Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in tunnel in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract.Methods Thirty-six cases(38 eyes)who performed 2.8 mm small incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in tunnel were enrolled in this study.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure(IOP),astigmatism and complications were assessed before and after operation.Results The visual acuity ≥ 0.4 was in 29 eyes(76.32％)postoperatively.After followed up 3-6 months,the IOP of all the patients had been effectively controlled.The IOP at 1 week[(12.24 ± 3.59)mm Hg(1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa)]and 3-6 months[(15.53 ± 5.26)mm Hg]after operation was significantly lower compared with before operation[(36.72 ± 4.34)mm Hg](P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in astigmatism among before operation,1 month and 3-6 months after operation(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Small incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in tunnel is an effective surgery for glaucoma with cataract,which can improve visual acuity and IOP.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods56 cases of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract were selected in department of ophthalmology and were received trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification.Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber angle,anterior chamber depth,filtering bleb and complications were observed.ResultsSix months after operation,53 (94.64％) were improved in visual acuity.There was significant difference between preoperative and postoperative visual acuity( Z =-5.074,P ＜0.05).IOP was( 15.26 ± 3.37 )mm Hg 6 months after operation,which was significant lower than(34.60 ± 3.85 ) mm Hg before operation( t =28.29,P ＜0.05 ).The anterior chamber depth was( 3.27 ± 0.64 ) mm 6 months after operation,which was significant larger than( 1.58 ± 0.39 )mm before operation (t =16.90,P ＜ 0.05 ).All patients had bleb formation with no serious complications.ConclusionTrabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification was effective in treating angle-closure glaucoma and cataract.

Objective To research the promoter methylation level of RAS association domain family 1A (RASSF1A) and RASSF1A gene mRNA expression level in cervical cancer tissue, and to analyze their relationships with clinicopathological parameters of cervical cancer and the clinical significance.Methods The RASSF1A gene promoter methylation and RASSF1A gene mRNA were detected respectively by methylation specific PCR and quantitative real-time PCR method in 40 cases of cervical cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues.Results RASSF1A mRNA expression level in cervical cancer (0.26±0.05) was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues (0.28±0.03), and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.27, P=0.026).The methylation rate of RASSF1A gene promoter region (0.71%±0.04%) was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (0.66%± 0.03%), and the difference was statistically significant (t=6.78, P=0.000).The expression of RASSF1A mRNA was significantly correlated with pathological differentiation (t=3.31, P=0.002), International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage (t=2.13, P=0.040), lymphatic metastasis (t=2.56, P=0.015).The promoter methylation level of RASSF1A gene was significantly correlated with pathological differentiation (t=2.08, P=0.045), FIGO stage (t=2.66, P=0.011), lymphatic metastasis (t=2.22, P=0.033), depth of invasion (t=2.12, P=0.041).Conclusion The RASSF1A gene promoter region methylation level and the RASSF1A gene mRNA expression level are associated with the malignant degree of cervical carcinoma.The RASSF1A gene promoter region methylation level may be used as a reference indicator for predicting the risk of metastasis of cervical cancer.

To observe the clinical efficacy of nicorandil for treating the patient with cardiac syndrome X (CSX) and its impact on vascular endothelial function. Methods: A total of 140 CSX patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: Control group, the patients received conventional anti-angina therapy and Nicorandil group, based on conventional anti-angina therapy, the patients received additional oral nicorandil treatment. n=70 in each group. All patients received resting emission computed tomography (ECT) and treadmill exercise ECG stress test (TET). Blood levels of endothelin (ET-1), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and nitric oxide (NO) were examined before and 3 months after treatment. Results: Compared with pre-treatment condition, the attack frequency of angina pectoris and positive rate of ECT were decreased after treatment in both groups, P<0.05; in Nicorandil group, the suspicious positive rate and positive rate of TET were reduced after treatment, P<0.05. Compared with Control group, Nicorandil group had the much lower suspicious positive rate and positive rate of TET after treatment, P<0.05. Blood tests indicated that compared with pre-treatment condition, ET-1 and hs-CRP were decreased, NO was increased after treatment in both groups, all P<0.05; blood levels of ET-1, hs-CRP and NO were different between 2 groups after treatment, all P<0.05. Conclusion: Nicorandil could inhibit inflammatory factors, elevate endothelial function and therefore improve micro vascular angina symptoms, increase exercise tolerance obviously.

