OBJECTIVE To prevent occurrence of infection in clinical laboratory. METHODS The biosafety system was continuously improved and complet step by step and amplifed rules and regulation, done well protection of person, making the operating process of laboratory more norma, enforcing the air and environment, sterilizeing the equipment, detecting implement, disinfecting the used material and medical garbage and inspecting. RESULTS The hospital infection in laboratory was effectly controlled, the staff′s safety and health were addressd when they worked in an infected area of laboratory. CONCLUSIONS Amplifying the rules and regulation, and insisting the principle of work without slacking could effecttively prevent the occurring of hospital infection in clinical laboratory.

Objective: To investigate the effects of Tea Polyphenol(TP) on inhibition of tumor growth, anti-oxidation and immune regulation in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: TP was administered by gastriclavage to C57BL/6J mice implanted with Lewis lung cancer. Results: Inhibitory rates of TP at doses of 125 mg/kg and 250 mg/kg were 27.2% and 18.8% respectively, with significance over controls at dose of 125 mg/kg( P

OBJECTIVETo investigate the correlation of serum osteoprotegerin (OPG) with the progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and the noninvasive prediction and diagnosis of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
METHODSA total of 136 patients with NAFLD were enrolled, and their tissue samples for liver biopsy and serum samples obtained at 1 week after liver biopsy were collected; 83 healthy subjects without the symptoms of fatty liver disease proved by ultrasound examination were enrolled as controls. The physiological indicators including height, body weight, and waist circumference were measured, and body mass index was calculated. The biochemical parameters including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), AST/ALT, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamyl transferase, total cholesterol, triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured. Double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the serum level of OPG. The rank sum test, chi-square test, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Spearman correlation analysis, least significant difference test, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve were applied for statistical analysis of various data.
RESULTSSerum OPG level was correlated with AST and TG (P < 0.05), and was highly correlated with hepatocyte fatty degeneration, ballooning degeneration, intralobular inflammation, portal inflammation, and fibrosis degree (P < 0.01). With the increasing NAFLD activity score (NAS), serum OPG level decreased, and there was a highly negative correlation between them (r = -0.928, P < 0.01). Serum OPG level was significantly lower in NASH patients than non-NASH patients. The area under the ROC curve of serum OPG level was 0.963, and according to the Youden index, its optimal sensitivity and specificity were 96.1% and 97.4%, respectively, at an optimal cut-off value of 242.96 ng/L, which suggested a high diagnostic power.
CONCLUSIONIn NASH patients, serum OPG level decreases significantly. Serum OPG level can be used as an independent predictive factor to evaluate NASH and its severity, as well as a noninvasive diagnostic index for NASH.

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of postoperative coping style of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From July 2018 to July 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 65 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radical surgery for esophageal cancer in a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital in Henan Province as the research object. The General Information Questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) were used to investigate the patients one day before the patients were discharged. Single factor analysis was used to analyze influencing factors. A total of 65 questionnaires were distributed and 65 valid questionnaires were returned with the valid response rate of 100%.Results:The results of single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the confrontation dimension scores of patients with different ages, education levels, and family monthly income per capita ( P<0.05) . There were statistically significant differences in the avoidance dimension scores of patients with different genders and ages ( P<0.05) . There were statistically significant differences in the resignation dimension scores of patients with different ages, occupational status, and family monthly income per capita ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Age, gender, occupational status, education level, and family monthly income per capita are the influencing factors of postoperative coping style of patients with esophageal cancer. Medical and nursing staff can take targeted intervention measures based on their influencing factors and guide patients to adopt a positive coping style to face the disease.

Objective:To evaluate the validity and reliability of Positive Beliefs About Rumination Scale(PBRS)in Chinese college students. Methods:A total of 968 college students were selected.Exploratory factor a-nalysis,criterion validity and internal consistency reliability test were performed on sample 1(n=496).The Rumi-native Responses Scale(RRS),Metacognitions Questionnaire(MCQ)and Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ(BDI-Ⅱ)were used as criteria for criterion validity test.Confirmatory factor analysis and Measurement invariance across gen-der were performed on sample 2(n=472).The 87 college studentsin sample 1 were retested 6 weeks later. Results:The exploratory factor analysis found 1 factor, which explained 54.39%of the total variance. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 1-factor model fitted well(x2/df=3.38,CFI=0.962,TLI=0.940,SRMR=0.043,RMSEA=0.071).The scores of the Positive Beliefs About Rumination Scale were positively cor-related with the scores of RRS,MCQ and BDI-Ⅱ(ICC=0.37,0.41,0.12,Ps<0.01).The Cronbach α coefficient of the Positive Beliefs About Rumination Scale was 0.89.The retest reliability(ICC)of the Positive Beliefs About Rumination Scale was 0.72.The configural, weak, strong and strict invariance of the PBRS across gender were all acceptable(△CFI,△TLI<0.01).Conclusion:The Positive Beliefs About Rumination Scale has good validity and reliability in Chinese college students.
