Objective To observe the influence of polysaccharide from spirulina platensis(PSP) on human embryo lung diploid fibroblastic DNA damage and repair after UV irradiation. Methods After UV irradiation for 30min, the single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE) was used to investigate the level of DNA damage, the level of DNA damage and repair at 30, 60, 90min were also investigated by SCGE respectively. Results The level of DNA damage induced by UV irradiation was prevented by PSP, and it also promote DNA repair capacity. Conclusion PSP can increase the activity of DNA endonuclease and DNA ligase in dose-de- pendrntly.

Objective To adopt Orem self-care model to assestt the dependency care ability of care-givers for surgery orphans and analyze its defective level of dependency case,then propose corresponding nursing policy. Methods 16 caregivers for surgery orphans were surveyed with self-made questionnaire which included the general condition of the caregivers,the nursing situation for orphans and the require-ment for dependency care ability of the caregivers.Results All questionnaires were withdrew.The pro-portion of providing correct primary care for orphans was up to 62.50%～93.75%.But the proportion of pro-viding correct rehabilitation exercises was lower than 43.75%.96% caregivers wished to obtain the relative nursing knowledge by training and improve their dependency care ability.Conclmions The caregivers' dependency care ability can meet the needs of orphans' basic dependency care.But the defect still exists,the nurses should adopt different nursing compensation for different orphans and different care defects.

Objective To observe the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction(BYHW) on the expression of Cyclin D1 and Cdk2 in rats with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods The rats model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by means of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Then three weeks of salute-living and chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) was given to the animal after cerebral stroke to induce the post-stoke depression animal model.The rats were divided into 5 groups:the sham operated group,the midge cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) group,the PSD group,the fluoxetine group and the BYHWD group.The rats were subjected to left MCAO rebuilding in consistent focal cerebral ischemia,followed by an 21-day exposure to chronic mild stress (CMS)and single housing to induce PSD animal model.All rats were killed in 7,14 and 21 day after operation.The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Cdk2 were measured by immunohistochemical staining.Results Pathological changes such as hippocampal nerve cell regression,degeneration and necrosis were observed in the model rats compare with the sham operated group.The expression of Cyclin D1 in normal hippocampus in 7,14 or 21 day after operation was (1.16±0.34)％,(1.62±0.29)％ and (1.60±0.24)％ respectively,and Cdk2 was (1.52±0.26)％,(1.85±0.23)％ and (1.97±0.10)％.After PSD the expression of Cyclin D1 was (49.69±5.68)％,(58.17± 2.89) ％ and (50.87 ± 2.48) ％ respectively,and Cdk2 was (50.63 ± 2.93) ％,(70.34± 1.47) ％ and (61.35 ± 3.04) ％.Compared with model group,Fluoxetine and BYHW significantly reduced the numbers of Cyclin D1 and Cdk2 positive cells,the expression of Cyclin D1 was (16.62±4.27)％,(29.66±5.24)％ and (26.71±1.32)％ at fluoxetine group,and Cdk2 was (18.05±2.26) ％,(33.84±3.12) ％ and (24.51±2.66) ％.The expression of Cvclin D1 was (14.62±2.06)％,(26.89±3.41)％ and (23.68±2.01)％ at BYHWD group,and Cdk2 was (16.60± 2.42) ％,(20.09±3.45) ％ and (22.19± 1.70) ％.Conclusion The abnormal expression of Cyclin D1 and Cdk2 at the PSD rats indicate that they may be involved in the mechanism of neuronal death.Buyang Huanwu decoction may reduce the neuronal apoptosis through down-regulating the expression of Cyclin D1 and Cdk2.

Objective To study the efficacy of chitosan on rehabilitation treatment after sinuses open surgery .Methods Fifty-six cases patients after sinuses open surgery were collected during June 2013 to October 2014 and divided into experimental group and control group by random sampling method, 28 cases in each group.The experimental group were smeared with chitosan on surface after cleaning by normal saline, while control group cleaned by normal saline alone.The efficacy, adhesion of nasal mucosa and time of mucosa complete epithelialization in two groups at three and six months were analysed while out-patient review.ResuIts After three and six months, the total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group[85.71% vs.60.71%(χ2 =4.46,P<0.05);92.86% vs.67.86%(χ2 =5.54,P<0.05)].The time of mucosa complete epithelialization in experimental group was (50.4 ±6.5)d, which was shorter than (62.3 ±7.5)d of control group (t=6.34,P<0.05).After three and six months, the nasal mucosa without adhesion in experimental group was better than that in control group (χ2 =5.60, χ2 =5.49;P<0.05). ConcIusion Chitosan can promote nasal mucosa epithelialization, reduce adhesion of nasal mucosa, improve the postoperative curative effect of chronic nasal-sinusitis.

