Objective Provided the basis on psychological treatment for the earthquake wounded, through investigated the psychological healthy condition of them in Yushu, Qinghai Province. Method To investigated the 102 cases earthquake wounded from 15 - 18 April 2010 who transported from Yushu, Qinghai to West China hospital of Sichuan University; Accept standard: The wounded (96 cases) who could cooperated this investigative; Adopted the Hamiton anxiety scale( HAMA) to had a review investigation for the wounded in the from of talk, and used the SPSS statistics software to have the Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney test and correlation analysis for the investigation data. Results There were 55 of the 96 cases have been confirmed anxiety, HAMA > 14 points; 16 cases had serious anxiety (HAMA > 29 points); The average score in all of them equal to (17.3 ±10.8) points. And there was a remarkable difference between male and female. The age is possible have related degree with the wounded anxious. What the main in their characteristics of them was Psychic anxiety. Conclusions There was apparent anxiety of them whom came from Yushu, Qinghai, and they needed proactive psychological treatment, female、 middle-aged and elderly need more.

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and risk factors of cow's milk protein allergy(CMPA)in infants less than 3 months old in Guangxi District. Methods From July 1 ,2012,to December 30,2014,infants less than 3 months old suspected of CMPA visiting the pediatric outpatient depart-ment of Maternal and Children Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were recruited, which included initial diagnosis and being transported from peripheral hospitals.Observation scale was formulated, attending physician screened patients and their senior made a definite diagnosis. All the infants underwent diagnostic algorithms and were followed up constantly. Results A total of 137 cases were divided into aller-gy group(n =51 )and control group(n =86).Two groups shared some common symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, bloody stool, stomachache, gastroesophageal reflux(GER),indigestion, anorexia, feeding diffi-culties.Between the allergy group and control group the parameters such as feeding patterns (including breast feeding, mix feeding, formula feeding),improper deeding of food supplement,long-term use of antibiotics in neonatal period and parental atopy showed no significant differences(P ﹥0.05).The parameters in neonatal period including GER [20 cases (39.2%)vs.7 cases (8.1 %)],intake of cow's milk formula [51 cases (100%)vs.71 cases (82.6%)],feeding intolerance (including GER)[17 cases (33.3%)vs.1 1 cases (12.8%)],gut infection[8 cases(15.7%)vs.4 cases(4.7%)],transfusion of blood or/and bloody prod-ucts[12 cases(23.5%)vs.1 1 cases(12.8%)]showed statistically significant differences between the aller-gy group and control group(χ2 =19.538,P =0.000;χ2 =9.989,P =0.002;χ2 =8.308,P =0.004;χ2 =4.691 ,P =0.030;χ2 =5.198,P =0.023 ).Conclusion Symptoms of CMPA in infants no more than 3 months old involve mainly digestive system such as diarrhea, bloody stool,GER.Intake of cow milk formula in neonatal period play an important role in triggering CMPA.

Objective:To explore the rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) prescriptions of gastroesophageal reflux disease based on Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform.Method:The relevant medical cases from ancient medical case database, modern medical case database, shared medical case database and famous doctors' medical case database in Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform (V2.3.8) were selected, and frequency analysis, attribute analysis, association analysis, cluster analysis and complex network analysis were performed on the herbs. Results:A total of 107 medical records were obtained, including 225 TCMs. The core medicines were Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Poria, and Fructus Evodiae. The drug property was mainly cold and warm, and the herbal tastes bitter and pungent. The meridian tropism of drugs mainly manifested in the spleen and stomach meridians. The core herbal pairs were Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. The core prescription consisted of 17 herbs including Radix Glycyrrhizae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Fructus Evodiae, Poria, Endoconcha Sepiae, Herba Taraxaci, Fructus Aurantii, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Bupleuri, Jiang Banxia, Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Aucklandiae, Caulis Bambusae In Taenia, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Fructus Amomi, and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. Conclusions:Chinese medicine treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is mainly based on Chaihu Shugan Powder, Zuojin Pill, and Wendan Decoction. Moreover, we need to combine with clinical symptoms to add or subtract herbs.

Endodontic microsurgery is a vital treatment modality for teeth with persistent periradicular pathoses that have not responded to nonsurgical retreatment. The principle is to determine the reason for failure, completely eliminate the infection and promote periapical healing. Within recent years, endodontic microsurgery has evolved to become standardized and presents with a high success rate. However, its outcome is still influenced by many factors, including anatomy, periodontal condition, crown-to-root ratio, occlusion, the type of periradicular lesion, and prosthesis. Moreover, endodontists always concentrate on “the apex”, paying little attention to the general preoperative evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment plan. This article reviews the latest literature on these issues and the clinical experience of our research group and discusses the correlation between endodontic microsurgery and other oral disciplines, including periodontology, prosthodontics, oral implantology, oral and maxillofacial surgery and orthodontics. The oral interdisciplinary assessment should be made with comprehensive consideration of the root canal system, periradicular lesion, adjacent anatomical relationships, periodontal condition, occlusion, and esthetic rehabilitation. Based on these findings, the continuity of treatment will be optimized, and the best treatment plan will be proposed to provide clinical strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of complex periradicular diseases.

Although mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (MSC-exos) have been shown to have therapeutic effects in experimental periodontitis, their drawbacks, such as low yield and limited efficacy, have hampered their clinical application. These drawbacks can be largely reduced by replacing the traditional 2D culture system with a 3D system. However, the potential function of MSC-exos produced by 3D culture (3D-exos) in periodontitis remains elusive. This study showed that compared with MSC-exos generated via 2D culture (2D-exos), 3D-exos showed enhanced anti-inflammatory effects in a ligature-induced model of periodontitis by restoring the reactive T helper 17 (Th17) cell/Treg balance in inflamed periodontal tissues. Mechanistically, 3D-exos exhibited greater enrichment of miR-1246, which can suppress the expression of Nfat5, a key factor that mediates Th17 cell polarization in a sequence-dependent manner. Furthermore, we found that recovery of the Th17 cell/Treg balance in the inflamed periodontium by the local injection of 3D-exos attenuated experimental colitis. Our study not only showed that by restoring the Th17 cell/Treg balance through the miR-1246/Nfat5 axis, the 3D culture system improved the function of MSC-exos in the treatment of periodontitis, but also it provided a basis for treating inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) by restoring immune responses in the inflamed periodontium.
