu, Borneolum Syntheticum, Alumen in the preparation were identified by physics and chemstry method. Berberine Hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. Results The standard curve for Berberine Hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.080 2~0.802 ?g, the average recovery was 100.4%, RSD was 0.85% (n=6). Conclusion The methods are simple, accurate and reproducible.
3.GC-MS analysis of volatile oil of Danggui Buxue Decoction

AIM: To study the main components of volatile oil of Danggui Buxue Decoction (Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis) . METHODS:The main components of volatile oil were determined by GC-MS. The injector temperature was 250 ℃. The interface temperature was 230 ℃. The column flow was 1.3 mL?min -1. The column pressure was 100 kPa. The temperature rate was 3 ℃?min -1. RESULTS: The main components of volatile oil of Danggui Buxue Decoction were composed of trans-ligustilide, butylidene phthalide, n-butylphthalide, and cis-ligustilide. CONCLUSION: The main components of volatile oil of Danggui Buxue Decoction come mainly from volatile oil of Radix Angelicae sinensis.
4.HPLC fingerprint of Radix astragali from n-Butanol extract of Danggui Buxue Decoction

AIM: To study the main components of the position of n-Butanol extract of Danggui Buxie Decoction(Radix Astragali,Radix Angelicae Sinensis). METHODS: The main components were determined by HPLC.HPLC with Nucleodur C18 Gravity column was used,the Acetonitrile-water(gradient elution) was used as a mobile phase and detecting wavelength at 210 nm. RESULTS: There were 14 common peaks in the peak position of n-Butanol extract of Danggui Buxue Decoction,Radix astragli had 14 peaks and Radix angelicae sinensis 3 peaks. CONCLUSION: The main components of the peak position among n-Butanol extract of Radix astragali and its extract and Danggui Buxie Decoction have correlation.
5.HPLC Fingerprint of Danggui Buxue Decoction(Ⅰ)

Object To establish the fingerprint of isoflavones and ferulic acid of Danggui Buxue decoction.Methods HPLC with Hypersil ODS column was adopted,the methanol-0.2 % acetic acid glacial(gradient elution) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1mL/min and detecting wavelength at 254 nm.Results There were 10 main peaks in Danggui Buxie decoction,9 of them came from Radix astragali and 3 came from Radix angelicae sinensis.Conclusion This fingerprint can be used as a reference for the stability of the isoflavones and ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue decoction.

Objective To discuss the value of Valsalva experiment combined with improved MRI tilt tomography applying on the pharyngeal ostium of eustachian tube opening function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 1 7 cases with patholog-ically proved NPC underwent conventional MRI plain and enhanced scan.In the eustachian tube area oblique transection T2 WI and T1 WI scanning was done before and after the Valsalva experiment.The invasion of eustachian tube and its surrounding structures was analyzed and the eustachian tube function was evaluated.Results Valsalva experiments combined with improved MRI trans-verse oblique scan could clearly display the whole structure of the eustachian tube and surrounding tissue invasion compared with conventional scanning MR scan.And it could better evaluate the eustachian tube opening function for patients suffered nasopharynge-al carcinoma.Conclusion Valsalva experiments with improved MRI oblique transverse imaging could achieve individualized scan of the eustachian tube,and could be used for evaluating the pharyngeal opening function of eustachian tube in patients with nasopharyn-geal carcinoma.
7.Comparative Study on the Content of Microelement Cu, Zn and Mn in Eye Tissue of Rats Treated by Rhi-zoma Corydalis before and after Vinegar Processing

Objective:To study the influence of Rhizoma Corydalis before and after vinegar processing on the microelement content in the eye tissues of rats to verify the vinegar processing leading the herb to liver meridian. Methods: The rats were divided into the crude Corydalis group, vinegar processing group and negative group. The content of microelement Cu, Zn and Mn in rat ocular tissues was determined and compared after the administration. Results:Corydalis could significantly increase the content of Cu and Zn in fun-dus blood and that of Zn and Mn in the eyeball vitreous, and Rhizoma Corydalis after vinegar processing showed more obvious effect. Conclusion:Rhizoma Corydalis with vinegar processing can improve the distribution of microelements in eye tissues, and because liver opens at eyes, the results provide evidence for Corydalis after vinegar processing leading to liver meridian.
8.MRI appearances of aquaporin and its effect in different brain regions of patients with Parkinson's disease