Objective To explore the epidemic trend of malaria in Jinan City so as to provide the evidence for improving the prevention and control of malaria. Methods The surveillance and annual report data of malaria were collected and analyzed epidemiologically in Jinan City from 1989 to 2013. Results The prevalence of malaria was low in Jinan City from 1989 to 2013. Totally 179 cases of malaria were reported and 14 cases 7.82% were locally infected and 165 cases 92.18% were imported. Conclusion Most malaria cases were imported since the disease was basically eliminated in Jinan City. The overseas workers from high prevalence areas of malaria should be well managed.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids for Bone healing formulation in order to use it for preparation research. METHODS:With the content of total flavonoids as the index,L9(34)orthogonal test was employed to investigate the effects of volume fraction of the solvent ethanol,the amount of solvent,extraction times and extraction time on the extraction of total flavonoids for Bone healing formulation to determine the optimal levels of the factors,and verification tests were conducted. RESULTS:The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids was 1 h reflux extraction for 3 times,with 70% etha-nol 10 times as much as the amount of medicinal materials. Verification tests showed the average content of total flavonoids was 62.03 mg/ml(RSD=0.84%,n=3),that is to say,6.20 g total flavonoids might be extracted from 100 g medicinal materials for the formulation. CONCLUSIONS:The optimal technology is stable and feasible and can be used for the extraction of total flavo-noids for Bone healing formulation and provide a experimental basis for the preparation of Bone healing liniment.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate transdermal behavior in vitro of total flavonoids and its monomer components in Guyu liniment. METHODS:Vertical Franz diffusion cell was adopted to perform a test on excised mouse skin as transdermal barrier. UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids,and HPLC to determine the content of monomer flavo-noid hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA)to observe transdermal absorption in vitro within 12 hours. RESULTS:The accumulative per-meation quantity Q of the total flavonoids and HSYA in Guyu liniment increased with time(t),demonstrating a significant correla-tion with t1/2,and transdermal absorption was in conformity with Higuchi equation (r=0.995 6,0.999 5);permeate flux of total flavonoids and HSYA were 126.24,47.516μg/(cm2·h). CONCLUSIONS:The transdermal behavior of total flavonoids in Guyu lin-iment is similar to that of HSYA. Both belong to matrix diffusion-type transdermal drug delivery system,with the characteristic of long-term sustained release.

During the epidemic of COVID-19, The Fifth Hospital of Harbin Medical University organized and operated online blended teaching based on BOPPPS teaching mode. Before the opening of the school, the college concentrated on theoretical learning and online practice in BOPPPS teaching mode to ensure that teachers mastered online teaching methods before teaching. In the course of teaching, various means were used to strengthen the application of six modules in BOPPPS teaching mode. A multilevel online teaching supervision and feedback mechanism for colleges, teaching and research sections, teachers and students, and continuously improve the quality of teaching. The teaching practice of the first four weeks have shown that through the unified organization and implementation of the college, online teaching based on BOPPPS teaching mode can be realized efficiently, student-centered and participatory learning can be realized, and the online teaching ability of teachers can also be improved with satisfactory results.

The understanding of rectoanal inhibitory reflex (RAIR) is progressing for the latest 100 years. From the discovery of its important role in diagnosis of Hirschsprung's disease to all aspects of its development, reflex pathways, neural regulation and physiological functions, there have been more in-depth explorations. It is now recognized that a number of other diseases also have a more specific performance of RAIR. It has become an important and indispensable part to anorectal manometry. Research progress of rectoanal inhibitory reflex is reviewed in this article.

OBJECTIVEWe explored the expressions of the Notch and Wnt signaling pathways and their significance in the repair process of alveolar bone defects by establishing animal models with a composite of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) to repair bone defects in the extraction sockets of rabbits.

METHODSA total of 36 two-month-old male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, and the left mandibular incisors of all the rabbits were subjected to minimally invasive removalunder general anesthesia. BMSC-PRF compounds, single PRF, and single BMSC were implanted in Groups A, B, and C. No material was implanted in Group D (blank control). The animals were sacrificed at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after surgery, the bone defect was immediately drawn, and the bone specimens underwent surgery after four, eight, and twelve weeks, with three rabbits per time point. The expressions of Notch1 and Wnt3a in the repair process of the bone defect were measured via immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence detection.

RESULTSImmunohistochemistry showed that the expressions of Notch1 and Wnt3a in Groups A, B, and C were higher than that in Group D at the fourth and eighth week after operation (P<0.05). By contrast, the expressions of Notch1 and Wnt3a in Group D were higher than those in Groups A, B, and C at the twelfth week (P<0.05). Immunofluorescence showed that the expressions of both Notch1 and Wnt3a reached their peaks in the new bone cells of the bone defect after four weeks following surgery and gradually disappeared when the bone was repaired completely.

CONCLUSIONNotch1 and Wnt3a signaling molecules are expressed in the process of repairing bone defects using BMSC-PRF composites and can accelerate the healing by regulating the proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs. Moreover, the expressions of Notch and Wnt are similar, and a crosstalk between them may exist it.