Objective To survey the clinical ability of diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot among district medical clinical staffs.Methods 55 medical staffs were questionnaired about the diabetic foot knowledge before and after a technical training course.Results (1) After training,the clinical ability of diabetes physical examination,the features of diabetic foot identification,diabetic foot prevention and treatment,diabetic foot health education and the muhidisciplinary team of diabetic foot organization improved.The medical staffs got to know how to organize a multidisciplinary team of diabetic foot.The difference was significant(P＜0.05).(2)The professional category of medical personnel(OR=19.464,95％ CI=1.837-206.243),the history collection and physical examination of diabetic foot (OR=34.825,95％ CI=3.486-347.875)were the influent factors of antibiotic selection when diabetic foot were infected.Conclusion Targeted diabetic foot training is effective to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of district medical staffs.

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic performance of conventional ultrasound, compression elastography (CE) and acoustic radiation force impulse imaging (ARFI) in diff erential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods: A total of 98 patients with liver lesions were included in the study. The images of conventional ultrasound, CE and the values of virtual touch tissue quantiifcation (VTQ) of breast lesions were obtained. hTe diagnostic performance of conventional ultrasound, CE and ARFI were assessed by using pathology as the gold standard, and then evaluate the diagnosis effciency of these three approaches in differential diagnosing benign and malignant breast tumors. Results: The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of malignant breast tumors for conventional ultrasound were 80.0%, 81.1% and 81.7%, respectively, whereas for CE elastic score were 85.7%, 86.7% and 86.3%, respectively. With a cutoff value of 3.71 for the SR, the sensitivity, speciifcity, accuracy in diagnosis of malignant breast tumors were 97.1%, 83.3% and 88.4%, respectively. With a cutoff value of 3.78 m/s for VTQ, the sensitivity, speciifcity, accuracy in diagnosis of malignant breast tumors were 94.3%, 91.7% and 92.6%, respectively. The difference in diagnosis efficiency among ARFI, CE and conventional ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Conventional ultrasound, CE and ARFI are all useful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. But the diagnosis effciency of ARFI is superior to CE and conventional ultrasound. The three approaches can help each other in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.

OBJECTIVE： To study the anti－ metastatic action of equal/unequal－ fork－ peptide of YIGSR.METHODS： To observe the influence of drugs on metastasis of melanoma B16 to lung in mice.RESULTS： The metastatic rate of lung in 46 mice of control and experimental groups was 100％ ,21 days after inoculating melanoma B16 cells via caudal vein.Injection of YIGSR in combination with tumor cells could reduce the number of metastatic nodules in a dose－ dependent manner.The numbers of metastatic nodules in 100μ g～ 200μ g equal fork peptide group and same dosage unequal fork peptide group were significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05;P<0.01 respectively).50μ g equal fork peptide group was different from control group.The synthetic peptide could not decrease the weight of the lung with metastatic lesions.CONCLUSION： YIGSR derivants have effective antimetastatic actions.Its mechanism may related to the inhibiting effect on formation of cancer cell emboli,which retain in microvessels of remote target organs,and multiplicate and penetrate blood vessels to form micrometastatic lesions.

Objective To explore related factors of amputation in patients with diabetes foot ulcer(DFU) and provide the evidence of reducing amputation rate.Methods A total of 307 inpatients with DFU in this hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 were collected and divided into amputation group(n=28) and non-amputation group(n=279).The clinical data and laboratory data were treated with single variable analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results Single variable analysis showed that hospitalization time,hyper-sensitive C-reactive(hs-CRP) and fibrinogen(FIB) level were significantly increased in amputation group(P＜0.05) when compared with non-amputation group,and the hemoglobin (Hb) level,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL) and serum albumin (ALB) level in amputation group were markedly lower than in non-amputation group(P＜0.05).Amputation rate was significantly different among different Wagner grades (P=0.000).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that hospitalization time,Wagner grade were independent risk factors of amputation in patients with DFU,OR values were 1.024(95％CI:1.009-1.039) and 2.779 (95％CI:1.753-4.404),respectively.While HDL was a protective factor of amputation in patient with DFU (OR=0.161;95％CI:0.036-0.729).Conclusion The higher the rank of Wanger in DFU patients are,the longer hospital stay and the higher amputation risk become.HDL is the protective factor of DFU amputation.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the variation of senescent endothelial function by regulating the sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor type 2 (S1P2) expression in cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). METHODS: The S1P2 receptor expression was regulated by transfecting the cDNA or shRNA of S1P2 in cultured HUVECs. The expression levels of S1P2 receptor in HUVECs were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. EC chemotaxis was measured by the transwell migration assay. The wound healing assay was performed by a scratch wound model on EC monolayer. Matrigel morphogenesis assay was employed to assess the in vitro angiogenic responses. RESULTS: After up-regulating the S1P2 expression in young ECs, the S1P-stimulated formation of a tubular-like network in Matrigel was dramatically diminished in transfected ECs (P<0.05). Quantification of the wound healing assay showed that transfected ECs grew much slower than young ECs (P<0.05). The chemotactic capability was significantly decreased in transfected ECs (P<0.05). Furthermore, the senescent-associated impairments were revoked by the downregulation of S1P2 receptor in senescent HUVECs. CONCLUSION The impaired functions (chemotactic, wound-healing and morphogenetic responses) in senescent HUVECs in vitro are mediated by S1P2 receptor.