Objective To investigate MRI appearances of aquaporin(AQP) and its effect in different brain regions of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods A prospective study was carried out in 33 PD patients(PD group) and 23 gender-and age-matched healthy controls (control group).Clinical data of PD patients were collected.The aquaporin imaging of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRDWI) with multiple b-values in different brain regions were performed to detect the apparent diffusion coefficient(AQP-ADC) values of aquaporin.The PD patients were assessed and graded by modified Hoehn-Yahr grading,then the AQP-ADC values of control group,mild PD group,moderate and severe PD group were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance.The correlation analysis was carried out to detect the relationship between AQP-ADC values in different brain regions and Hoehn-Yahr grading of PD patients.Results Compared with control group,mild PD group had significantly higher AQP-ADC values in red nucleus(RN) and globus pallidus(GP) ((0.24±0.04) vs (0.21±0.04),(0.21±0.04) vs (0.16±0.04);both P<0.05);while the AQP-ADC values in RN and GP of moderate and severe PD group were significantly lower than that of mild PD group((0.21±0.02) vs (0.24±0.04),(0.18±0.03) vs (0.21±0.04);both P<0.05);but there was no significant difference between moderate and severe PD group and control group(P>0.05);and there was also no significant difference in substantianigra (SN),putamen (Pu) and thalamus (THA) among control group,mild PD group and moderate and severe PD group(P>0.05).The correlation analysis showed that there were negative correlations between the AQP-ADC values in RN and GP and Hoehn-Yahr grading(r=-0.479 and-0.395,P< 0.05),while there was no correlation in SN,Pu and THA (P> 0.05).Conclusion The AQPADC values are increased in RN and GP of mild PD patients,and decreased in moderate and severe PD patients,while there is no significant change in SN,Pu and THA of the two groups,suggesting that the expression of AQP in different brain regions may be related to the severity and pathological stage of PD.

[Objective] To investigate the influence of serum containing Danggui Buxue Decoction (DBD) on chemotaxis of oxidized low-density lipoproteins ( OxLDLs) for monocytes ( MC). [ Methods ] Six New Zealand rabbits were randomized to DBD group, Radix Angelicae Sinensis (RAS) group and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari (RASH) group. The rabbits were treated by gastric infusion of the above drugs respectively, bid for three days. On the third day, the serum containing drugs was obtained by heart blood sampling one hour after administration. Free chemotaxis group (normal control group) and OxLDLs group ( model group) were established for control. The number and figure of OxLDLs - chemotactic MC were observed by micropore filter method with chemotactic chamber. 10.Effect of verbascoside on endothelial dysfunction in atherosclerotic rats by regulating HMGB1/RAGE signal pathway

Objective To investigate the effect of verbascoside(VB)on endothelial dysfunction in atherosclerotic(AS)rats by regulating high-mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)/receptor for advanced glycation endproducts(RAGE)/nuclear factor κB(NF-κB)signal pathway.Methods The rat model of AS was established by high fat feeding combined with vitamin D3 solution intraperitoneal injection.Rats were divided into the control group(n=10),the model group(n=12),the low(VB-L),medium(VB-M)and high dose(VB-H)VB groups(2,5 and 10 mg/kg,n=10),and the positive control group(simvastatin,5 mg/kg,n=10).The serum level of blood lipids was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Pathological changes of aorta were observed by HE staining.Serum levels of inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial cytokines were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The level of oxidative stress in rats was detected by micro-method kit.The expression of HMGB1/RAGE signal pathway protein in aorta was detected by Western blot assay.Results Compared with the control group,the intima of aorta in the model group was thickened,plaque appeared in blood vessels,accompanied by lipid deposition and inflammatory cell infiltration.Serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),C-reactive protein(CRP),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),endothelin-1(ET-1),visfatin,intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and malondialdehyde(MDA),and HMGB1,RAGE and phosphorylation levels of NF-κB in aorta were obviously increased.Serum levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),nitric oxide(NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were obviously decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,pathological changes of rats were obviously improved in the VB-L,VB-M and VB-H groups and the simvastatin group.Serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,TNF-α,IL-1β,CRP,MMP-9,ET-1,visfatin,ICAM-1,MDA,and HMGB1,RAGE,phosphorylation levels of NF-κB in aorta were obviously decreased,and serum levels of HDL-C,NO,SOD and GSH-Px were obviously increased(P<0.05).Conclusion VB can down-regulate the expression of HMGB1/RAGE/NF-κB signal pathway protein,inhibit inflammation and oxidative stress in AS rats,and improve lipid metabolism and vascular endothelial function.
